The staff is incredible! The most warm, friendly, and welcoming staff I have experienced at any restaurant in Bay City. They treat you as a friend, not just a customer. The food is the best I have had in all of Bay City. I have tried more than a dozen different menu items from meals to appetizers to salads and not received one bad meal. This is my restaurant of choice when in town!

Lauren is a great server/bartender.. She has a positive attitude every time she’s working! We went in this Sunday to watch some football and it was really busy but she still got our food and drinks out to us quickly and made sure we were good and taking care of the entire time!

Have been there twice and it was nothing but amazing. The food was perfect and everything I expected from chili’s. What made the visit complete was definitely my waitress Samantha, she was very friendly and attentive and made sure we felt welcome and had everything we could ask for, one of the best waitresses I’ve seen around. Definitely coming back.

The wait staff was great, the food was delicious. Could have been a bit cleaner inside but not terrible. Would definitely return. And recommend.

Our waiter Jameson was absolutely AWESOME! He had such great customer service and took care of all our needs. He definitely needs recognition for the great service he provides.

Tried the new meal deal, we each got the QP burger. For 11 bucks a person, burger, fries, and endless chips along with a drink that has free refills. It had a very fast food burger vibe too it with the amount of mustard, but it was nicely cooked with a little pink in the middle, char flavor on all the edges, good pickles and bun, and the seasoned fries tasted right out of the fryer. The server was also very attentive and friendly. It's no wonder Chilis has been thriving where other places are seeing downward trends, the 3 for me menu is fast, good, and cheap for what you get. They even got us a bag to take chips home in, honestly next time I'll probably get soup or a salad instead, either way it is a lot of food and a great deal. Got out for under 30 bucks including tip. A larger quarter pounder meal from mcdonalds, is 20 cents cheaper, for a smaller burger, frozen patty, less fries, no chips, and no drink refill even when you dine in.

Their manager offered to give me a free molten! This is somewhere you want to go, and spend your money at!

Hadn't been in awhile and visited a couple of weeks ago with my kids. We enjoyed the food and our visit. Server was attentive and sweet. Everything tasted great!

This place made my day(veterans day) a most happy and welcoming one. So much care and kindness shown by all the staff and the visitors as well. It made me believe again, that America is with hope and a great nation to have and to hold. Thanks for being so kind to an old soul.

You get what you expect from this location. Food was fresh and hot when delivered to the table. Our booth was assigned to the bartender and he was still able to provide great service while balancing both tasks. Homestead was very polite and quick to assist in getting us a table immediately as we were walking in. Went around 6pm on a Sunday evening.

We were in town looking for supplies after Hurricane Beryl hit. We stopped and both ate the "Triple dipper". We also had the skillet queso as an appetizer. Hard to go wrong with the skillet queso, skillet is bone dry after we're done. I' usually get boneless buffalo wings, big mouth bites and southwestern egg rolls on my triple dipper. I'm not an egg roll fan but these are good! I prefer chili's salsa as my dipping sauce for all of these so I ordered that. Try it I'm sure you'll like it. Tastes great on the buffalo wings and the egg rolls. The service was good and the food came out quickly. Will gladly eat there again.

We were in town for a night on business. We had our pup with us who just had stitches so we decided to park in the to go area and walk in and order. They were very nice and food came out in good timing. Others who were waiting on there food were also very friendly outside. Overall very nice atmosphere and very welcoming from others. Loved our experience here. Hopefully it's the same on the inside as we experienced with the to go section.

The Lady named Jannon, I don't know if she's a manager or a bar tender or a waitress, regardless this awesome person didn't stop the whole 2 hours I was there. Customers and other staff came to her with issues and she freaking crushed it.

Great experience this Friday night. I sat and ate at the bar. Jaz was very attentive and gladly catered to my custom drink requests. The food was great. Everything came out quick and hot and was very good. The manager (heavy set dude with a beard) was walking around making sure each table was enjoying their visit. This was nice to see. In all, I enjoyed my visit and will definitely be back.

This Chili's in Bay City I can say I've had great service on some days and some days horrible service. When it's super busy with say like a school team there eating...just go elsewhere. I went one day they were super busy (in the evening) and they were messing up on orders left and right. From serving customers wrong orders to customer complaints. My table took a long long time to get my order. And of course something was wrong. I was served the wrong dish. Had to wait longer to receive my plate. Of course they were very apologetic, but nevertheless, don't eat there when its crazy full inside. On a normal typical setting everything is excellent. One day I even dropped my debit card there. My waiter found it and kept it safely in their office. I hear you can get a discount if you work at Tenaris, not sure if that's true, but if you wanna try...

The fried mozzarella is so good and so worth it! Good size hunks of cheese and a great cheese pull.

