Do not get the Crafted Flatzz pizza. It was horrible, tasted like card board, dry, and just no taste. Don't recommend it.

I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before anybody came to help me. Their where 2 people in the front. They just looked at me an keep doing what they were doing. My pizza did not have the garlic butter that I requested on the crust and the pizza was lacking flavor. But the manager was very sweet once she finally came up.

I’ve had much better pizza at Little Caesar’s and spent less money. In this economy, I deserve to get what I pay for, and if I have to spend more to get that, I guess it’s goodbye Pizza Hut.

I’ve had much better pizza at Little Caesar’s and spent less money. In this economy, I deserve to get what I pay for, and if I have to spend more to get that, I guess it’s goodbye Pizza Hut.

Pizza was over cooked. Had to wait while other customers were taken care of before my order was made. Also I paid for extra cheese, didn't get it. Also the store has a tip jar. You have to have good service to get tips. Also one star is too high. Call customer service and no help.

I ordered two large pizzas. They were both awful one was a cheese pizza, which I had hardly any cheese. The other was a super supreme. I paid an additional charge for extra toppings. If you look at the pizza, you couldn’t tell it was supposed to have extra toppings, because there were hardly any toppings on the pizza at all, I will never do business with Pizza Hut again.

Order 3 puzza went in to pickup they made them wrong ,remade the pizzas and they all stuck to the pans, waited for them to remake the pizzas! All this time they were having no problem serving other people! BUT 2 people came back in with there orders because they were WRONG. I asked for a refund and they said we cant do that because you paid with your Debit card. I WAITED A TOTAL OF AN HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES. I was irate demanded my money and they finally gave me my money back in cash!!! If i could give NO stars I would. All can say is buyer beware! Bad service, Bad food, Bad Attitudes from there employees!

The restaurant was extremely cold but that’s the less of my worries. Me and my Mom ordered pizza there last night. We both got diarrhea from the pizza. This place has just gotten worse and worse over the years. Don’t eat here unless you want to fight the bathroom all night.

Ordered online and food looked burned and didn't look like what I ordered which was a stuffed crust pizza. The cashier ( black lady with jheri curl) told me "it's just darker than what I want it to be". It looked like a pan pizza with no cheese or toppings. She had a nasty attitude with all the customers and rolling eyes while taking orders. Didn't greet not one person or say thank you. Horrible customer service. The lady with jheri curl needs to learn how to speak to customers because I had to make sure I was the person paying for the food with my hard earned money because I know it wasn't free.

I went to the Pizza Hut in Baker. I ordere 2 medium pizzas which was cold with some garlic Parmesan and sweet chili boneless wings. The wings were so hard my dog wouldn’t want them. I tried to fill Out a complaint form which wouldn’t take my information. This is one of the main reasons I cook at home because they hire these people that don’t care about their job and fixing food any type of ways. I haven’t ate from Pizza Hut in a while and today will be my last time. That’s very unacceptable.

Last week road up there waited for 20 minutes to order, then waited another 10 minutes before they told me they were out of crust. Then was mad I wanted my money back. So ok sometimes you just have a bad day. Went back last night the pizza was horrible! I have never said that about pizza hut pizza! They must have used the amount of ingredients for a personal pan on my large. I got two and both were bad. The service has gotten really bad on the last month. I asked for a phone number to distric manager and was told to go on line and find it.

Each time I ordered pizza from here, it was a bad experience, so it had been at least 3 years since I ordered. So, I said to myself, "Self, let's try Pizza Hut and see if it is any better these days." I ordered the 2 for $6.99 deal and it was heavenly! The pizzas were perfect. They were hot, fresh, overloaded on toppings, everything you expect when you spend your money. So, here we are about a month later and I ordered again. Man oh man, what a difference a day makes. You know how when you refrigerate your pizza and it dries up, is hard, and maybe comes back to life when you microwave it? This is what the pizza looked like. I sent my daughter to pick them up, and sadly, she didn't look at them before leaving. It was absolutely horrifying when I lifted the lid! I called the store and asked for the manager. The young girl on the line claimed she was the manager, but then stated that she would have to talk to the store manager in order to complete my request for a refund or new pizzas. I said, "You just told me that you ARE the store manager So you are lying to me??" She never answered the question but went on to tell me that I would have to return the pizza. Meanwhile, while I was on the phone, grandkids from ages 7 to 10 had already started to devour an unguarded pizza, and came to me with complaints that the pizza did not taste good and can we get McDonald's instead. Love goes out to the Young at Heart that don't realize you had money for one or the other and the one they chose had already been paid for. I asked the girl on the other line, "Do you hear the kids complaining?" She remained quiet , with no apology, no empathy and no resolutions to my wasted funds. I hung up the phone furious, and vowed the next time I order Pizza Hut, I will drive to Zachary's location, even though it's a little farther down the road. When I lived in Zachary and ordered from that location, pizza was always fresh no matter how far apart the orders were. Don't spend your money at Baker Pizza Hut and ALWAYS look at the pizza before you take it!!

WORST, most unprofessional pizza hut location I've ever been to! They aren't taking web orders, they aren't taking walk-up orders, and they aren't offering curbside pickup right now. The only way to order from them now is to call and you have to walk up and pick it up when you get there. It's a big inconvenience, and to top it off, their customer service is horrible. I called today to place an order for their Big Dinner Box with 3 pizzas. The employee was trying to argue with me about what the order was called, telling me "that's not a big dinner box, a big dinner box comes with wings, you want the three rectangle pizzas", after I told her twice that I'm just trying to order the box that comes with three pizzas (which is a Big Dinner Box on their website!!). Ridiculous. I just said don't worry about it and didn't order. I've had too many bad experiences with this Pizza Hut, and today was the straw that broke the camel's back.
