The pizza delivery range is pretty generous and the deliver hand-off experience was pleasant. The person delivering the food seemed genuinely happy and gave warm vibes and seemed to like her job.The pizza had high quality ingredients very generous topping. The topping and crust tasted fresh and the pizza was well made and the whole process was easy and I hope it stays that way so I can make this place my go-to one of my kids will not eat pizza and only likes the dom's cheesesticks. If this place were to make a cheesy-breadk to make my kid forget bout the Dom's cheesy-bread, I would only order from Hoboken Pie.

The Pie of the Month never disappoints! This month (January 2026) he 𝘉𝘰𝘴𝘤𝘢𝘪𝘰𝘭𝘢 has a garlic oil base with HP cheese, bacon, mushrooms, goat cheese, and parsley. Not sure what "HP Cheese" is but the flavors were fantastic and the customer service spot on.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Huge thank you to Hoboken Pie and their amazing manager. As a teacher, I was buying pizza for my students out of pocket and came up a little short. The manager kindly surprised me by adding an extra pizza and cheesy bread so all of my students were taken care of. He even cut the pizzas into 10 slices instead of 8 without hesitation. That level of kindness and care truly meant a lot. Wonderful people, great food, and a business that clearly supports the community. 10/10 — highly recommend!

Defo will go again to try new pies. Best pizza in Austin so far. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed the food and the people were super nice. Pizza even warmed up well the next day when I didn’t finish. The only thing better than the cheesy garlic knots was my beautiful girlfriend next to me to share them with.

Ordered the September special pizza “bacon pear-adise” and their mission pizza. Both were absolutely beautiful. Lovingly crafted pizzas with edge to edge toppings. Soooo much flavor, definitely one of, if not, my favorite pizza spots in Austin!

Stopped by Hoboken Pie after the UT game this past Saturday with my family and the pizza was delicious and so were the Garlic Knots. Might be the best pizza I had in town. And I want to shout out the manager Scott who was very helpful and patient as it was our first time here, his customer service was great even during a busy weekend as it turned out it was their grand re-opening. The atmosphere and the vibes was nice! Will definitely comeback.

Stumbling upon Hoboken Pie in Downtown Austin was like discovering a hidden treasure after a long journey! We had just checked into our hotel, famished and weary, when we spotted this unassuming pizza spot. It was exactly what we needed—a place where you could just walk up to the window, grab a whole pizza, and head off to savor it wherever you pleased. We ordered The Butcher, and let me tell you, it was a pleasant surprise!The New Jersey-style pizza was topped with delicious, savory ingredients. However, we also tried the OG cheese bread, and I can't recommend that—it didn't quite hit the mark. But what truly made our visit special was the service. The person helping us was extremely friendly, warm, and welcoming, making it the perfect way to start our Austin trip. If you find yourself hungry and in need of a quick, satisfying meal late at night, do yourself a favor and visit Hoboken Pie.

This pizza was delicious! We loved the crust, toppings were fresh and yummy. If I’d have read the reviews closer, I’d have seen that it was a window order only restaurant… so don’t make my mistake. Also, the one bad thing… it’s right around the corner from a homeless shelter. While we were waiting for the pizza, a couple of men were fighting in the street, and other homeless people were screaming at each other.

This is a carry out only place with hours late into the night. The garlic knots were delicious as well as the butcher pizza. Online ordering is super easy and the turnover is quick.

Super friendly. Pizza whole or by the slice. I had pepperoni, pepperoni and jalapeño and a cheese and pepperoni. Plus a decent Greek salad. Very tasty. Reasonable price. Quick service. Decent toppings and a good crust on the pizza. A good queue when I walked by. You can order online or at the window.

Came for dinner before an event right down the street. We got there in time for about the last 45 minutes of happy hour. We ordered the happy hour margaritas (rocks) and happy hour queso. The margaritas were not very strong and small. If/when I come back I would order 2 at a time. The HH queso however was huge and super yummy. It was a Blanco queso and really creamy. I got the fiesta dipper and my friend got the HH quesadilla. The fiesta dipper was a great size and was filling. I wish the menu had listed what kind of sauces it came with. There were two green sauces, the spicier one was the best and a white sauce (possibly sour cream based?) that was just ok. The flautas were killer, by far best thing on the plate. The nachos had plenty of melted cheese and were a good size. The quesadilla tasted good but it was sooo soggy and hard to enjoy. My friends HH quesadilla was the same. Our server was nice and attentive, he did forget one of the rounds of margaritas and we had to remind him about 30 minutes later. We ended with the churros which were so good.

