Can't complain one bit, Dunkin holds the crown for coffee.... I highly recommend.

I haven’t been to a Dunkin in over 10 years. For some reason I decided to go today and see what’s new. I was impressed with the new changes. The place was clean & the employees were killing it. Deronte was super awesome! Extremely polite, quick with service, & overall gave us such a great experience being at Dunkin’. This man deserves to be a manager with how well he was doing on everything. Would be back again. 😀

Went for a late night donut run for my daughter and Michael and Sergio provided great customer service. We were greeted when we walked in. Store was very clean. Michael recommended some flavors to us that ended up being delicious. One was a red velvet donut that is amazing. Great prices, definitely our favorite spot for donuts.

was there this morning and young man behind the counter was a breath of fresh air. he seamed happy to be at work and was helpful and supportive to all customers and then when we were satisfied he went to cleaning but not ignoring us still recognizing we were there. the lady cooking the food was quick and polite too. good sandwich. thanks

I went for the ice cream cookie pizza for a birthday. It was well received because of the 31 flavors. They also several varieties of donut holes.

I keep forgetting this place is here!! They are awesome and don't have a crazy line like Starbucks..I can get DAIRY FREE ALTERNATIVES for my coffee...my kids love the little blue berry mini donut holes..they have a ton of food to choose from..they have a great variety of lattes, fraps..their pumpkin spice cold brew was delicious... and Baskin Robin's is there too! The workers here are always nice and helpful.... I'm trading in Starbucks for this place whenever I want coffee in town!

6/21/2025 = 3 Star = Every time we charge are Tesla we always dropped by here to buy some Donut, but no greetings upon entering and no smile , sorry need to less star . Will try again next time. 11/21/2022 = 5 Star = 1st time here for breakfast, were happy and no issue, all server are smiling, were happy .

Deronte and Kenneth are doing an amazing job helping inside and the drive through also!!! Dunkin in Barstow is a must….plus Baskin Robins!!! Even no added sugar pinapple coconut.. mmmmmmm!!!! A beautiful growing area with beautiful scenery too!!! Don’t miss it when you’re on the road!!! 32 delicious ice cream flavors …. And of course the diverse Dunkin Donuts flavors AND breakfast sandwiches mmmmmmm!!!

Dunkin Ds are pretty typical, not much difference except the service. This D D is my go to for coffee, bfast sandwich, and an apple fritter. This is a much better option than Starbucks in my opinion. Drive through is a little longer wait than Starbucks but D D isn't staffed as well as SB and they do their best. Worth the wait, my coffee is always just right and stirred. SB they never stir the coffee enough and the sugar sits at the bottom.

I went to the Baskin Robin's side of the store and they were very friendly and helpful. Disappointed that not everything on the menu is available for certain items, and are still up on the menu..3 of my choices I was told 'sorry we don't have that anymore ' why leave it on the menu?at least cover the items or remove them.

Staff was friendly and donuts were good they weren't great but they were good. Don't seem to be of the same quality they used to be. But that's happening everywhere prices go up and the quality goes down.

Refresher would be sometimes sweet others bitter. I know the issue is training. It's not their fault. It seems like a lack of staff because no one wants to work where there are over worked. That's what it seems to me. I don't know. Maybe spend the proper time training staff.

Very clean and modern Dunkin donuts. Has a Baskin Robbins ice cream shop as well.

The only reason I am not giving 1 star is because of the service I got. I visited yesterday with my kids and the girl who helped was so friendly and had a great sense of humor. I could tell she was sick which was very offputting when you are ordering food. You could tell she was struggling to be there but she had a great attitude. I saw her wash her hands and put on gloves more times than I could count which made me feel better about ordering under the circumstances. Note to whoever is in charge: If you have a sick employee, send them home! Do not allow one person to risk infecting so many others. You can tell they were short staffed which is probably why they had her there in the first place.

I love DD, and stopped here while passing through Barstow for some iced coffees. I'm not sure what exactly went wrong, but our coffees have what I can only assume is tiny crystals of sugar coming through the straw with every sip. Even the coffee we ordered without sugar tastes this way. I'm not used to chewing my coffee 😬 but at least there's caffeine!

I mean dunkin, if course it was good. BUT, was it clean? Not the bathrooms! It looked like a truck stop bathroom. I had to ask for toilet paper and seat covers. They had no seat covers to fill up with. Would I go back? Nope, I'd pick somewhere else.

