Jesse, Nancy, and Minevera provided excellent customer service at Five Guys! They were professional, friendly, and made sure everything was handled quickly and correctly. Great service is hard to find these days, but they truly stood out. Five Guys is lucky to have them!
The staff that works here is extremely friendly and helpful. They are definitely on top of orders when it’s busy and the manager Vanessa was the greatest. Definitely come to this spot!
The burgers are amazing here not to mention the fries. The ingredients are fresh. Worth the price. But I'd recommend dine in this way your food temp doesn't drop. Ever since my family and I tried it we've been back several times. Think we found our new burger spot. 😋
One of the few burgers that actually feel and taste like burgers. So burgers start out plain and you get to add more ingredients, no extra charge. Or at least I think so. I got the burgers through combos.
I come here often and everyone working here is always so refreshingly nice and friendly. The food is also always good tasting and orders come out really fast. Would recommend coming to eat here!
I hadn’t been to Five Guys in a while, but this visit didn’t disappoint! Hot, fresh food, great service from Jarred and his team, and a clean restaurant. I’ll be back!
Pretty good expensive for fast food but overall worth value overlooked five guys for a while because of their prices then "The Fat Electrician" did a video about them and I had to try them. Their fries are amazing but everybody knows that. The photos attached below is the amount that was in the cup and The amount that they just through in the bag don't get me wrong $5 for a little fries sounds ridiculous and theroy but not ridiculous in practice and if you're a normal person get the little burger combo it's not little
Pricey but good. Small fries are a huge portion. Staff was welcoming when I walked in. Vanessa P was particularly kind while she took my order and guided me through all the options as it was my first time eating here. We need more people like Vanessa working in customer service roles.
You guys are the best!!! Food as always fresh, Beef juicy and cooked to perfection lettuce fresh crunchy overall you cannot find better fast food that is gonna make you this fresh food on time. Employees are amazing so nice. They’re definitely doing their best. No, nobody can beat those Cajun fries!!!
Burger was good, fries were great, I got the Cajun ones. Staff was friendly and helpful.
I have heard about this place forever but never had a chance. Needing food as running errands today I decided I was going to do it. Vanessa helped me and patiently answered some questions when I told I had never eaten there. She recommended the Cajun fried and she was right. My cheeseburger was delicious and fresh and the fries were great. I told her they were spicy(Vanessa said to tell them next time light salt) but I liked them and knew my kid would like the left overs. I was right he tried one when I got home and he just said, "ooh, spicy! I like it!! Can I have the rest?" He scarfed down my leftovers and was very happy!! But I appreciated her encouraging me how to ask for a better experience too!!
Love this place! The free peanuts are amazing and the unlimited toppings is great. The burgers are a bit pricey, but if you like yours all the way, I think it’s worth it. I recommend you ordering the small fries if you want fries, because the portions are pretty large. One thing I did want to mention, though, was the customer service. It was not that great. The man at the register made annoyed faces when we had questions about the menu. We decided to try the Cajun fries, only to find out that they would be too salty for our liking. we asked the person at the counter if they would take our fries back and exchange them with the regular fries, and the hospitality simply wasn’t there. maybe that’s something they should work on.
I had higher hopes for this place, but left underwhelmed, and lighter in my wallet. The "patty melt" was just their grilled cheese with a patty in the middle. No rye bread, no Swiss cheese, and you have to request grilled onions. The fries were pretty good, and fresh cut. The Cajun has just the right amount of bite, and my kids loved the regular style. Had I paid about 30% less for the meal, it might have a slightly higher rating. However, it was twice as much as P. Terry's or In and Out Burger, and either of those would have been better food. Next time I want to spend that sort of money on similar food, I'll end up at Hopdoddy or Chilis before coming here.
Decided to try out 5 Guys. Never had it. Good burger, and I love the peanut thing, but the price is high. Not worth the cost, imho.
