Every morning, I’m getting my coffee from this place. And the stuff is completely rude. They’re supposed to learn how to speak with the people at least when you saying hi or saying thank you they supposed to answer you. But both of hijabi girls is super rude. Please take care and make sure There are supposed to change their attitude.

Ordered the signature iced coffee with almond milk, as usual but today I actually stood there to see how they made my drink and I was surprised that they mixed my drink using whole milk with a bit of almond milk.. No wonder I've been getting allergic reactions these days.

They frequently do mistakes in orders. We’ve just visited thus location - there was no crowd, no rush, yet they didn’t bother reading the online order properly. How is medium hot chocolate turned out to be regular coffee? I’ll dispute the payment and will try to avoid that shop.

They don’t know how to read instructions and make things , I didn’t order anything fancy , I ordered avocado toast and hot pumpkin spice signature late , instructions are already there , they still messed up with my order . I order through mobile app and was waiting for my latte for 20 mins , toast already got cold , when they gave me a coffee it was literally already cold , I asked them to re make my order and give me my warm avocado toast and hot late , they still messed up with my order. Awful service, awful shift , they had time to talk between each other but made a huge lane behind me

I don’t personally make rude comments but with this location feels necessary. Recently Ive gone here and the customer service is beyond me. I asked for a dozen chocolate munchkins and received a dozen chocolate donuts I hadn’t noticed the girl placed donuts in a bag! One whole bag all squished together! I had left for a minute to get my wallet and coming back I see my total is 20. She had also messed up my coffee order cod brew one sugar nothing else added. Her attitude on top of that! I don’t know how she works there and it’s NOT MY FIRST TIME EXPERIENCING THIS!

This the fist time I had such a rude customer service, I have been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts for years now and I never encountered such a bad staff. Beside the point that they took my order wrong, they refuse to correct their mistake and I was told that I had to pay for correct item. When I told them that it was their mistake and they need to correct it they said I have to pay or leave. I hope the management is will be able to correct there’s stuff attitude or hire somebody else because the person who was serving today in the evening it’s not supposed to work with people.

I BELIEVE TODAY WAS MY LAST VISIT AT THIS LOCATION! DEAR MANAGEMENT! Please be aware that new employees that were recently hired are top rudest I have ever seen across the USA. I stopped by this location a lot of times since I live nearby. They used to messed up my orders so many times. They had forgotten to put right ingredients or they added what was asked to be NOT. However any time they did a mistake with my order,they apologized and remade a new one. So I kept coming there, we all are people, we might make a mistake. Today was just a horrible scene there. I am not sure about a full story, but they messed up another customer drink. Lady nicely asked them either to replace or refund. She was super polite. But the employee by the register, young man wasn't. He was extremely rude, impatient, impulsive, impolite and just nothing close how the customer service representative should appear. He didn't listen. He was just stubborn and rude. He said to lady which was a customer to come back next day. She said that their is no sense, she doesn't live nearby. She asked again of 2 options- refund or refill. She was talking to man for about 15 minutes. And he just turned his back on her. HEY PEOPLE, HOW ABOUT CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT? If you are in a customer service department you should approach people nicely! This behavior is inacceptable! Shame on such an employees! Shame on manager if they do not work with your personal on a human approach!
