My last visit here was amazing got a vinti frappacuno & with extra ice & extra shots & the left over she put into a grandeur so I technically got 2 drinks. & i got a brownie & just bcuz it broke in half she added another 1 for free. I wish I got her name but she was amazing.

I went to the Starbucks my order was how exactly I ordered it the line in the Drive-Thru was quick excellent customer service. But I think for some reason their cup sizes have got smaller.

Love this place! All of them in Bakersfield. I like purchasing the refreshers. I'm here now while visiting the art exhibition. I thought I would take a break. I was craving for an ombre pink drink. Enjoying it!

I work dowm the street and always come here on my lunch break. Im the star bucks junkie and i have a more difficult order.. The one thta will make your eyes roll if your in line behind me. Amazingly nice staff. Great place to work, study, or do homework. It is a bit small but makes up with cleanliness and absolutely great customer service. If I could tip I would. And of course, Starbucks coffee is always great wherever you go.

I have had nothing but great experiences visiting this Starbucks! You can tell everyone here isn't just taking orders and filling them, They really want to make sure your taken care of. Especially HANNAH, she has helped me almost everytime I've gone and she's super friendly and makes my day everytime! 10/10 recomend comming here!

I like that I can use the SBux app, order ahead, have a good drink or hot sandwich ready when I get there, and have help at the register if I want to add to my order. Most of all, I appreciate that this store treats the homeless with dignity minus any harassment. Other downtown businesses should take note!

Been to a bunch of Starbucks- like the rest of you, but never met such friendly baristas who actually liked their customers and it showed. I always get a weird twist on my cafe mocho or carmel macchiato and they never screw this up. Great place to bring your laptop and study or work too!

I put in a mobile order but their system didn't register it, I went to pick it up and it wasn't made nor could they find it in their system. The barista WERE ON TOP OF IT immediately and made my drinks super quick. I didn't even have to wait longer than 5 minutes to get both my drinks and my bacon sandwich. They made the situation right , and while I was slightly inconvenienced by the issue, they had me leaving with a smile . I was super impressed by the gentleman doing mobile orders by how quickly he handled my problem and fixed it. Hands down will be back. Amazing baristas and excellent customer service.

I had a large order of 12 drinks, many with a number of specifications. I called ahead to ask how soon before I wanted them should I place the order on the app and if that time wasn't a very busy one for them. The drinks were ready in no time as promised. All the 3 baristas were very friendly.

I don't typically go to this Starbucks location but my usual place has lately been such a long line and even gets into traffic so I opted to try this location since it's on the way to my work. I ordered the Gingerbread Oat milk Chai and it was so good! I have come back twice to get the same thing. The drive thru line is long depending on the time of day you go but they are so quick it really doesn't take that long to get in and out. I'm never in line for more than 5 minutes and that's with a long line of cars.

Stopped by here at midday on a long multi-state road trip. It gave the pup a chance to stretch his legs while we took turns going inside the store for coffee and a potty break. The very friendly lady who waited on me got my order adjustments perfectly for a tasty iced coffee on a hot (95 degrees) day. The restrooms are locked but she was happy to unlock it for me and had my drink waiting when I emerged. Friendly staff, quick service. Enjoyed the cool refreshing drink on a long drive!

You guys were great, I went in there one morning looking absolutely horrid after a very long and miserable night. I was waiting on my husband to pick me up, and he was in a bad mood. I asked for two white chocolate mocha breves, and I have to admit... It was the best coffee I've had in a minute, and it definitely made my long miserable night a thing in the past what's in that moment of being able to just sit down, and sip on my coffee. I came in today,January 31st inside this location to redeem all my points, and I had the best experience with both baristas! I did not get there name but the girl who took my order was extremely nice and helpful and I told to have fun and to make me there favorite drink! “Dubai white chocolate mocha” 10/10 let me tell you this was recommended by the young gentlemen! Ugh I’ll come back with names ! I also got my valentines cake pop for my daughter and the others for my kids at home ❤️🙏 they made my day and mind you, they didn’t know I had a small get away from the kids so it was a quick get away while my husband watched the kids. Today I took my teenage nieces to this location. They like to order all these Tik Tok menu "hacks" which most baristas despise or scoff at, however, barista Jazmin gladly guided us through each modification and addition of ingredients, even suggesting some recommendations, all with professionalism and cheer. Really made our experience one of the best we've had at any Starbucks. We were also playing the new Justin Bieber album in the car and she complimented our music which put a smile on my nieces! These are the kind of employees you just love to have on your team

