Well it's fast food first of all, so it's not restaurant cuisine. I fine for on the go and you don't feel up to cooking. Portions are getting smaller, so there's that. It's OK!

Egg sandwich made incorrectly, it was a simple order. Good thing I checked before I left the parking lot. It was correct on the order slip but made incorrectly, clearly someone didn't read it right.

Took my kids here to run around and grab a bite while I took a work call. Air-conditioning, indoor park and French fries, a winning combination.

It was 10pm, after seeing a concert with my 17 year old daughter as part of her birthday gift. We had a craving for McDonald's and it was so nostalgic for me because I don't eat McDonald's like that in years. We were both VERY pleased here!

This place is nice. They have table service and the girls who work there are awesome. One of them came to my table and ask me if everything was ok or if i needed anything. These girls do an amazing job. There is a playground so if you have any kids this is play you want to go. I had a great experience at this place. You should come and check it out.

Not that I like to admit that I eat fast food; because I sometimes go years without doing it but this McDonalds is fantastic and I have 2 others to choose from within basically the same distance. Sometimes I eat inside and the place is always clean and everyone is friendly and the food is always fresh. I can't remember the last time I got fries that weren't fresh out of the fryer.

Always friendly and courteous, ready to serve. Like any restuarant, they can have busy times and there may be a wait, but that can happen anywhere. There are multiple ways to place an order. There is automated kiosks, and an app to help speed things up. The bathrooms and dining area is usually clean. Unless someone just made a mess

It's everything a McDonald's should be, not one but two Drive through lanes and an always clean dining area. Quiet even wen the kids are playing in their designated play area. Really appreciate this McDonald's restaurant, happy they rebuild it and decided to stay.

Decent place if you have little ones. Typical McD menu and price point. The selling point really is the Play Place. Since these are going extinct like the dinosaurs, it's really nice to see one still out there. It's clean inside as well as 2 restrooms that are unisex for families The kids had a blast here and that's really what a parent wants to see, the children smiling and having fun. This place def brought the nostalgia and memories back. a must visit if you have little ones.

I needed to fuel up before driving back to the Bronx so I used the drive thru service. Service was fast and courteous. No dine-in service but was able to enjoy the meal in the parking lot.

Despite all the customer in the drive thru it didn't take that long to attend us. They got everything in our order correctly. In other places they always miss one or two things.

They just reopened after a remodel. It's nicer. But still very slow. It was slow before remodel. Was hoping it to be a little faster. It's clean and new so not much more to say.

I have to agree with one of the other reviewers. The staff is getting better, over time, and they have been fixing the place up lately. I've been going to this McDonald's off and on for almost 35 years. It's under new ownership now so it has been improving. I typically go almost every day in the summer to get a sweet tea. It's kind of hit or miss but 2 of the people that work there are outstanding! Jasmine B (I think an assistant manager now) and Brenda. Both awesome workers and very conscientious and courteous. Chris, the manger is also pretty good and there's one guy that usually works at night that is fast and gets the orders correct. The food seems to be getting better. I know, it's only McDonald's, but if the food is cold or not prepared correctly, it's not good! For now, I give it 4 stars because it's improving, and hopefully they can keep up the good work!

Was always a go to for the last decade, great place till they changed the dining area & playhouse. Workers could be nicer & faster, bathrooms could be cleaned more than once but overall I've enjoyed my experiences!

This is a typical McDonald's, BUT the employees are always friendly and the food is usually hot, and appears to always be freshly made. ...which is NOT typical of most McDonald's! They serve the HOTTEST, FRESHEST COFFEE I'VE HAD IN A LONG TIME!

This McDonald's is absolutely beautiful inside. Very modern and extremely clean. The bathrooms are clean, family friendly, with changing tables. The food is fresh and the service is quick. The staff is courteous and seems like they take pride in their job and upkeep of the restaurant. Very pleased with the look if this McDonalds... They should all be this modern. There is also an indoor play area for the kids. Very impressed. Ps, no one gets five stars unless im knocked off my feet.

I have went through the drive thru several times in the evening and the greeting from the workers have no energy behind it. The only greeting is, "how can I help you"? Am I at McDonald's, I had to question myself. They need to work on their customer service. Managers you are wearing a headset, so you are hearing everything, so why are you not correcting your employees? What happened to, welcome to McDonald's, how may I take your order. If you want to make money what happened to suggestive selling? Step up your game management. If there was another McDonald's close by, I would have gone there instead.