The service is wonderful,and food is very good,cooked the way you ordered. The mens room needs more attention in the way of cleaning. Urinals smelled and haven't been cleaned in some time. This is somewhat disturbing, wondering how clean everything is behind the scenes. We like the food,and the staff,so we will continue enjoying ourselves here.

Waiter was excellent, food was good. My mom, my kids and my hubby were all satisfied. I got the chicken bacon guacamole sandwich and it was delicious! The fries were well seasoned, too. Only negative thing was the hostess wasn't very welcoming or accommodating of two babies in carseats.

I didn't like the taste of the water. It taste like tap water. My Cajun pasta was not that good the pasts was too raw. My son's ribs were real dry. I won't be going back anytime soon. I don't even go to the one in victoria we're I live.

Chips and Dip with queso was good one night and the chicken,fries, and macroni were good another night. Service was not to bad. Waitress was extremely nice. Sat in bar area and could have had a better variety of sports on the TV's as three of the five tvs had the same thing on. There were other events on that evening.

If you stay in their lane, burgers, ribs, and steak, you'll rarely be disappointed. For other menu items, your results may vary. I typically order the hamburger and I love it. Their fries are the thicker type, but they cook them consistently perfect. One negative, one of our party ordered a draft Michelob Ultra and it was just horrible. They replaced it with a bottled one, which tasted as expected. Maybe time to clean or replace the draft beer lines?

I ordered the queso with beef and the chicken chipotle bowl. They both taste good and service was quick. The presentation for the chicken bowl was picture perfect. It looked amazing I didn’t even want to eat it. The chipotle sauce taste good. Overall I had a good experience here.

Haven't been to a Chili's in a while bc of the food quality. I must say I'm truly impressed! My son and I ordered the Sunset burger and we loved it! My wife ordered the ribs and chicken which was also great. We are definitely already looking forward to the next visit!

The building itself is not very cozy. Service was good but my medium rare steak came out well done. That hurt my heart and my wallet. Food was slow coming out. The waitress was super nice.

Almost had everything right. The front end was covered. Our server was quick to take our order, then we lost her for about 20 minutes. Took about a half hour for our food to make it out after the order was made. The kitchen got a little lazy and put all the onion on 1 slice of the quesadilla (huge uncut chunk) not a big deal. Better than most of the Chili's we stop at while traveling.

They brought out everyone's food at different times, so we all finished at different times, not cool at all. If your serving a party of five bring out everyone's food at once.

Our server was super attentive and helpful but there were several issues. The building needs some work as there is a broken window, cracks by a few windows, and the wall covering is peeling by the booths in the foyer. The water tasted like cleaning chemicals which it frequently does there. I asked for water in a to-go cup but it still tasted bad so I was just going to go without but the server brought me a water bottle instead. I ordered honey chipotle chicken crispers which was supposed to come with macaroni and cheese and fries. I was given plain chicken crispers and also never got my fries (which I didn't even realize until we left because I was distracted getting my husband's food corrected). My husband ordered the chipotle chicken fresh Mex bowl but was given boneless honey chipotle wings and fries instead. He is gluten intolerant otherwise he would have just eaten that. But I politely pointed out the miscommunication to our server and she quickly brought the correct food (except it was missing the black beans). Otherwise, the food tasted good and the server, hostess, and manager were all super sweet.

Tonight's plan was dinner and a movie for me and my kids. The food is always great here but the service is horrible sometimes. We sat in the Bar area by choice and it was not busy besides a few people sitting at the Bar and maybe one other table. We sat for about 15 minutes before anyone even came to get our drink order. Usually the bartender is responsible for the tables too and so instead of him coming over he sent another waitress. She also put our food order in for him. A child's pizza and chicken crisper for me. WE WAITED OVER A HOUR. Finally when my order came it was wrong. THEN on my child's drink refill which was sprite she was given water instead. People at the Bar ordered after me and got their food first. I didn't understand. Anyway I finally got up and walked to the Bar and needed to pay cause we were now late for our movie time. Bad service today.

Overall service was very good and friendly. I like the atmosphere around the bar for watching sports. As a vegetarian and sometimes vegan, I wish they had more options but overall it's good comfort food.

Our server was too busy talking to another customer when we needed her to come by. She wasn't taking their order or talking about food but just like friends or something. I understand we had our 3 kids with us but they weren't being loud or anything. Didn't even want to finish our food due to poor service, just wanted to leave. Good food though but appetite was ruined 🤷🏾‍♀️

Place was friendly with a clean atmosphere. Went late night around 9:30 not crowded. I had the mango chili chicken which was delicious my husband however had a classic bacon burger. The bacon was undercooked, we had the waitress bring it back and the burger was still un-edible. Our waitress was very nice, and the over all experience not too shabby. The fries were cooked in older grease and we're dark brown and limp. The waitstaff congregated by the Bar and we're very loud. Never got a refill on ice tea. As we were finished then the waitress offered tea as we were paying. I have been in Bay City location many times and the staff seems to not have enough to do and they all stand talking and joking at the end of the bar. So sad. They need to take a lesson from the Lake Jackson location.