This store Cafe has a bright 🌞 atmosphere. As soon as I walk in I get a Starbucks greeting. Cafe, drive-thru or Mobile order-this store gets me drink, and they take the time to answer my questions about the new drinks I try. It's also fun how this store decorates for the holiday, and don't forget about a Puppacino for your FurBaby! This is a Cafe that I could meet or chill anytime of day.

It was Starbucks. The se is ting area was limited and the music was extremely loud. I went with my sister and we had to yell at each other to hear over the music.

Nice place to study. Interesting observation someone left a phone charging by the entrance and surprisingly no one took it. Owner came back about an hour after I got there and he seemed to be worried about it. When he saw it he seemed relieved. I felt safe in there after that observation.

Great place to stop by, a little on the small side. But I will return because of it's convenience.

The people here are really nice. There usually is a line here for the drive thru, but they tend to go through it rather quickly. The only downside is that they sometimes run out of ingredients for items i enjoy.

It seems like there's often new people here. Every other time I visit, there's something wrong with order. Not majorly though. Example, this last time, I order two iced pumpkin spiced chai lattes each with half a pump of espresso, and one caramel ribbon crunch with extra mocha and caramel syrup on the cup and top. I got my order and my iced lattes got the syrup instead of the ribbon crunch. It didn't ruin it, it actually tasted good after properly mixing, but I needed one without a bunch of sugar so I don't crash at work. We shall see how this goes. 😬😬😬

This Starbucks is fine. The drinks are always correct and the staff are always nice and greet you when you walk in. The place is also always clean and there's usually plenty of parking barring any special event down town. I gave a 4 instead of 5 because I've never received my order in less than 5 min. This place is always busy. Even if there is only one person ahead of me inside, there's always a wait. I attribute that to the drive thru, which pretty much always has a long line.

This location has great customer service and it’s as clean as one should expect it to be, but they are like robots (just less efficient being that no human can compete with a robot) when it comes to logic. You can explain the simplest fact to them and like a robot that’s been programmed they will not budge on something that will not cause any harm to anyone, they just say, “I’m sorry I can’t do that, it’s our policy.” I can bring a reusable cup and get a refill in that same cup, but if I buy a disposable cup for some unreasonable reason they will not use that same cup, they have to get a new one smh. That’s very wasteful and inefficient. Though most, if not all, Starbucks are the same with this policy. Starbucks is usually very efficient and eco friendly. This could easily be fixed and the policy should be changed. This is not me throwing shade on this company but just offering a suggestion. So it’s actually 3.8 stars for this location.

Bad and slow customer service, wouldn't take there own cup trash, I needed to throw away from another store. They didn't have a trash can outside to be able to free up my cup holders for new drinks.

The Team Member talked to fast and had to keep repeating the order. Wait time is typical for Starbucks drive-thru. So if you are in a rush don't bother. I wasn't impressed with this Starbucks service!

Waited over an hour for my moble order. They kept telling me i was next, then told me someone must have taken my order even though i watched the counter the whole time.

Ran out of what we ordered, gave us something else, didn't tell us they ran out, or that they switched it. We went back, told them, and they fixed it. We ordered Ham Croissants, they were delicious.

