Visitar la tienda de Valentino en Paseo de Gracia fue una experiencia excepcional. Desde el momento en que entramos, fuimos recibidos por un personal increíblemente amable y servicial. En especial, el chico que nos atendió destacó por su profesionalidad y carisma: estuvo atento a todas nuestras peticiones, nos ofreció opciones adicionales y respondió con paciencia a todas nuestras preguntas, ayudándonos a elegir lo que mejor se ajustaba a nuestras necesidades. La decoración de la tienda es simplemente preciosa. Cada detalle está cuidado al máximo, y la organización de los productos facilita mucho la exploración de las colecciones. Las secciones están claramente delimitadas y los diseños están expuestos de manera que llaman la atención. Sin embargo, un pequeño inconveniente es que los pasillos son bastante estrechos, lo que podría generar una sensación algo claustrofóbica para algunas personas. Aun así, este detalle no opaca la experiencia general, ya que el ambiente y la atención al cliente compensan con creces. La ubicación de la tienda es excelente, en pleno Paseo de Gracia, un lugar icónico y emblemático de Barcelona, lo que hace que la experiencia de visitar Valentino sea aún más especial. En resumen, la combinación de una atención al cliente impecable, un espacio decorado con gusto y una ubicación privilegiada convierten esta tienda en un lugar que vale la pena visitar. Sin duda, un ejemplo del lujo y el buen servicio que caracteriza a Valentino.

The boutique has a good selection of bags and shoes, the staff is as expected polite, but they work slow and show just the obvious demanded courtesy. I missed the extra attention, so the visit was only mediocre.

For those who are thinking about ordering from valentino.es, please save yourselves the headache. I ordered a pair of shoes from the Spanish website, to be delivered at the boutique on Paseo de Gracia for more convenience in terms of schedule. A few days after placing my order, I check the delivery status with the UPS number they provided, and see that my parcel is blocked at customs. Much to my surprise, I also notice that they shipped the shoes from the UK...The UPS incident status mentioned some documents missing. I call the Paseo de Gracia store, only to be told to call UPS. When I replied that I didn't feel like this was my job, seeing that these are high end goods and the customer service should match the value, I was told that "OK but I cannot do anything for you, it will just be quicker if you call UPS yourself." I ended up calling UPS and sending them myself the documentation they needed to provide to customs in order to release my package. NO ONE at UPS nor Valentino got in touch with me, I had to find then figure everything out alone. Today I see that my package has finally been delivered to the store, and again NO ONE reached out to me to let me know. Before this incident, I had gone in-store and had ordered some shoes directly to the sales rep so that I could try them on at the boutique. Never got back to me about that, either. Just very poor service from this "maison", as they insist on calling themselves. Also whatever you order online, you cannot return at the store. Inconvenience upon inconvenience. Save yourself the headache and order off Mytheresa, net-a-porter and the likes.

never received my nearly €6,000 refund, it’s been 10 working days, even though they said 2-3 working days. ive had refunds from other stores processed after this purchase and i received them already within 2 days. so im making this review to hopefully get an actual response for this to be solved to get my money back. bought a dress and heels and was shocked to see the total price of nearly €6,000, when i saw the same dress that morning on mytheresa for half the price. i asked to return the dress on the spot, they said it’s not possible and i can only refund the entire order, not just one of the items (literally not a valid policy in any store, you can always return one item without needing to return all the others in your order) was told the refund would arrive in 2-3 working days. when it didn’t, went to the store and complained and they said it actually takes 5-6 working days. it’s now been nearly 10 working days and no refund received and no response from Valentino’s whatsapp customer service.

Worst service I have ever experienced. I bought a Valentino bag at the beginning of April in the Barcelona boutique, in the middle of April when I wanted to use my bag for the first time I see that there is something wrong with the bag and I write to the staff in the store (by e-mail) and send photos of the bag since I live in Sweden. I get in touch with a woman named Yu - and I can only say one thing - TERRIBLE!!!! Yu's customer service is beyond bad and she is not willing at all to help me. After more then 30 e-mails back and forth (and over a month later) the 7/6 I finally get to ship the bag back to the store. I told Yu already before that I only want my money back since I no longer feel a good feeling about the bag and my purchase. I no longer trust Valentino after my bad experience. The day after (today 8/6) Yu tells me she sent me a new bag, even though I told her at least 10 times that I don't want a new bag. Now Im waiting for the manager Gala Semeriak to call me up and hopefully have an better customer service than Yu. We will see.. A big red waring about this boutique. I understand they have rules, but the service and how they speak to me is nothing exclusive at all. I even got better treatment at Zara then on Valentino. Worst of all: They wouldn't live if tourist didn't visit the store (as myself) but they have to treat all their customers well, even if we wont come back. I can only warn tourist to buy something in this store, because if something happen you will NEVER get any help.

Buenas tardes Hoy día 4 de diciembre del 2021 A las 16:30 de la tarde he ido a la tienda Valentino de paseo de gracia , cuando me disponía a entrar a la tienda, el personal de seguridad nos a dejado a mí y a mi amiga fuera apróx. unos 15 minutos esperando porque, según ellos todo los vendedores estaban ocupados (cosa que desde fuera no se veía mucha gente en el interior de la tienda.) Una vez dentro de la tienda , no se a realizado el control de temperatura y ni me han pedido el certificado COVID-19 . También quiero comentar, que la persona de seguridad me a dicho que le dé la bolsa que llevaba de otra tienda, porque se pensaba que iba a robar algo, yo sé lo he dado y le dicho que no robaré nada, pero bueno le dado la bolsa que llevaba de otra tienda y me la ha guardado . Después cuando el personal de la tienda ha preguntado lo que buscaba no sé ha dirigido a mí, sino a mi amiga. Cuando era yo la que estaba interesada en un perfume para regalo de navidad. Cuando he pedido que me lo pusiera para regalo no sé han dirigido a mí, sino a mi amiga. Igual que cuando estaba pagando; no me han pedido mi correo de socia de Valentino ni nada . Cuando estaba saliendo por la puerta de Valentino , le he pedido al de seguridad la bolsa que me había pedido. Ha tardado unos 15 minutos aproximadamente en devolverme mi bolsa. Después de todo no sé si ir de nuevo, pero me parece muy mal que si hay una persona de seguridad no tenga puesto el número de la tip de seguridad, que tiene que llevarla por tema légal y no lo tenía. Después me da un poco de cosa porque que hace 3 meses me enteré, que una persona que trabaja en la tienda dió positivo en COVID-19 y no hicieron ningún cribado . Espero que la próxima vez que vaya , que las cosas estén mejor, porque no son muy profesional y es una marca que se mueve mundialmente y no es que tenga que pagar la marca, las actitudes no son adecuadas hacia las personas, tanto como el de seguridad , el/la dependiente/a y el encargado Gracias por todo espero tener una mejor experiencia la próxima vez si voy.

Malísima , sabado 12de septiembre fui a la tienda a buscar unas gafas y me atendió un señor llamado Jonatan no las tenía y me dijo que me llamaría para decirme algo y hoy martes 15 de septiembre a las 17,36 todavía estoy esperando , gracias

Vergonyós! Quan he anat a entrat m’han dit que no podia, que tenia que esperar 5 min al carrer He pregumtat per que i m’han dit que no hi havia cap dependent lliure i que era la política de la botiga. He dit que no m’esperava al carrer, que volia entrar i esperar-me a dins o marxava. Insistint per que volia una cosa concreta finalment m’han deixat entrar, hi havia només tres persones comprant. Com en una botiga d’aquesta categoria poden fer esperar els clients al carrer? No he comprat res i no hi tornaré.