I've been here numerous times. I love the food at Chili's. But today is an all point low for service. The current bartender is interested in nothing but the guy's at the bar. I'm at the bar, always sit at the bar, have always received good service but today I'm not a happy girl. Maybe she's having an off day, or maybe not! As a former Chilihead, (6yrs, trainer, Togo specialist, bartender and expo) I always tip well. Maybe not so much today! I'm saddened. Chili's isn't what it used to be!!!

Had to wait forever for everything. Drinks, silverware, food. By The time my entree was ready, I was done. Waitress seemed overwhelmed. It wasn't even busy really. We came in as the first person in section at 11 something. Just pretty bad service.

This happened to us yesterday. We got there, a group of three men. They sat us on the side without the bar. The host got us water because she couldn't do the alcoholic beverages and the waitress was nowhere to be found. Before she got back we decided to sit on the side with the bar and she said it was ok. We sat and waited for our waitress to come. 10 minutes go by, nothing, another 10 minutes go by, nothing. We sat there for 20 minutes before we had to go to the bar and ask for service. There was a waitress waiting on that area. She went to every table except our table. Two guys show up and sit behind us, two minutes later the bartender comes and takes our order for drinks and food. After she leaves the waitress decides to help the table behind us. Still not one time acknowledging us, the women behind the bar had to bring our drinks to us. Still nothing from the waitress but the other tables are getting service from her. One of the guys I'm with got a salad with his 3 for 10 meal. He stops the waitress and ask for another side of ranch, mind you she wasn't going to stop. He never received the ranch from her, one of the bartends brought over another salad after he already ate his salad. She asked who ordered a salad and we said no one he wanted a side of ranch, so she just left the salad there. The other man I was with, decided to find out what was going on. Me personally, the waitress could have slipped and cracked her head open and I would not have gave a damn at this point. So the lady he talked to said something to her and she came out with some bullsh!t line. "I'm sorry, I wasn't sure if this was my table and I wasn't ignoring you", bullsh!t. She was the only waitress in that whole section, the whole f-ing section. Needless to say she didnt get a tip from me, but I made sure the bartender got a good tip. I should have given her more because she was making drinks like she was born for that. They were amazing, if I could rate each process of going to a restaurant she would get all five stars. When you wait tables or work at a bar, any kind of judgements you have personally stay at home. You're working at a place where people come to spend their money to have a good time, feed their family, enjoy their friends, not deal with your ignorance.

They are horrible…my food that I ordered to take out was thrown away. I hadn’t left the restaurant good to return to it being trashed. I asked manager if it could be replaced and he wanted me to repurchase meal. They suck !!!!! Food isn’t that great anyway. The waitress was nice though!!!

Took 45 minutes for them to get a Chocolate Lava cake, and when I called to check on ot the third time, they said my daughter parked in the wrong place. They could of made a phone call, simple solution. Super Slow Service!!!!

Waited 15 minutes without being greeted and had to get up and stop someone by the kitchen to ask for service. The beer had little black specks in it from the beer lines probably not being appropriately cleaned. The food was okay but I was not able to get what I originally wanted because it took too much time to get service and had to rush my food. Other chilis locations in the area have far better consideration and service. Dont expect to get your money's worth here.

Service was not very good. The waitress was hardly around. I ordered ribs and brisket. The ribs which are usually good at Chili's, were very dry and extremely hard to chew and swallow. There brisket, I got 2 bacon thin slices an it was also very dry. The only thing that was good about my meal was the broccoli and corn. The manager did come apologize and bring me 2 more slices but he said that's the portion they are supposed to serve. It didn't have a very good flavor anyway.

We tried to order dessert and the kitchen wouldn't make it because they close down taking orders at 9:40am the waiter said even though the resturant doesn't close till 10pm.... lots of people were in the resturant eating but they also weren't allowed to order anything else either. My daughter chose this resturant literally for the dessert.... that we weren't allowed to order.

We are here Friday Sept 4th after the football game. I had the Smokehouse Platter. The Sausage was good but the brisket was a couple pieces of fat and the ribs were extremely dry like they were reheated in a microwave. I'm racking it up to close to closing time. Previous visits were much better.