I usually order two burgers, one fries, and two small sodas, and this time it came out to $43. I was completely shocked. This is outrageously expensive—there is absolutely nothing special about the food to justify this price. No portion, no quality, no experience—just blatant overcharging. It’s borderline robbery, and it ruined my entire day. I keep asking myself why the hell I didn’t cancel the order on the spot. Even with today’s high prices, this is pure greed. I cannot, and will not, accept this. I will never eat at Five Guys again. This is a blatant rip-off burger. A brand that treats its customers like this doesn’t deserve to survive. I feel like a fool for falling for it. This was an incredibly unpleasant experience—one of the worst in a long time. McDonald’s has never looked this good. Seriously. I paid with my own money, and yet it managed to ruin my entire day… No matter how greedy a business gets, Five Guys has crossed the line this time. And on top of that, the staff here were surprisingly rude despite charging such ridiculous prices. A price‑gouging brand like Five Guys should be pushed out before it influences other burger places. This kind of business has no place in the market.
TOO GREEDY! Im tired of the price gouging! $3 for water?!?!?! Not to mention the price of the food is UNBELIEVABLY HIGH, RIDICULOUSLY HIGH! I know that the campus location went out of business but im shocked that any of them are still open I will never return just on principle (Im far from being poor BTW)
Five Guys is very expensive! We were 2 people, and 2 burgers with drinks cost way too much. We ended up choosing P. Terry’s instead — the taste difference can’t be that big anyway. Not worth the high price.
I’ve been a regular customer at this restaurant for a long time, usually visiting every few days with my young daughters. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting. During our last visit, the staff was completely different from usual. I was surprised to learn that they now charge $3 for water and don’t even provide regular water cups anymore — something that was never the case before. After paying for our order, I asked for two cups of water. A new employee named Amy handed me the cups, but when I went with my daughters to fill them, she left the register — leaving a line of customers waiting — just to follow and watch us, as if we were doing something wrong. One of my daughters wanted a tiny bit of soda, and I allowed her to have just a small amount. Amy immediately started yelling at me in front of everyone, saying I had to pay for it, even though it was a minimal amount. She was rude, loud, and completely unprofessional. My daughters started crying, and I was shocked and embarrassed. I requested a refund because I no longer felt comfortable staying. The manager told my husband later that they were sorry, that Amy was a new trainee, and that they would call us to invite us back and apologize properly — but no one ever called. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. It’s sad because we used to enjoy coming here as a family, but after this incident, I don’t feel welcome anymore. “I hope management takes this seriously and trains their staff on respect and customer service.”
$3 for a cup of water $10 for a large fry. The guy said they didn’t have water…just didn’t understand I guess. Corporate companies are just getting greedy… thumbs down, won’t come again.
Vanessa, the operating manager during my visit, raised her voice at me for asking to remake my food or to get a refund. Her staff was inattentive and I waited over 40 minutes for two burgers and an order of large fries. She then replaced my order with two smaller burgers and an order of small fries. She also yelled at her staff in front of myself and other customers ordering food in order to keep them attentive. I don’t believe anyone, behind the counter or paying for their meal, should feel intimidated or threatened for asking for what they paid for (mind you this was about a $50 meal). I will not be returning to this five guys and will spend my money elsewhere on overpriced burgers and fries.
FLIES EVERYWHERE!! MOLDY PEANUTS!! Went to use the ketchup pump and about 10 or more fruit flies came out of the nozzle. Flies on our food constantly while eating indoors. My boyfriend ordered a bacon burger and they forgot the bacon, when he let them know they gave him cold hard precooked bacon that tasted like disgusting old grease. Yuck. Soda machines were out of syrup and what they did have was not calibrated correctly- bad flavor. Burger was beyond greasy and my bun was practically falling apart within seconds and grease dripping down my arm. Please save your money and go LITERALLY anywhere else. Not worth hype and definitely not worth the price. 2 cheeseburgers 2 regular fries and 2 drinks were $50… would never come back and don’t recommend
