Brilliant food well prepared and presented. Friendly service and small courtyard for outdoor seating was charming. Veal done 3 ways, guinea fowl ravioli, fish of the day and confit rabbit….all delicious.
We stopped in at La Gemella for a plate lunch and from the moment we arrived, everything was excellent! My husband order the Plin in traditional stock and I had the Cascio e Pepe. Both pastas were cooked to perfection - so delicate and flavorful! The chef also made a little surprise for us at the beginning of our meal. It was a little crostini with mozzarella, a small tomato on a bed of a little olive oil and a consommé with tomato sauce - YUM Then we chose the “special” of grilled lamb petite chop - oh my - so good. Pietro was so attentive and helpful. Definitely, we will be back!
What an amazing experience from the wine flight and highly recommend the chefs menus. Excellent presentation paired with wines from Viberti made the meal special.

We got here by chance, it was raining and looked for a place to have lunch. Thank you, rain! This is one of the best meals evere have had in Italy! Excellent service, food presentation and taste are all 1000%!!!
Spectacular and refined versions of classic Piedemont food and some less traditional dishes as well. Must go again! Update: had the tasting menu with matched wines two days in a row - not two same dishes or wines, still all excellent!
I had the privilege to have multiple meals at this restaurant. At one occasion, we took part in the Il Menù Degustazione. A wonderful tour of the local cuisine perfected and elevated. We were able to indulge with the associated wine pairing. Which was a great expression of the local wines. I plan on visiting again next time I'm in the area.

My wife and I decided to have lunch here based on recommendations from locals and also based on our review of their menu, which included many more non meat options than most other restaurants in the town and region. We were very impressed by the high standard of service, the creativity of the dishes, and above all, the taste of the food. We were capably assisted in our choice of wine and happy with the selection. This was one of the best meals we have enjoyed during our two weeks in the Alba region. The standout feature was the warmth and welcoming attitude of all of the staff. Highly recommended.

Amazing lunch! We have been in Piedmont for 2 weeks and the food here has been the best. Piedmont cuisine with a modern twist. I would really recommend the tajarin (pasta) with the porcini mushrooms or as dessert the ricotta mouse with the caramelized figs. Fine and delicious!! The service, Viberti Barolo and atmosphere is also superb.

A beautiful restaurant on the corner of the piazza. Traditional ingredients with a modern twist and an amazing wine list from the region. Do try the Viberti La Gemella. The restaurant is named after this beautiful wine from the Viberti Family. The desserts were excellent as well.

Typical Piedmontese food, well made and very tasty! Best tonight was the guancia di Vitello brasata. The service was ok but it can also be better but maybe the two waiters this particular evening were a bit stressed. A bit anonymous of a restaurant but would still recommend.
We’ve been eating out all over the Langhe for 35 years a decided to try this place. The atmosphere is a bit well, stiff. Not a typical restaurant but that didn’t bother us. We were the only people there and our staff rushed us through, lacking totally in personality & warmth which I expect at a restaurant of quality in Barolo. Not flexible with slight request for substitution of a dish. Food was excellent but we won’t go back. We prefer a more personal & professional attitude and some personality. Having a meal is supposed to be pleasant.
