Went here for the first time yesterday and now I understand why it's reviewed so well! The butter burgers seem to just melt in your mouth. They were reasonably speedy at the drive through. Staff were polite. Not to mention the place itself smells amazing

I love thier custard so much! Their food is amazing too! Everyday they have a flavor of the day and it's always so good! It's worth it, trust me, so good! The line there is a little long, but they move fast so it's not bad. They don't have indoor seating right now so the line is longer. They work so fast and their food is great!

I have been to quite a few of these around the state. For a chain these are the best burgers to get. And don't forget about the frozen custard

Hadn’t been to a Culver’s since I left Iowa a decade ago. It was a pleasant step back in time. The butter burgers were just as good as remembered and the cheese curds may have surpassed that memory.

Always fresh and always delicious. Service was great. A lady was even walking around to see how folks were enjoying their meal.

Culver’s is on the level of service as chick-fil-a. They hopefully pay the workers well, and it shows in their smiling and happy service. But whoever manages the place really must do well inspiring greatness from their staff Food is typically on point, fresh and of higher quality for this category. Check your mail for coupons, but the price point is still great without. I get double cheddar on the burger and it’s nice having real cheese. Establishment is always clean and tidy

The burgers are excellent. They have a unique fresh taste compared to other fast food burgers. The employees are so nice and helpful. They're very patient and kind to my 3 kids. Oh yeah and the ice cream is delicious!

Culver’s has great tasting food every time. The burgers are seared perfectly. The cheese curds are unique and taste amazing. Their custard is literally my favorite fast food ice cream. Even their in-house Culver’s brand root beer is fantastic. It’s clean, well maintained, and overall a great restaurant worth visiting many times over.

This location is on my way home from work. About once a month when I don't work too late I will make a stop at this specific Culver's for a few reasons: they are very friendly and the food quality and taste is consistent, and I appreciate that from a fast food establishment. Got to be hands down best diner food place out there. Food has always come out on time fresh and tasty! I was astonished by the new walleye diner they have it was by far the best breaded fish ive had. Their curds and onion rings are 10/10 and honestly everything is a 10/10. The pricing of which being so cheap because why would I spend my 20 dollars at McDonald's if I could get infinitely better food here for the same price. The new rewards system is also very consumer friendly after 2 visits i can already redeem something its great. And the employees are always accommodating and helpful.

I have worked and managed in the service industry my entire life. Most of that being the food service industry in particular. This was the best tasting Burger I've ever had since I can remember. This is the best run fast food place I have ever been to. It is so clean cozy and wholesome in there. Everything was on point. The vibe was so calm and peaceful different from any fast food place I've ever been to. Not to mention I paid $9 for a cheeseburger combo with onion rings. I've been going here on and off for 15 years at least. Especially if I need an oil change, I schedule it around lunch. I was craving a good burger. I pondered Pterry and Mighty Fine. Both good burgers. But I decided to pop in to Culvers instead. I quickly remembered why I love this place. The staff is extremely kind and the environment has a calm diner vibe without the noise. But oh my goodness, the burger was perfect. They don't mention it, but the meat was much like a smash burger, but thicker, and with the crispy edges. The other toppings were in the right proportions. The butter bun was soft and tasty. Oh, and two other "Texas" things...real sweet tea and real cream gravy (to dip fries in). Lastly, value! Very reasonable price for the food you get. Not quite PTerry cheap, but the value is as good or better.

Caiden & Bre'nyiah were both welcoming, friendly and took time to answer my questions on menu items. They were very nice to me and I watched them interact with 3 senior ladies who came in for dessert. They were so kind and nice to the older ladies. You don't see that too much nowadays. But I truly appreciate their kindness to the ladies. I stopped in for a late lunch at 2:58 pm, on 10-10-25. They were not very busy but the drive-thru lane had several cars in line. I placed my order and only had to wait a few minutes before it was ready. The restaurant is very clean. No debris on the floor. Tables were all cleaned. The ladies room was clean and well stocked with TP, paper towels and soap. The food was delicious, And made to our specifications, we had a sourdough melt, onion rings, single hamburger and french fries. Very tasty. Thank you, We will be back soon again.

