DELICIOUS! And the guy running the register was fantastic, it was our first time going and he gave us a recommendation of what to get, really giving us the time of day to make sure we found an option we’d enjoy. We got the Waba bowl with half rice, and half veggies. (I think next time I’ll go all veggies, because they were stellar!) also highly recommend the Garlic Serrano sauce!
Very delicious option here. I had never tried the Tofu Salad but now I'm in love with it.

Honestly hard to believe that this place is rated so low on Yelp.... The restaurant felt very clean and the food was decent. We got the waba and vegetable/chicken rice bowls. Nothing fancy but definitely a lighter meal. The beef was a bit too salty; otherwise, the food tasted fine. Something to point out are the signs on the wall that emphasize the healthiness of the meal options. Not sure how that's defined from the restaurant's perspective but it's worth elaborating to get the point across to the customer.
Order her food for pick up the food was hot and fresh and came with all the sauce that we ordered even the extra dressing for the salad. The gentleman working were really nice. Only took a couple minutes to get our food. They gave us extra forks and napkins as well. They had a drink bar. We did not order drinks. The location was clean. The staff was friendly parking with a little challenging cause I share with other locations I didn’t see a restroom doesn’t mean they don’t have one 10 out of 10. Recommend checking out this location the portions for the chicken or a little bit scampi but you get a lot of rice and a lot of vegetables.
Ordered chicken and steak. Food is decent portion and price. Broccoli is additional sides that cost a dollar more.

Since there was char on the skin but no crunch, I would assume that they were cooked ahead of time and reheated. Potter stickers needs that crispy bottom. Since they have a grill, they could steam the dumpling ahead of time. Then grill them to order. That would give the dumplings the crispy bottom it badly needs
Came here for my lunch. Trying to enjoy my meal, and constantly hearing loud Obnoxious giggling & shouts. Seems like they have children working here. Nobody wants too work anymore in this generation. Very annoying to be honest.

There was an employee present who noticed me waiting but was busy, she called for a worker from the back. By the time she comes up her cell phone rang she ignored me and took the call. I decided to just walk out. What happened to professionalism.
I have been to many locations, this one is no good. Chicken is left out and dry. The fruit looked rotten. Drive to another location
Tuesday, 11am. I walked in, the cashier walked to the back. I was the only one in there, I stood there waited for a long time. There was an employee present who noticed me waiting but was busy, she called for a worker from the back. By the time she comes up her cell phone rang she ignored me and took the call. I decided to just walk out. What happened to professionalism.
This Waba Grill was lackluster. They downsized my food servings. It was subtle but not subtle enough. The cashier had a "meh, whatever" attitude. If she said thank you it was sure drowned out by her attitude.
Not a fan of Waba. The sauce taste like caught syrup. The meat over cooked near charred. The meat is sliced too thin. I prefer B man's or even yoshinoya. Service was fine.
This place was filthy..the place was empty and I sat and ate after wiping off my own table. The staff didn't seem to care. I mentioned the tables are all dirty and they didn't wipe down one table. The drinks on the counter had spilled stuff. I won't ever go back. Even the door was filthy. What happened to this place
My daughter invited me to have lunch with her at Waba Grill because she was craving salmon. It sounded like a good idea but we were both very disappointed with the food. We both ordered the Salmon bowl and I made it very clear to the cashier that I didn't want the salmon to be over cooked but unfortunately it was and that made the salmon very dry. To top it off, it didn't have any flavor. The only flavor on the bowl was the teriyaki sauce they drizzled on top of the salmon. It's unfortunate that this is a place we will not go back to or recommend to our friends and family.
Front desk was nice but her mind wasnt in her job, i requewte a beggie chicken bowl with special request, white meat, just broccoli and brown rice foe to go, when i got at home no begies and the chicken looks like a BBQ chiken with a lot of sauce.... horrible than if a request regular bowl!! I will no back to this location anymore.
Wow I experience bad customer service. Never would’ve thought a curbside pick up order is still considered to be picked up inside the store when clearly there’s a sign outside that says “Curbside pick up” the young lady did not understand by that because I never had trouble to pick up my order normally I call the store to pick up an order they would bring it to your car. Lady just said you still have to pick it up in the restaurant by that I did not have my mask with me and I was trying to prevent from going out. She hung up on me after kept insisting to argue with me. Terrible service. ONE STAR ⭐️
Food is REALLY dry, service is ok, and atmosphere is really bad flies everywhere
My family and I just ate there and the cashier (young lady with glasses) had such bad attitude the whole time. Nobody welcomed us as we came in and we had to guess when we were able to order because her and a guy were at the cashier but didn't say anything. The whole time her attitude was just unacceptable. Not friendly at all and even rolled her eyes at my husband. I hope she's ok, but there's no excuse to have such attitude.
The restroom is whack. They opted for a no lock door and was afraid someone would walk in on me and a guy did. The food is find more carbs than anything. As for the service they got mad at me for not knowing my food was out when they didn’t verbalize it.
Don't go to this location. They have a guy cutting meat who is rude and will walk away saying it's not his job when I asked for a lid for my cup. The cashier was busy along with the lady but the 3rd guy was just rude and it's been more than once. Also I come in the morning and you can tell this place has a gas leak. This place has good employees but manager or corporate need to step in and check this place out, also will be letting local fire department know about the gas smell because it's bad. I found out the manager uses tape to "fix" the problem.
Horrible horrible customer service!!! If you don’t like working customer service you are at the wrong place! Approximately at 3:10 pm today 8/21/24 I walked out due to the cashier walking up to the register poking at some buttons and just stood there! I was so confused and I asked are you waiting for my order and with the worst face responded “yeah” I said never mind learn how to work around here and walked out. Mind you this is the second time I gave this location a chance and it was the same BS as last time.
Worst WaBa Grill that I have been to! I ordered online for pick up while gassing up at Costco. Chicken and Beef had no sauce at all! I had to get 5 sauce packets to put in my food. I order the same thing most of the time. Employees were just talking to each other spewing profanity to each other. Restroom was trash with graffiti everywhere. No paper towels and the hand dryer was not even working. Will never go back here again. Hire better people.
