The place is very nice and well located. THE GOOD: The dishes are very flavorful and the prices are excellent. WHERE TO IMPROVE: Only the opening hours, a little earlier, like 8 a.m. for example.

The view is unbeatable, truly breathtaking, though it's somewhat spoiled by the loud music that drowns out the birdsong. The food is good, and the price and portions are reasonable. The service is fast, but another drawback is that they don't accept credit cards.

Their coffees and pastries are very delicious. I give it 3 stars for the attention, at first the girl who took us was very friendly but the lady who delivered it to the table was quite moody. I almost snatched the menu out of my hand, when I was still seeing what else I could order. What a shame they don't know how to serve customers. The truth is that it doesn't make me want to return or at least if I see that this person is serving.

The food was good, but the customer service was terrible. The waiters weren't attentive to the diners, and you had to go looking for them to get any service.

I had already entered this place once and the service is not good at all, they serve reluctantly, today, June 19, I went back in to order 2 breakfasts, the waitress didn't even see us enter since she was more interested in her cell phone. We ordered and when we tasted the dish I had a hair, I asked them to cancel the dish and they got upset, in the end they didn't charge me but in a mocking tone they took the bill and as soon as we left, they started laughing, it's unfortunate that this beautiful place has such terrible staff.

Terrible service. They take forever to bring you the menu, and 40 minutes to serve a coffee? This place is overrated. The coffee is almost cold, and they leave the orders on the bar where they get cold.

The drinks were tasteless, but the reason I would never return is the service. The staff are incredibly rude, have no concept of customer service, and treat you like they're doing you a huge favor. They never came to take your order; you have to order from your table to the counter. When you ask for the bill, they yell at you, telling you how much you're going to pay. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Axtla branch of Terrazas, you have to put more effort into it. The frappes seem like shaved ice, almost all of it. Unfriendly staff, terrible service.

I have frequently visited this establishment. I consider myself a frequent customer here and at the Xilitla location. However, on this occasion, I was disappointed by the staff. They gave me the menu, but several minutes passed before they took my order, putting it ahead of diners who arrived later. This has never happened to me before. I hope it doesn't happen again, as I believe there should be fairness for all customers. The owners need to better train their staff in the service they provide.

The taste of the "coffee" doesn't match the name of the place. Average service, and as for the establishment, they need a better temperature, as they have air conditioning, but it's insufficient.