The espresso didn't taste fresh which made the drinks taste a bit mediocre. This kind of sucked because we were on a road trip and didn't really get to enjoy our drinks. Everyone was very polite and the service was pleasant.

Staff gets a 5 star!! the company itself, maybe 3 stars, im not at fan. The only reason I ever go to Starbucks is to get gifts for people who like them. But if you like Starbucks then this location has friendly staff! Cheers!!!

This location is in a really odd place and I can see how it would be a pain getting into and out of during the day with traffic. I'm not a regular Starbucks patron but I didn't have any other options at the time so I visited this store. When I arrived there was nobody in the lobby and one car ordering. The store itself was very clean and the employees were pleasant and friendly. I placed an order for a tea and an iced coffee and sat down. 5 minutes after sitting down the tea was ready and around 5 minutes after that my coffee was ready. As I said I'm not a Starbucks regular but nowhere else does it take close to ten minutes for an iced coffee to be made when there is no other customers. That is my only gripe because I'd hate to see how long it takes when they actually have customers lined up.

I understand it’s Christmas today, but 9/10 this location always has a very slow DT. I have been in the DT for over 35+ minutes and there was only 5 cars ahead. Be prepared to wait.

What? No power near the tables...? I would have patronized your beverage and food selection, but since it's a digital nomad unfriendly location, i won't be back.

Total time in drive through was 19 minutes. Seriously. Ridiculous. I could have literally baked a whole frozen Red Barron pizza at home faster than I got my coffee.

Only giving two stars for some of the partners there. I understand having to wait for someone to come open the bathroom because of the location but the bathrooms are not even being cleaned or stocked in the morning. The cafe area is usually always dirty not swept. Do better Starbucks train your partners better

I came to do some work as I've been having to work from Starbucks' while my son is attending the junior police academy. I went to another one and it was too small (no indoor seating) so I came here. Very limited seating and worst of all, there are no outlets for my laptop. I think this is the first Starbucks I've been to that isn't work and/or study friendly. Super sad about this as I'm only going to be able to do limited work. The staff here is great and Friendly.

Usually my service is excellent but today my coffee was only filled halfway and I went through the drive-thru so I didn't have time to go back to inquire about it not happy today

I purchased a hot chocolate and when I got home I was insulted and upset to see half of the drink was nothing but whipped cream, and it was melted. Flavor wasn’t that good either. I wouldn’t recommend it. 🤦‍♀️

I have had it with Starbucks. Last Thursday, 2 of three dinks were wrong (different location) and then this morning this location got my order so wrong I had to trash it. All I ask is that if it's on the label, make it that way. I was the only one in the store this morning and it was a mobile order. Of course the line of lazy, air polluting people in line at the drive through was long.

Sat in the drive thru for about a half an hour. Ordered two drinks and 2 grilled cheese sandwiches. Both drinks were made wrong, didn't taste right at all and they didn't even give me grilled cheese sandwiches. I got 2 cheese danishes instead. Worst starbucks I have ever been to.

This morning went to pick up my mobile order. My wrap was not ready. Barista said it’s heating, it will be right out. When wrap was ready barista walked around me and out the door and gave my food to a drive thru customer. She said we are busy and they get there food first even though you ordered 30 minutes ago!!!!!

For some reason they do not share the bathroom code. Having to wait 5 minutes for an employee to open the bathroom every time is so inappropriate. There are 2 restrooms and one of them is "for employees only." Pretty sure Starbucks central would not be ok with this, but whatever. Will visit other Starbucks from now on

We had a grumpy girl taking our order today. She looks like the character sadness in the cartoon movie inside out. We were happy to see Starbucks. Her demeanor upended it. After we were served by another happy barista, everything got better. Starbucks should put grumpy ones at the back store.

