It's not authentic Mexican food. it's not bad, I say it's very good.

Very clean. Bathrooms also very clean. Everyone was polite and fast.

I love this location always fast friendly and accurate. My food is always fresh and hot. I always come to this location just for those reasons.

I’ve recently moved to another state and EVERY Taco Bell here is horrible compared to this one! My family is swearing it off until we get to go eat at this one. Food is always hot, made right and taste good.

Taco Bell is always one of my favorite places to go to. All their food is great. They also have a value menu where everything on that menu is one dollar so you don't even need a lot of money to eat at taco Bell. The crunchy tacos are my favorites though. You should check this place out.

This Taco Bells crunchy tacos always taste fresh. I've been to other Taco Bells and the shells taste a bit stale. I'm not too much fond for fast food. But Taco Bell definitely satisfies cravings.

I've been eating in my car for more than a year. No more. If they don't have eat-in, I leave. And this Taco Bell 🔔 HAS. I like to eat comfy. ;-)

This place is ok... Yes it is Taco Bell... The food is about the same as any other Taco Bell, but the service is a little slow.

Because I like their chicken 🐔 chalupas. But today they have another kind of chicken chalupas that are so good and better than the other ones .

This taco bell is so yummy. Way better then the one in covina on arrow hwy.

Not enough employees to serve at the front desk. There was a young man at the front just wanted water 💧 and no one served him! How can humans be so rude? Everyone needs to be treated the same! It's taco bell what more is there to say? This taco bell has never given me a stomach issue like taco bell is known for so thats a big plus! Workers here are pretty nice most of the time too.

Food tastes different than the mainstream, everyday Taco Bell.

Food wasn't that great and they had no mild sauce on the floor but the staff was great! Had issues with tap to pay an had to park to go inside but they were very helpful and friendly.

Food was good but had to wait 15 minutes to receive my order. So much for fast food.

This place is called taco hell for a reason everything taste the same and it sucks and they take their menu down and all they have now is disgusting churros and bad fruity drinks

Taco Bell is alright for fast food...its 😒NOT authentic enough FOR ME but some think it's "REAL" Mexican food...maybe just to drive thru is ok...😕

Friendly staffs but always understaff so always takes a long time to get your order.

Needs to be renovated, this is the oldest looking Taco Bell I've seen. It needs to get the new hip logo/makeover. But I still love Taco Bell's food, like my mom always said "don't judge a Taco Bell by its decor"

Our order was taken 3 double decker tacos, 2 bean, beef and red sauce and 2 Frito burritos to go, Made quickly. Staff was knowledgeable polite and efficient. Restroom was clean and we'll stocked.

Been going to this TB off and on for a year, fairly hit or miss. Staff is generally pleasant, with one or two staff members being very nice and all the rest being...okay. Food should always be checked before leaving, as I'd estimate something is wrong with the order roughly half of the time. When something is wrong, the staff has always been good about addressing it, but still frustrating that it happens in the first place.

This Taco Bell has plenty of parking space and has clean surroundings. We went to the drive thru around 3pm and there were 3 cars ahead of us. We waited for a very long time. We ordered the $5 nacho box for the kids and they really like it. I hope they improve their service.

Taco Bell rocks (usually ) this visit not so much. I ordered the Mexican Pizza it wasn't visually appealing at all there was supposed to have beef it didn't it was so messy and luke warm I took one bite and gave the rest to my puppy. He wasn't thrilled about it either.

Fairly new location. However, be careful in the drive thru--- sketchy people hang around the parking lot and that night 2 men were doing drugs just as you pull up to place your food order. Please notice a steep drive up to the window--- older cars tend to drift backwards.

Nacho grande looks like they didn't even try chips that were crushed together little bit of beans everything was all in the middle and did i mention broken chips crushed together gonna find another taco bell somewhere else.

The last few times I've been there, I've witness customers complaining that they haven't received their orders. I experienced that as well 17mins a few days back and the clerk told me their order screen accidently erases....? Also witness customers waiting too long for someone to take their order so the customer has to call them out loud from the back.

Hadnt had this i such a long time..it was a long day and. but you know nacho fries called me back. I would always get them with extra cheese. Ofcourse with the add charge. I get home no cheese none no. It was very disappointing the quesadilla was so cold

My daughter ordered her food from here thru postmates. The order was all wrong . She never got her drink . She almost got sick she allergic to regular taco shells so she order supreme Doritos taco and got regular taco

I had a 30 minute lunch. There was a big line in the drive through, and when I pulled up to order, they were only accepting cash. No where did they have a sign. 😳 😕 I had wait to get out and wasted my lunch break for nothing.

Ordered a cheese quesadilla. They put chicken in it. Had to go back and wait in the drive through for another 15 minutes. They gave us another quesadilla. It was once again a chicken quesadilla. The receipt even said CHEESE quesadilla. How do you get that wrong twice...

I was going to order but no even acknowledged my presence, I have come here before and it was the same, it's a shame because it's a nice place but I will not be coming back. I hope this helps you out but for me I don't go do business where I am ignored.

