Every time I venture into the mall, Auntie Anne's Pretzels is a stop I can't resist. Their pretzels are consistently fresh, light, and delicious with just the right amount of salt. In my opinion, they really do make the best pretzels around! I've tried other places, but none compare to the quality these guys provide. What stands out, aside from the pretzels, is the service. I’ve never had a negative experience at this location – the staff is friendly and efficient, making it a pleasant part of my shopping experience. If you’re ever in the mall and craving a tasty snack, I definitely recommend giving Auntie Anne's a try!

Pretzel was alright, a little burnt and the cheese was cold. The pricing on the menu was $2 more than what we paid on the receipt we couldn't follow the adding of the totals to figure out why

drove 45 minutes from McFarland Due to road construction I arrived 10 minutes before closing upon arrival a girl with red hair Began throwing all the pretzels in the trash and told me she would not serve me :(

I have been a customer for over 20 years and this is the first time I was served by Nadia and the service was just awful

Terrible costumer service, approached to get a hot dog ones, Heaven told me they making them and I should be back in 10 15 minutes, I back after 15, asked about the hod dogs, how long they will be ready. She said they making it right now, come back in 10 15 minutes again. The guy that makes it yelling that they need to be ordered ahead whatever she didnt say it to me. And of course I was ordering if I was told so. What can you expect from people thwt came to hang out right?

I visit the VALLEY PLAZA about once a week, and used to ALWAYS have a pretzel dog while there. Now and in the last few months I don't have a pretzel dog, because they NEVER have anything ready. They will tell you to put in an order, and wait 10 minutes. NO WAY !!!! What has happened to this place? Why can't they just continue to make them and sell them to people who want NOW. I have discussed this with my friends and family and everyone feels the same. They are loosing LOTS of business, and I predict they will soon be out of the VALLEY PLAZA, because of loos of business.