Hit and miss at the drive through. Sometimes everything is perfect some times things are missing like a hash brown sometimes the ice coffee is made with wayyyy too much syrup. Other than that it’s McDonalds.

Update 5/20/25 Went during breakfast hours & attempted to purchase a gift card. I had to wait 10 mins for the manager, who went looking for the g/cs, cuz the g/c shelf was empty. I am a regular & I didn't recognize this manager. She then came back and I told her the amount I wanted & presented to her my credit card. She then bizarrely told me I can only pay for the g/c in cash! I questioned her because I have used my CC to purchase G/Cs at this location before. She said no I can't use a CC. I told her thank you, and went to the Rockville Centre/Sunrise Hwy McDs, and purchased my G/C with my CC. I dunno what scam that manager is pulling there, but I have a clue. I bumped all my ratings down, because it was very inconvenient for me to go to RVC to get a G/C that I could have purchased at the Baldwin location. Bizarro!!! Update 8/23/23 Everything is excellent here, except I don't know what the issue is, however whenever I do a mobile order I always have to pull up to the side & wait longer for the order, while the other drive-ups get served more immediately & I am the one holding the gas-bag. I thought the mobile orders are supposed to go faster vs snail-order. Folks, that's techmonomolomogieeeeee!!! The Weekend Crew is still a hit-n-miss nightmare... Update 6/27/22 This place is still the tops, with an expert crew, that's efficient, fast & courteous. Food is well prepared, fresh, hot & tasty. Update 3/8/22 The Weekday Crew is very professional, efficient and fast. This McDs has 2 Drive Up Ordering Windows, which helps to speed things along. Staff is friendly and helpful. I continue to recommend this location. This McDs is very good. Lines can get very long during peak times, however they move it along very quickly. There's also curbside pickup and mobile ordering available. This McDs has been here for at least 20-25 Years. I remembered when they built it. It's properly maintained and they refresh it every few years. Staff is very courteous and move things along. Interior is kept very clean and the bathroom is very nice. Btw, most people don't know this, however the Egg McMuffins are made with freshly cracked eggs...Enjoy!!!

Typical food. I ordered from the kiosk thinking it would be faster and less trouble. It was not. My friends ordered at the counter and their food came quite quickly. Mine however, took quite a bit longer. And at that someone came to the table to clear up "the order". It was a straight forward order so it was not apparent why it was confusing.

Even 3 stars is generous. They always forget some part of the order or get it wrong. That is expected from that location. But it is spacious and they will naturally get a lot of traffic because of their proximity to a school, so maybe that is why there has not been any improvements for the many years I've been around there. Drive Thru or walk in, check your food, that is it. They give attitude for messing up the order, it's not the most comfortable, save it as a last resort.

Food is good. Service needs improvement due to the fact that staff forgot to call my husband and I up to the counter to retrieve our order after sitting and waiting a while for them to make it, plus some times they don't bother coming to the the table to serve us our order like they're supposed to do and just call us up to the counter to get it. The manager made me uncomfortable due to her telling us there's no smoking in the restroom while my husband and I were just coming in from outside smoking a cigarette and NOT the restroom and then she kept watching us the rest of the time there with suspicion for no reason at all. She's not very friendly.

I was in drive thru & the manager, Brian twice repeated my order back wrong when it was only ONE THING. At that point I was frustrated so I raised my voice, but then I apologized more than once for raising my voice although he wasn’t listening when I asked for my 1 thing. When I got to the pay window he closed the window in my face & refused to take my money. He had another employee come 2 mins later, however he was rude

The food is mid even for a McDonalds, I had to wait over 15 mins for 10 piece nuggets and cookies for my teenage daughter and the staff seemed annoyed when I asked about it. He then brings out the food and doesn’t say a word! No “hi” no “here you go” just hands me the bag and walks off. I’ll be taking her to another location in the future.

Saturday mornings (Breakfast) the drive through is crowded. If you opt to go inside, there is only (1) person on cash register. Everyone else (a good number of staff) are in the back preparing. If this is the case, why are the lines so long at the drive through.