Trying the Culvers on William Cannon Drive for the first time and it's excellent as usual for Culver's Restaurants. They have a winning system and I wish there were more Culver's in more States. They're becoming my favorite hamburger, love those Butter Burgers, such a great taste, the quality of everything they have is high quality. Really can't say anything bad about them. If you've never been in a Culver's highly recommended

Solid burgers and really good fries. It was our first time here and we’re pleasantly surprised about the quality of the food and the price. We had a double bacon cheeseburger with fries and a drink as well as a crispy chicken sandwich. We paid about $21 and we’re pleasantly surprised with their crispy fries and fresh tasting burger. Clean restaurant. Exceptional staff. There was a 10 min wait which we didn't mind. Food arrived hot and fresh. Cheese curds are legit. My husband's cheeseburger was amazing. My spicy crispy chicken was a little dry. The kids' grilled cheeses are OK. One of the staff overheard me telling my husband the sandwich doesn't have mayo. She immediately offered to bring me mayo and a butter knife. We were too full to redeem the kids ice cream that came with the meal. We asked if we could go to the grocery store and come back and redeem from the drive through. They gladly let us. Would come again for sure. I was quite impressed.

I had the double cheeseburger cheese curds and drink. Overall pretty good I'm more of a more beef fan give me a half pound single just cooked enough to be safe and this was two thin pressed patties the flavor was good just not enough body to it for me the cheese curds were great. I'm coming to terms with diabetes so I had to skip the custard. Not really an atmosphere of note but seating was adequate and clean which is all you should expect for fast food.

I never knew this place was known for its burgers. I always get the fish and chips. I have ti remember to NOT get them anymore. Because I am always disappointed. You cannot eat the fish with your hand. And even with a fork, it falls apart. It doesn't stay crispy at all. And its pretty expensive to not be able to eat it. So next time, I'll try a burger. I realized the other day that’s I’d never been to Culver’s so I decided to stop by. I was impressed. The food came out at a great temperature, was crispy and well seasoned, and the fries were amazing. The prices are decent for what you get and their ice cream is good too. The kids meal is a great deal- a burger, fries, drink, and ice cream for $6ish. The bathrooms were clean and it was easy to go place an order.

Easy to find seating. Order was bacon deluxe double, deluxe double and fish sandwich. Both burgers were in a combo. Burgers were good with ample Letruce and onion and pickles and mayo. Fries were a little salty but crispy. Pictures show the top of the burger. LPO and mayo were on the bottom of the bun. Also got a side of cheese sauce. Great for dipping fries. Fish sandwich needwd more sauce to make the fish to bun ratio seem less dry.

Always run through the drive thru here, so I can’t speak to atmosphere, but the burgers are so greasy they are heaven and every person I’ve ever gotten to know who works the window is affable and fun. Culver’s is hometown in a chain fast food burger joint.

When I first walked in, my perception was good: calm atmosphere, everything clean and organized. It was my first time, so I started ordering little by little. First, I ordered a chocolate ice cream and the Wisconsin cheese curds, and right at that moment I witnessed something very uncomfortable: one employee was loudly yelling at the new girl that she had to ask the customer for the ticket, while another, when the new girl turned her back, looked at her with a very obvious face of “you’re new and that’s why I don’t like you.” Both treated her poorly in front of the customers, which clearly gave the impression of a bad work environment and a lack of respect. It’s worth mentioning that the new girl, despite being treated badly, was actually the one who gave the best service of all. After that, I ordered onion rings with the signature sauce and cheddar cheese sauce, and everything was great. The only uncomfortable part of the system is that when ordering online through the app, there’s no option to indicate that I’m dining inside or provide a table number; I had to go to the counter and give my name to get my food. Then I ordered a ButterBurger combo with fries and Coca-Cola, which was good, and I finished with a vanilla ice cream with strawberries, very tasty. The bathroom was also clean. Overall, the experience was good and the food met my expectations. However, that attitude between the employees ruined what otherwise would have been an excellent experience. The staff is the life of a business, and if there is no respect towards customers or even towards their own coworkers, it directly affects the quality of the service.

Really nice service and the menu is awesome. The food was fresh and good, and prices are very reasonable. My only complaint are the fries. They're kinda dry, didn't care for them.

Maybe it's because we're in Texas, but dang. I grew up in Wisconsin and culvers was a staple up there. I moved to Austin last year and when I realized there's a culver's here I was super excited. I went and was disappointed. I haven't been back. Real bummer. I think just fast food in general has gone downhill so it's probably not just culver's.

The pretzel bites were amazing and I love the taste of the coleslaw. The shrimp was passable and I liked the cheese curds but I just wish they could've been a little larger in size. The pot roast sandwich needs work since it was too dry and chewy. I wish the salad was fresher as well.

We tried the veggie burger and fries at Burger, and unfortunately, the burger taste fell below average, and the fries were not hot. On a positive note, the customer service was excellent, accompanied by friendly smiles. Considering the service, we might give it another shot to explore their chicken burgers next time.