This Dunkin' Donuts is always a hit and miss store. We always stop there when we travel to Cali. Sometimes, it's great , but sometimes not so much. I'm from the East Coast, so I'm faithful to Dunkin.

Being from Massachusetts I was ecstatic to have Dunkin' open up near me. So far the only issue I've had with this Dunkin is the lack of personnel working during what should be considered "rush hour." If I'm just getting a coffee I should be in and out within minutes.

A bit pricey, but the girl was nice. Donuts are smaller than they appear so I want to warn you. If you go inside the donuts look huge, but they're small. Wasn't busy, decent ice cream selection, pumpkin coffee was good.

I love Dunkin but this place makes it hard. Customer service is ok to good but what's really annoying is they're always out of something or just barely took it out and won't be ready when you order. They need to plus up on inventory if possible for this place to be rated better.

Meh. The peach passion refresher started out good but it lost its sweetness halfway through and tasted bitter for the rest. No eggs available so pretty much all the breakfast items were unavailable. The menu is unhelpful as it doesn't show any prices for the doughnuts. Only one bathroom was open and it needed to be stocked. Also, put some paper towels or something in there so that people can exit the bathroom without having to touch the handle. There was a loud group (of adults >.>) in the lobby which didn't help

Lobby was closed due to short staffing, but refused to take my order at the drive thru. Thanks for making me wait ten minutes in the cold for NOTHING. Several other folks parked and tried the doors too and just left

If I could give 0 stars I WOULD! Caitlin today was awfully rude. I had my boyfriend in line (with no one in front or behind him) to buy a coffee for us as I asked to use the restroom after driving from San Diego. I noticed it said “Customers only”, which we were. She refused to open the door until we literally purchased our item, without knowing quite yet what I wanted. I told her I really have to go and he’s in line. She had an attitude from the start, but continued to worsen as I was standing there trying to figure out what I wanted — I just told my boyfriend “Whatever let’s just share I don’t know what I want yet”. She made the experience AWFUL and if I didn’t have to use the restroom then and there I would have just left. I understand “customers only” bathroom usage, but cmon! Not to mention she didn’t want to make the drink he wanted. Made whatever was easier for her.

I would give zero stars if I could. One server was servicing the drive through and one was servicing the store. Service was s extremely slow. When we were told that a customer wanted a freshly made waffle cone we decided to go through the drive through. When it was our turn in the drive through, we were told they were not serving Baskin Robbins through the drive through. They just served the customer in front of us. This place is ridiculous. Go there only if you have tons of time to waste and want to be treated badly

Visited this location, late yesterday evening and ordered two breakfast sandwiches. There were no other customers present, and the drive-thru was empty. They took a really long time with the order, and I was unable to see what they were doing. I became a little leery when two ladies came back to the window with my order. About thirty minutes after eating them, my husband became sick and could not stop vomiting. He woke up in the middle of the night with an aching body. I have reason to believe he suffered food poisoning (old products or someone did something to the food, during preparation) Never again will we return to that location or any other DD. The one star was required in order to complete this review.

Went to buy a coffee and a sandwich and use their restroom coming back from Vegas. Signs on the bathroom say for employees only. I politely asked if I can use it if I purchase my items. They said no. I politely asked again. They said no. So I left and bought nothing. Seriously, you won’t let paying customers use your restroom? Ridiculous

I've had dunkin in the east I've had it in the west, easily the worst dunkin I've ever been through. This dunkin has a bitter taste in their coffee that I can't really describe or even say what it is. Dunkin is an experience which someone should admire the staff should be frank and rude but convient the staff here don't even know how to use the dunks app. They're also to polite.

Second time visiting this store, terrible service, unhappy faces, loud rap music playing….the first time visiting this location employees were hiding what was left of the donuts behind counter to close early. Second time we were denied to use the restroom because they stated they lost the key, to both restrooms? One of them had a cleaning sign which I imagine they just didn’t want to clean the restrooms because they were all too busy gossiping on their headsets. Employee Dani had the worst service. Ordered the bacon snackers, they grabbed them straight out of a freezer. Bacon was freezing cold and undercooked and they denied to warm them up because they stayed the microwave wasn’t working too many unfavorable experiences at this location and it seems like they are not lgbtq friendly. This store needs sensitivity training and better customer service. If this is a franchise, I feel bad for the franchise owner.
