Friendly neighborhood place with good food. Bartender makes a point to know new regulars which is cool. Chill place to hang.

great place to watch the packers play, with great food and atmosphere. order at the bar, they call your name when it’s ready, nice and straight forward. our food was great, the wings were cooked perfectly with legit blue cheese! parking was full but street parking is close. will be back!

Dog friendly packers bar in Texas! Great atmosphere met so many cool people and the owner couldn’t have been nicer. All sorts of cool packer stuff in the bar. Service was great even when their whole system went down they took care of us on the honor system and settled up with us the next day no weird charges! Great people unfortunately not the outcome the pack wanted

Just went to Billy's yesterday with a group of 12 people. They got the orders out amazingly well and the food was so good. I'd never been there and ordered my burger after everyone. Had to wait a little for it but it was worth the wait. Amazing. Didn't have a beer but was much impressed by the selection. Service, food, atmosphere, everything. Five stars! Will see them again for sure.

So Cool to go to a restaurant where the person in charge recognizes you and remembers what you like to order. Classic Austin yumminess in the form of the uptown burger with blue cheese, bacon jam and avocado. Enjoyed the side salad with that. I've enjoyed the fried mushrooms, queso and chips, as well as fried green beans. Another funky little spot to pop in anytime. I'm a fan!

First off, fabulous beer selection. I’ve no idea how many bad ass beers they have on tap but there are ALOT!!!! Couldn’t find fresh authentic Guinness or Smithwicks (yeah I’ve been to Ireland recently) anywhere in Austin. Found it here. Food is way above “bar” food. It’s hot fresh and delish. My fave is the. Cobra Dog. Staff is always friendly and attentive. This is a cute neighborhood bar with many locals who make you feel at home. Try it. It’ll be your go-to place like it is mine. .

At this point, Billy's is an Austin institution. Great, down to earth vibe with killer bar food and they serve tasty local beer like St Elmo's Carl Kolsch. If you're in the neighborhood, do yourself a favor and stop by for a few pints.

A quaint family owned establishment. The peach beer tasted like biting into a cold but sweet and ripe peach on a hot summer day. Our team lost at trivia night but it was still fun. The crackberry drink is perfect for those who like alcohol which tastes sweet like juice.

Love this little hole in the wall gem in Austin. Food is always good and not overly priced. Parking can be a pain, been lucking out so far finding a spot in their parking lot. They do have a large vegetarian menu, so options for all!

This place has GREAT FOOD! We ordered fried mushrooms, fried pickles, chicken wings (huge!), Cobra burger and the big billy burger. Just for me and my husband. EVERYTHING DELICIOUS! We spent $84. Not bad for everything we got plus tip.

Billy's feels like a little honky tonk holding out along a modern road. They have an impressively extensive drink menu and a great chili recipe. While not spicy, the flavor is robust enough to accommodate added tomatoes and crackers. I decided to stop by on a random Wednesday evening for a quick dinner, and let me tell you, it was one of the best decisions I’ve made in a while. Billy where you in m life!! The burger was nothing short of amazing—juicy, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. And those fried pickles? Crispy, tangy, and downright addictive. But it’s not just the food that won me over; it’s the whole experience. The place has a laid-back, neighborhood vibe that makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The crowd is a great mix of people, all just enjoying a good time. They’ve got a ton of craft beers on tap, so there’s something for everyone, no matter what your taste buds are craving. And as if that wasn’t enough, I stumbled upon trivia night. It added a whole new layer of fun to the evening—unexpected but totally welcomed. I’m already looking forward to my next visit, and if you haven’t been yet, you’re seriously missing out.

We love Billy's!! If you want beer, they have a great tapper selection. Shoot some pool, sit outside on a nice night, eat some awesome bar food. It's a Packer Backer bar, but if you want to see what Austin used to be like, check it out. They make you feel like a regular even if you've never been there before. The crowd is fun, the people are amazing. Been going to Billy's forever and we love it!

A pleasant atmosphere to relax and read or write or talk. Prices make sense. Their hood was broken so I didn't try their burger. Instead I tried their Frito pie, which was hearty and seasoned correctly. Their house salad is the right size and flavor for the calorie counters. I mainly rate this place five stars because if I lived within a five minute walk of here I'd treat this place like a second home. It's so ... comfortable.

Billy's is always a pleasure to go to and locally owned. Very easygoing and relaxing atmosphere, great food and they have a nice selection of local beer and ales. Oh, plus they are dog friendly on the deck :)

We went on a day when the university of Texas was playing, and for a sports bar it wasn't too packed. It was a great place to watch the game. The atmosphere is chill, the drinks are good, and the food is bold. This is a great bar for a good time.

Many beers on tap. Very little parking. Food was good. Cheese curds were a little pricey for what I got. The bartender was almost a one man working machine other than the cook.

I ordered the ends burger to go with fried mushrooms. The mushrooms were delicious and the ranch was also really good! I don't think I would get a burger again sadly, it just wasn't seasoned enough for me.