We had a disappointing experience with the female staff member who took our order. She appeared visibly impatient throughout the interaction, frequently had difficulty understanding what we were saying, and responded with a poor attitude. Additionally, one of our ordered items was missing. This experience made us feel uncomfortable, and we hope the restaurant can address this to improve service quality in the future.

I ordered curbside today and my estimated food ready time was 8:11pm. I sent “here” several times as I saw several cars come and go through the drive thru. I had to call and ask if they even got my order. They finally packed it up and had it to me 15 minutes after the estimated time. Our concrete mixers were so melted they were milk. This is the second time this has happened with curbside. Definitely not a convenient way to order if you want to skip the drive thru!! Also…there’s a really rude guy in the drive thru that rushes the order “anything else” after each item.

I love Culver’s but this locations always lets me down. The food is never fresh. They always tell me to pull forward which makes me think “oh good it will be fresh” nope old fries and a messily made burger. All the toppings stacked in the middle or falling off the burger.

Hard not to feel ripped off after paying 8.50 for the Roast Beef Sandwich meal and ending up with a sandwich the size of a McDonald’s Kid’s Meal burger. On top of that the concrete mixers (ice cream) were almost completely melted when handed to us. There are better options, don’t waste your money and your time.

Went to deliver Uber Eats at the store. They are getting bad habits from Pizza Hut. They won't give you condiments unless it's on the notes. Last time I checked paying customers should be able to get condiments. I would not order from this place if I ordered Uber Eats. It's pretty ridiculous to have to get a snide response from a cashier saying it's not on the notes.... We don't give it out unless it's on the notes. They paid $26.55 for their meal through Uber. They are going to better than be getting ketchup and a straw if it's not on the notes and I asked for it. End of story.. Delicious food that doesn't break the bank! Food from the Heart of America! Great variety, Burgers, cheese curds, chicken fingers, fish, pot roast, soup, and steamed veggies!!! Custard cement mixers!

I was so excited to try Culver's for the first time, especially the curder burger which I ordered. But once I got home and I had my burger, I noticed it was missing the curd patty. That was the whole reason I was so excited. Very sad and disappointed, but the burger was otherwise delicious.

Easily one of the worst Culver's experiences I've had. Usually you can count on the quality there but I guess that's why they started not giving out receipts. Burger was flat as a pancake and had obviously been sitting there for a while judging by how cold it was and how the grease had seeped into the bun so much. Edit: How fitting. ⭐️I do not recommend this place. If I could give it a zero I would. We ordered the two-piece fish and fries, and it was absolutely drenched in grease. Not just oily-completely soggy, to the point where the breading was falling apart. I showed the manager and explained the issue, and his response was basically, “That’s just fish. It’s cooked in grease.” No attempt to fix it. No replacement. No apology. Just dismissed like this is somehow normal and acceptable. I’ve had fish plenty of times-this was not how it’s supposed to be. If you need proof, watch the video and tell me if you honestly think that’s “just how it is.” 🙄 Never going back. Horrible experience, and I do not recommend this place if they can’t even correct something this simple. Ridiculous.

I got a response from Culver's. Unfortunately it was the exact same response given to the previous review / complaint 7 months ago. That reviewer was able to post pictures of their burger and it very similar to mine. Again, seven months later. I would summize that you have been "missing the mark" for a long time. Seems like someone needs to go. My Post... I wish I could post my picture of my single pattie cheeseburger. It was flat, greasy and the bun was half on. Looked like it came from a greasy spoon slop house. No more burgers for me.

I bought a chicken basket. It was horrible to say the least. Breading was for fish or something. Way salty and the chicken was a quarter inch thick at best. Worst seven dollars I ever spent. Asked for a refund and they said no. Never again. Burgers are good but chicken not so good.

