My mom and I love coming here on a hot day when we need something to cool down, the employees are very friendly and the design is adorable as well. Our order are: passion fruit (me) and avocado (mom). Highly recommend!

Fun little date spot. Love the vibe of this place as they decorated for Christmas. Anything in the menu is great so you can’t go wrong. I highly recommend walking around the outside. There’s a trial that leads to a pond. 8/10 Milk Tea 🧋

It's tucked away, which is great for a business meeting or social get together. The drinks themselves are great. I did some networking and both people enjoyed their smoothies. Five stars is perfect, so they got four which is still good, I would go back. The reason for four and not five is I was sitting outside talking with people, enjoying the afternoon weather. But there's no way to know when the drink is ready. I asked the person if they would bring it out to the tables in front of the store. I even offered to tip them to walk the 15 seconds and drop it off, but it appeared to be burdensome. It's not enough to not make me want to go back, but that kind of thing separates the four and five star places.

First time visiting the place to meet up with an old friend. I got a creamed Black Tea with 25% sweetness, which had a good flavor. The service provided was excellent as I felt no pressure placing the order and got all my questions answered. Very good experience.

Nicely tucked in the corner of two buildings. Has two floors and the settings are quite nice. Quick service at the time of visit and the quality of food is good. Definitely come visit again 😊.

The drinks are good, but be aware if you have food allergies because there's very little transparency about ingredients. I asked to see the package for their "non-dairy creamer" option, and there was a warning in the ingredients list on the "teapioca non-dairy creamer" package stating it contains milk. Additionally, the ingredients for the powders used for the creamy drinks aren't listed anywhere and could easily contain dairy or soy.

Tea is regular, staff is super unfriendly, unwelcoming and unhelpful. We were asking questions about the menu and were met with sighs and rude looks. We ended up just ordering two flavored green teas because we felt rushed trying to figure the wide menu. After ordering and sitting to the side, there were 3 other orders behind ours yet we were the last to leave the place inside. Took forever.

We ordered pineapple blast for our 3 year old. I told them no ice specifically, they eventually made with ices, I went back to him and asked him about it. The receipt also says no ice, he took it back and did something gave new one for me. I gave it to my daughter, she finished half of it. I tried remaining, LOOKS LIKE HE REMOVED ICE AND POURED HOT WATER ON IT. No flavor at all, I regretted giving it to my daughter. Worst experience.

Tea is terrible and people here are super rude. I can't taste the tea flavor but the color food additive. Besides, not only drinks are bad but their service is horrible. They ask me to bring my service dog out and forbid me to pick up my dog just bc they think the dog will spread hair. But my dog won't shed. I couldn't even place an order with their bad design menu while they keep trying to kick me off. I need to ask them to let me finish the order and ill bring my service dog out... The woman was super mad at me...will never ever come back again!