Super unreliable mobile ordering service. I’m usually on a tight schedule in the mornings....and so knowing these guys have problems I’ll put my order in 10-15 sometimes 20 minutes out with the hopes I won’t get there and have to wait. Today they had my drink ready but not my food....which takes considerably less time than the drink; soooo I’m a little lost around that situation. I actually had to walk out today and leave the food order because I can’t afford to wait around for 10 minutes....after placing a mobile order 15 minutes ago..lol it’s just ridiculous. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IN THE MORNINGS.

Fast forward three years to 2023, they remodelled the entire location in after they returned they decided to raise the prices. Now a grande is $6.25!? Jeez, back to caffeine supreme! Overrated! 15 minutes in the drive thru! I forgot that's why I started to Go to Caffeine Supreme instead!

I'm leaving this review because I've been to this Starbucks about 4 times now, and each time has been horrible. I got a caramel ribbon crunch. It is pure whip cream. No coffee. Went to this location multiple times and majority of staff is really Sweet and helpful. But I've noticed the Manager (Vanessa Robles-asked for her name) is RUDE. She doesn't seem to care about her employees so I highly doubt she cares about her customers. She consistently disrespects not only employees but I've heard her talk negative about customers as well. I am usually there on a daily & work in customer service myself so I know what is acceptable and what is not. This is not an OK example for a manager to be setting for her staff. I'm sure this location is very successful especially due to its location but you should really consider getting better managers. Her demeanor and body language seem very COLD & UNWELCOMiNG. Thinking about it, Its hard to remember ever seeing her smile. The staff even mentioned that employees have had to transfer locations because she was so belittling and would try to get in their personal business. Thus making them cry and requesting a transfer. Poor employees, she treats them like they owe her something, she treats them like slaves. The employees are really hard working in this location just wish they had a better manager to lead them to success. In Conclusion, BEWARE of VANESSA THE WITCH!!!

Ive been coming to this starbucks for a long time, and today was the third time I've been completely disrespected by the manager Irma, It's unfortunate how unkind and cruel their manager can be to some of the folk around here. I enjoy this shop and i always pay for a drink or snack but today, i can't even stomach this disgusting attitude that's coming from their manager!

They are pretty horrible ! The quality of their drinks has become below average. I use to be a huge Starbucks drinker and now the drinks at this location taste like trash. Each time I go the drinks are watered down just don't taste like Starbucks anymore I think I'm done with them or this location for sure they charge to much for those drinks for them to just serve anything.

My Order is grande nitro cold brew in a venti cup and the rest filled up with soy milk, I've have worked with vixxo for many years and that's been my order for 8 yrs , until this manager Irma on 10/03/2025 5:20am - 5:33 pm would not serve my drink, I paid and left a ten dollar tip this manager is does not care for customers. I left with out my coffee.

Drive thru was slow, but pushed through. Once we got to the window, they never put our order through. Initially tried to charge us for someone else’s drink and made us wait only to find out they never typed/put in our order. Then they did a shift change with the employees and the one who took over tried to say, so looks like your order was never put in. At that point wasted so much time we just left without buying anything. Huge waste of time. Awful customer service.

I’ve been coming to this location for five years, never had an issue until recently with the manager name Jodi she was unprofessional and rude I had an issue She was aware of it already. That’s why she was waiting for me at the window. I informed her of the issue and all she did was smirk and said there was nothing that she can do. In order to use restroom , you have to make a purchase, to go one step further they to enter the code to the restroom. Our money is good enough but not enough to trust with a bathroom code. Will not ever return. Waited 20 minutes and i kept hearing them call Craig , thats not my name .

Absolutely Awful – Never Coming Back! This was by far the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. The workers were unprofessional, uninterested, and clearly didn’t care about customer service. One of them seemed completely lost, like she wasn’t even fully present. My coffee was cold and stale, and when I asked for a fresh one, they just steamed the old coffee and handed it back like I wouldn’t notice—disgusting. The store itself was a mess—dirty tables, overflowing trash, and a generally unwelcoming atmosphere. For the prices they charge, this level of service is unacceptable. Avoid this location at all costs!