Sunday 12-01-2024, 4:45pm Culver’s 3424 W William Cannon Dr. Austin, TX 78745 My family has lived in this neighborhood for 25 years, and we have been frequenting this Culver’s for more than 20 years. Today I took a friend visiting south Austin to try their Turtle Sundaes, which are a long time favorite. Upon first taste, my friend complained about all of the salt and nutty crumbs added to hers, so I tried mine and gagged from the amount of salt. My friend scooped the salt and nuts off of her ice cream and asked if we should return them. I dismissed and tried to power through 2 more bites, before agreeing to return and have them remade. I went inside and a young female putting on an apron next to the drive thru counter approached and asked if something was wrong. When I told her the sundaes were way too salty and asked if they can be remade without all of the salt or without the nuts (if the salt cannot be avoided). A second female associate with a “sassy mouth” came from the main counter and scoffed as I repeated my request, telling me and the first associate that the sundaes were almost halfway eaten and nothing could be done about the saltiness, as the nuts are dispensed from that container over there (served from the bottom of a plastic dispenser). I insisted again to the 1st associate that I just need them remade without the salt or without the nuts if the salt cannot be avoided, as someone has clearly dumped a bag of nuts into the dispenser, including all of the salt and crumbles at the bottom of the bag. We’re not talking rocket science here, I paid my money and I returned the sub-standard deserts for new ones … basic customer service 101. The first associate went to remake the sundaes as the sassy mouth associate told a young male associate, who was coming from the back, that the sundaes were halfway eaten and continued repeating it in disbelief to other staff members in the prep area. As the male approached me, I asked to speak to a manager, as I did not appreciate how I was being treated by sassy mouth. The young man stated he is the “manager” and as I began to explain the story to him, sassy mouth again interjected that the sundaes were halfway eaten. I asked the “manager” to stop her rhetoric and just give me my sundaes so I can leave, as now the level of harassment has gone well beyond the time and value of the $13 spent. I said that I would be speaking to someone at the district or corporate level about the service in this restaurant as the “manager” said “Yeah, whatever, go right ahead.”, and the first associate handed me the re-made sundaes (again made with the same salt and bottom of the bag particles as before). 🤦🏻‍♂️ I am not mentioning names as these individuals may all be minors, and I have not once mentioned race in this review. However, as I was walking to the door, the sassy mouth associate was clearly heard behind me, over the chatter and murmurs of the patrons at the front counter, blurting out to the “manager” … “Yeah, that’s Yo people right there.” I refused to drop to this young lady’s level of indignity, nor did I give these disrespectful children another minute or my time, and continued out of the establishment. I treat others with respect and give them grace, but have never been treated with this level of disrespect. Forget customer service at this point, interactions like this can be addressed as a teachable moment if the right people choose to roll up their white collar sleeves and engage their employees. I will continue to exercise my right to refrain from any establishment operated by disrespectful people like this, and will unfortunately be taking a break from this Culver’s location. Really, how hard would it have been to apply basic customer service and simply say “Our apologies, let us remake your order.” ?? I will give Culver’s corporate an opportunity to address this situation, with something beyond the canned response that other negative reviews have been receiving, before posting on other search site reviews.

Place used to be great I don't know what has happened recently. I just paid $13 for a meat and bread burger with no lettuce or tomato, about 8 cheese curds and a drink. When i called the MOD said corporate said they no longer have to ask for lettuce and tomato to be put on the burgers so it comes dry. SO THEY CAN SAVE TIME IN THE ORDERING PROCESS. What ? Boy ! It's just sad . I used to love this place.

I was in the store tonight and there was an altercation between a manager and a guy named Brendan. There were a lot of f bombs dropped, threats of physical violence and a lot of yelling and cussing. This all happened in a restaurant full of customers and a lot of customers at the front counter

Terrible attention from the cashier I think her name was Georgie she served me super bad and apart from everything the food arrived at my table too cold I had good expectations of the place but after going I thought twice for my second visit

The entire burger was smashed..burger dry. This is the 2nd time in a row. I'd be a fool to go there a 3rd time.

I have NEVER had a problem at this location until yesterday. The fries were inedible and hard as a rock. Overcooked or stale. My burger was so dry it was crumbling apart. The cashier didn’t give me a number at the drive thru and there were so many cars waiting for their orders.

Food is very average and the employees are super weird. Some middle aged man with a beard, glasses, and tattoo sleeve was at the front counter talking about guns and shooting people at his apartment complex. The entire restaurant was looking at each other in straight fear. Psychotic.

I had the worst excuse for a burger. Culver’s is a very nostalgic experience for me and I am sad to see it go down hill as I have always enjoyed it. The cheese wasn’t melted, vegetables were sparse and it was burnt and smashed so thin there was nothing yet. It did not fulfill the burger craving I had that day.

How do you mess up an order for a burger, cheese curds, and ranch? Maybe let's spend less time flirting and more time attempting to get people's orders right. Specifically the person working to drive through at 9:45 on Wednesday January 14th.

I’m very upset with my visit here at Culver’s, this was my intended order. They pulled me up I waited for 5 minutes expecting my order to be accurate. I drove 15 MINUTES going home to open the bag to a whole completely different order. I wasted $25 & 30 MINUTES going and coming to have the employees talking about me and my incorrect order while the cooks were remaking it. I felt very uncomfortable and when I got home to eat my food, they were missing the bacon??? it was a very dissatisfying and disappointing visit. I reached out to the manager and he assured me to make a review so the owner can get me a refund?? makes no sense..