I order my food 17 tacos and 5 burritos and as I pull up and for pay my food was given to me within 2 min tops. I say to myself that was fast service. I live 4 blocks from Taco Bell as we start to eat the fast service showed the food was cold it was premade before I ordered. My wife called to tell them our dilemma and instead She got some smart mouth worker telling her that she just made them. My wife asked for a supervisor and she told her there was no supervisor on duty she was a shift leader. There was never an apology for the cold food at all. The general manager to the store will hear from us.

My order was messed up. I went back and asked them to fix it. They gave me a bad attitude and tried to argue I was wrong. I order the same thing every time so I know the order was made wrong. They made it wrong a second time and I called back and they said if I wanted to drive back they will remake it again. Not wasting my gas, or my money in this location again.

This place has always been slow and not had enough workers even before the pandemic. YEars beofroe. i was their a few days ago. All they did was pay attentione to the drive thru. Me and some other customers were there in the lonbby for at least 10 mins. Ignored. When somebody else got there rder in the lobby it was wrong!

The soda came in a transparent 12oz cup, the type they used to use for water and give away for free. Now they cost $2.19 +tax. The CHICKEN burrito should've been called the Chicken Surprise burrito b/c it was a surprise finding only a couple of pieces of chicken in the last bite. Pics don't lie. See them below. Another thing that goes along with the other reviews is that they started locking doors and turned off their menu at 11pm. They close at 12am. Obvious trick to stop customers from coming inside and only use the drive-through. See pics. I still like TB. must be this location only.

Secondly, I ordered a Frito Burrito and the cashier did not tell me it was unavailable until after I had already paid. So, that didnt give me a chance to try and replace that item with something. I was not charged for it so I didn't make it a big deal. Thirdly, I asked for for 6 or 7 hot sauces; I recieved 0. Fourth, when I came to the window to pay and get my food, the cashier just gives me a bag of food and said "thank you have a nice day" and then closes the drive thru window. She forgot to charge me, she forgot to make sure my order was correct, she forgot the drinks that I ordered, she forgot to tell me my Frito Burrito was unavailable and she forgot to charge me lol. Like she for real just handed me food and slammed the window shut. Finally, and frankly the worst, is that I found a hair in my nacho fries. I called to try and possibly get a refund or speak to corporate but the manager said he doesnt have the number for it. But yeah overall this was one of the worst experiences I've had at a fast food restaurant.

I occasionally get Taco Bell and the service is always good. But this time, it wasn’t so good. I really didn’t appreciate her attitude either.

My 82 year old father went there during the week and was in the drive thru at about 1030am. He placed an order and the person responded but he couldn't understand what she said. He pulled around to the window and the hostess, a Hispanic female with tattoos around her neck, told my father she was talking to him thru the speaker, and he responded he didn't understand, and repeated his order. She told him if he ever pulled around like that again she'd refuse to serve him. Taken back by such an incredible statement, he told her to cancel his order and he would never be back. She smiled and said thank you. I find any service oriented business who has employees like this who lack any compassion for a senior citizen who is hard of hearing should find her way to a different line of work. Particularly when he was the ONLY customer there at that time.

I just asked for extra plastic bag for the loose items, he then questioned the practicality of such usage, when asked for more napkins, he was concerned with the potential contamination to the food. He should be relaxed and mind his own business, and stop acting like a baby sitter. Bags, napkins, utensils and such are usual items customers may ask for extra either for dine in or to go orders!

Well we ordered and drove up to the window and paid our total. As we sat there waiting. Someone came to the window and asked what were we doing waiting there? I answered him and said well we paid and now waiting for our ordered. He wanted to know what did we ordered? I told him him he asked for me to paid him. I said I already did and showed him my recipe. He asked me for the recipe and we get our bag it seemed correct. But of course once we get home..nope. 😩

After I myself at the POS screen I went to sit, and there was cheese and other food debris all over. If it wasn't even open yet, then did they not clean the night before? This is the literal worst Taco Bell I've ever been to in my life. The cashier gets my order wrong every single time, and I know it's always the cashier's mistake. The first time was in the drive thru. I told him I wanted two sausage crunch wraps, but he entered bacon. So I let him know the screen was incorrect, and he said he'd fix it and ask what else I wanted. So I continued ordering, per his request, and at the end the crunch wraps were still bacon on the screen. So I let him know again, and he YELLED at me saying he'd make sure they were sausage. I totally got scared and just paid, took the food, and tried to check if it was sausage before leaving but couldn't open them without destroying them. So went home, my boyfriend and I both bit into them, and BACON. So I took them back and he didn't even apologize for yelling at me or making the obvious mistake of not entering in the correct item. The second time my boyfriend ordered drive thru. Different cashier, now female. He ordered two breakfast boxes and asked to substitute the hash brown with the cinnamon bites. She told him he couldn't substitute them, which seemed wrong because you can substitute it in any other meal and there was an option to substitute it on the self-order screen inside (when we were smart enough to make our own orders previously). So he just ordered extra cinnamon bites to go with the hash browns. He came home, and there were no hash browns at all. Now we're both wondering if the employees are untrained or just incompetent.
