Personale molto gentile ed accogliente e cibo buonissimo!

Domenica a pranzo siamo stati in questo posto meraviglioso; nonostante nn avessimo prenotato ci hanno portato un tavolino e 3 seggiole per stare all'interno al calduccio. Abbiamo trovato il cibo ottimo, il servizio veloce e tutti sono estremamente gentili....cosa rarissssssima! Tornermo certamente!

You love this place when ski lift brings you here. Nice bar, needed toilets and great view. And then you can ski in three main directions - Colle Bettaforca for Gressoney valley, direct back to Frachey or blue slope back to Frachey with option to go to Crest/Champoluc via Belvedere.

Posto bellissimo e vista meravigliosa. Per salire basta acquistare il biglietto per il “trenino” e seggiovia (va bene anche senza sci). Consigliato prenotare. Pietanze molto buone e dolci speciali.

Ottima la qualità dei piatti. Terrazza con vista meravigliosa. Servizio veloce ed efficiente.

Già solo il posto merita le 5 stelle. La cucina è piuttosto ricca di piatti interessanti, vale la visita e anche il ritorno. Unica delusione la fondue, davvero poca. Per il resto tutto ok 👍 È consigliato prenotare nei weekend.

Sono poco attenti alle contaminazioni tra i diversi cibi e poco avvezzi all’esclusione di allergeni. Il servizio è estremamente gentile da parte di alcuni membri dello staff ed estremamente scorbutico e non curante da parte di altri. Ho pranzato per due giorni nel rifugio a pranzo e sono state due esperienze completamente diverse a seconda della cameriera che ha seguito il nostro tavolo. L’hamburger è arrivato freddo, la carne congelata, il cheddar non era neanche sciolto ed il bacon pareva fosse bollito e non alla piastra. Al contrario, buoni i ravioli e le patatine fritte, porzione un po’ misera per quanto pagato di pollo al curry e ottima la torta di mele. Tutto sommato caro ma in linea con gli altri rifugi sulle piste nel comprensorio Monterosa Ski.

La vista è molto bella, la location è molto accogliente e calorosa, il locale è stupendo. Purtroppo il pranzo è stato al quanto deludente : il servizio era lento (abbiamo mangiato alle 15:30 dopo 45min di attesa), e i piatti non valgono il prezzo.

Molto buono, ma abbiamo aspettato 20 minuti per sederci e 30 per avere i nostri piatti..

Esperienza totalmente negativa. Partendo dai prodotti, il bombardino è veramente di una qualità pessima, nella foto si può evincere anche da colore. Almeno ha un costo decente per i prezzi di montagna (4€). Il servizio veramente indecente: ci hanno detto di accomodarci sui tavoli fuori ma, a metà del bombardino, è arrivata la cameriera (quella bionda di mezza età) a dirci di alzarci in malo modo perché era arrivato un gruppo di persone che voleva mangiare. Uno dei peggiori rifugi mai visti in ambienti di montagna.

Si mangia anche benino ma il servizio è tremendo di un antipatia disarmante

This was hands down the worst customer experience I’ve ever had in any restaurant in the Aosta Valley. We were treated by the waitress not as paying guests, but as if we were bothering her by simply trying to order lunch. She deliberately invited strangers to sit at our table and repeatedly ignored our attempts to place an order. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. I do not recommend this place.

Rude staff, we waited for 30 mins and when we sat down the waitress asked if it was okay if three people sat with us, even though we didnt get the option to do that. When we said no, the waitress was super rude to us. Would not go there again