They definitely need new staff for night shift the manager and the staff plays around to much and they aren’t really paying attention, even though the cashier said it would take 12 min for the apple pies it’s a shame I have to sit here and watch them joke and play around like the drive through isn’t long enough this should be a quicker process. I always have issues with this place. The order is usually wrong or incomplete. I had problems in the past pre-renovations about getting expired milk in the kods meals on two different occasions. Handicap accessibility is good. Easy access for wheelchairs due to the new build of the place.

2nd time at McDonald's with my kids since the Baldwin location reopened. My first experience was great, the employee kept making sure we were ok, she even opened the door for us when we were leaving. The 2nd experience not so great. I'm a vegan so I don't eat McDonald's. I only came for the kids. Went to place an order and the young lady told me that I must place my order myself on the order screen. I told her that I wasn't in the mood to place my own order and proceeded to go to the register to place my order. The young lady told me that they won't place my at the register. Noted: I didn't get to order food for my kids because I didn't do it myself. I hope this is not the standard practice at McDonald's because other fast food restaurants never refuse me from spending money with them. Needless to say, this might be my last visit at this McDonald's and other McDonald's like this one.

The new set up stinks. It is so slow, and the drive through line runs into the street. The people have to deal with beyond frustrated customers. Which they do their best to do. The problem is NOT the staff, it is the new set up.

Horrible experience. No family pack and we had to pay for kids under cream that normally comes with happy meal for free. The play place playground is not by the tables and leads right into the main entrance of the restaurant. It's hard to see your kids if they run out of the parking if your sitting at the tables eating. Poor layout altogether

The girl at the register was snotty asked her twice for ketchup packets and was told no to go get it from the canister. She got my order wrong and I waited on a long line as I had to remain order what I originally ordered but never charged for.

Used the mc Donald's app gave the person in the drive through the code for the deal. They said it "didn't go through". So I gave then the code again!!! They said cabt be used! Duh of course it can't be used you typed it in and redeemed my code so now I can't use it!!! All I wanted was an ice coffee for a dollar using the code. The person In the drive through made the mistake not me!! so I said look the code had been redeemed through no fault of my own can I just have the coffee for a dollar. They said oh refresh the app! It's 8am in thr morning I'm off to work I'm not refreshing anything! If the staff makes a mistake and the app is faulty!! That's not the customers fault. They should have rectified the issue and provided me the ice coffee for 1.08!!! Better service and corrective measures should be taken. Yes it's only a coffee but it's the little things that matter I could have had a horrible morning and the ease of having good service and being nice to a customer goes so much further than" oh refresh the app or sorry u gotta wait 15 min!!! Grew up in Baldwin and have been going to this McDonald’s since I was a kid. Drove into town today to visit and very old friend and with those memories of the great times I had at McDonald’s as a kid I just started to go there for dinner through the drive-in. I asked for a double quarter pounder with cheese meal and add the order taker repeat my order as I never have much luck talking into the drive thru order taker. So after completing my order and going to the pick up window with only three other vehicles in the parking lot I was asked to pull ahead by the store entrance and wait for my food to be brought out after waiting for minutes I was handed the food by a young man who practically threw it at me and then went back in the building upon arrival at home I opened up my bag of food to what I thought would be another great McDonald’s memory. How wrong I was! The burger I received was not a double quarter pounder with cheese but a single quarter pounder that tasted like leather and the french fries looked like potato sticks that you would buy in a bag at 7-Eleven. I find it disturbing Lee sad how much the quality of the food and service has gone downhill since the pandemic don’t know whether or not it is confined to this particular location or they are all like that? In either case it was another fond childhood memory destroyed! I will not be going back😔🤯😤

Put in a mobile order and when I got there they said it wasn’t in the system and told me I had to be there in a certain amount of time before it’s cancelled. I was there in under 10 mins. The money was taken from my bank account. They saw the receipt and told me to call my bank the bank told me that they would have to refund me they refused and told me to reorder and also told me I shouldn’t have used a coupon in the app. There was one lady that wanted to refund me but the two nasty women wouldn’t let her out of my food and money I was starving after work I called corporate what a scam

Usually it’s pretty quick and food is fresh most of the time. However I think it’s annoying when you ask for condiments and they throw it on top of all the food especially looking like this. I think that’s a little dirty. Now it makes me not want my food