Went during the day, didn't realize you order at the counter so when we sat down a staff member came and took our order! Awesome service and good prices. The chips and house made salsa are a must!

During our recent visit to Pelons Tex Mex in Austin, we enjoyed the enchiladas and fajitas, both of which were flavorful and well-prepared. The outdoor seating under the expansive live oaks provided a pleasant dining atmosphere. The service was attentive and efficient, enhancing our overall experience. While the margaritas did not meet our expectations, we would consider returning for the quality of the food and the inviting ambiance.

Dinner here was good. My daughter had the fajitas and said it was the best meal she had eaten in Austin. The cheese dip was excellent. My husband had the enchiladas and he wasn’t a fan of the sauce. I had the trio and it was tasty. Our server was very attentive. We would eat here again.

Great outdoor area during the warmer months. Good selection of Mexican offerings. If you love Mexican food you should visit. Service from Esa was also very good. First place to eat in Austin and no regrets. I had starters, a large drink and a main dish.

Great place for lunch. Ate outside on the deck and we all enjoyed are food. Free chips and salsa. My son thought it was the best ground beef quesadillas he has had at a restaurant.

Overall a really great place! The sauce and pizza itself were delicious so we went back a few times while visiting Austin. 4 stars because the last time we went our pizza was a little too dark on the bottom but the first couple of times we went it was awesome so I figured it was a fluke. They also have good specials and their garlic knots tastes great. Employees are friendly and the service and prices and good.

I visited with a friend who was in town, and it became clear right away that this place is designed for tourists or people just passing through. The style leans heavily toward the “Tex” side of Tex Mex which inherently isn't a bad thing. However, the food felt tailored to visitors looking for a particular version of Austin rather than something more local or balanced. There is a slight note about the establishment warranting better cleanliness. My friend enjoyed himself, but the menu overall seemed like for people who aren’t local to Texas. The flavors a seemed geared toward an out-of-town crowd, and the flavors leaned predictable. If you're hosting someone visiting Austin, it works. It maybe better to bring them here instead of somewhere else if they are looking for a specific vibe/food. If you're looking for something more authentic or nuanced, there are better options.

It’s a really yummy pizza spot, but when it comes to getting additional ingredients I think they are very finicky on that part. I ordered the bigger size and I feel like there wasn’t enough chicken added for what I paid extra for. Plus the order is hardly ready at the time the online ordering tells you. I think those two things could improve. Other than that it is a decent spot.

I went alone to eat and was seated quickly. I ordered and after that a couple was seated next to me. About 20 mins later a group of about 3-4 guys were seated. Somehow all those who were seated and ordered after me got their food before me and my meal wasn't complicated. The margarita had a weird taste and was not strong. The food had a pretty presentation but was bland and dry. The best thing was the taco meat that had good flavor. Too expensive and not worth it.

If your thinking this is anything near NY style or "hoboken" then keep walking. Cheap products, sauce is sweet, dough is bland, no crisp ,cheese tasted like Great value. Id say oregano ,some garlic powder and better tomatoes would do alot. As a New Yorker I give this a 2/5

I paid $28 for three plain slices and three bottles of water. Let that sink in… Edit: I had them double check I was charged correctly. It’s a basic slice of pizza and two bottles of water. I understand people gotta make a living. Just informing the public that you’ll be paying close to $30 for three slices of pizza and bottles of water.

Ordered online. Took over a hour and my order was incorrect with no way to reach the store for a resolution. Also, the best thing we ordered were the garlic knots and we ordered a pizza... so that says a lot. The pizza was mediocre at best, great marketing to trick people into thinking this is related to NYC pizza.

Disappointed in this one. I saw the Google pictures and was optimistic. This is a window serve only restaurant. The pizza was mediocre granted it was off the lunch hour so it was not very fresh. All flop but biggest issue was it was covered in burnt semolina, see pictures. Even if the pizza were amazing the homeless population really deter me from visiting this place again. There is a shelter at the end of the block and I was approached by a woman who insisted I buy her pizza. Really can't say I enjoyed the experience here.

Not a good experience. Reserved at 6:30 p.m. but they did allow me to come in earlier for one table. I waited for 30 minutes though this was on Valentine's Day wasn't crazy busy. I ordered the fajita steak. The chips were cold and salsa was bland. When the food finally did come it's like they didn't use any seasoning or salt and the sides I ordered were wrong but they fixed it before I received the wrong side bc I told them. And steak in the fajitas was very soft like soy meat and again there was no flavor to any thing I ate, and my stomach kinda hurts