Not sure if it was just the waitress I had, but...her service was not the best. However, she was, indeed, polite. We PAID for chips and salsa. Barely got any salsa. "Okay whatever," I thought, "They can just bring more." Well I never received the to go box that I asked for twice, lol. The list goes on.

Food was average. Staff was friendly but not very present. We were seated but waited about five minutes for a server. Two other tables in the restaurant and they were already eating. She visited the table twice, once to take our order and once to deliver food. Self pay at the table adds another screen to distract from the meal and limits service further. It sends the message that wait staff does not prioritize interaction. The floor throughout this place is VERY slippery. I have managed restaurants and know that this is a symptom of not changing the mop head between the kitchen and dining room. Even worse was that the bathroom floor was slippery too - that mop travelled everywhere. Yuck. This location was generally unclean. Will not return.

Update 8.5.24 in response to Chili's comment. I have already filled out the contact form concerning this matter. I do appreciate the suggestion. Update 8.4.24: it seems this Chili's has slowly gone downhill over the years. Today we had the absolute worst service ever. We ordered drinks, one of us had to ask for his 3 times before they brought him the wrong one, then he had to ask for it a 4th time. Some of our food came out NOT how we ordered it, and it came out 1 plate ar a time, about every 5 minutes. 1 of us didn't even receive their meal and had to order it to go at the end. We never once were offered refills or given a chance to ask for some. The servers in the entire restaurant were rarely seen - even the bartender was away from the bar several times. The manager didn't make himself very friendly and gave us a $12 discount on a $100 ticket to make up for the troubles. Sorry, but this is very poor customer service. The only plus was the food quality was just okay. Original review: Bay City Chili's is our favorite one of all the ones we've eaten at. Food quality is excellent, all of our servers have been very attentive, and if we ever have a problem they are prompt to fix it. Very clean and presentable facility. My husband and I recommend this place to all of our friends and family!

Well it was better than last time, we were actually greeted and attempted to sit in the dining area but the tables were not clean. Then we proceeded to the bar area. The table needed to be cleaned there too. Several of the tables needed bused and there was a greasiness to the floor with food under several of the tables. The food was good and the service was fine but the restaurant was not clean. This was around 530 pm with not a lot of customers.

The service was great However it was Freezing in the restaurant and when my son ordered nachos there was a long hair in it. He didn't want to send it back but myself, husband and waitress all suggested that he should. Loosing his appetite we boxed the new nachos and brought them home, he dumped the nachos upside-down on a plate from home, heated them up in the microwave. I pulled them out for him and notice a TON of little tiny beared or mustache hairs all over the plate and bottom of the nachos!!! I ended up making him new ones poor guy just wanted some nachos. Do not eat here we will NEVER again!

Food is good but service is lacking. In East Pearland location, they need to clean entire facility much better. Always seems there was a kids party and most of it is on the floor. The floor seems like humidity and grease are permanently a fixture. The ceilings in the bar area are most likely a health hazard. Need much improvement in the delivery especially when wait staff is cleaning other areas, they should consider patrons having their dinner. Too loud. Here are a few pics to help with needed cleaning. Hope dirty ceilings didn't get in my burger. Will try again to see if new cleaning and performance progress is made.

Group of 6 having an executive lunch, ordering the day's menu options took 60 minutes to serve, and another 30 to get the bill. The waitress was spirited, but lost an entry plate and confused another one putting spicy salsa making it uneatable. Not worth the time spent in the local.

9 out of 10 times you order they mess it up. Often it's waaay wrong, to the point you can't figure out how they possibly got it that wrong. The Bay City Chilis is the worst Chilis I've ever been to.

The first time placing an order for lunch by phone, received text to pick up as curb side. Sat in curbside for FOREVER, when food didn’t come after 30 mins, I went in and was treated rudely, and that I had to come in to get the food. The second time placing an order for lunch by phone, made sure I was ordering from lunch menu and was again sent text to pick up curbside. I went in to get food right off the bat. They tried to charge regular menu price, $22 for a $9 lunch. When the mistake was pointed out, they would not give us the food for the right price and was told they would have to remake the plates because the lunch menu is a smaller portion. When they were asked if they couldn’t just take food off the plate instead they said no, keep in mind I waited at least 30 mins for them to get food ready. After waiting 10 mins for them to correct the order I was told it would take another 10 to 15 mins. Walked out and will NEVER order lunch from them again!!!!!!!🤬

Well let me share I will never eat at the chilies in bay city again when my food came out it was not done and cold the manager on duty was rude and disrespectful. I should have read the reviews on here cause then I wouldn't have waisted my time. My visit was December 2nd 2018 at 6pm. Someone from upper management that dose not work in this store to get this place up to standards I know they wouldn't want this happening to them so why would you treat other this way. They will me receiving no stars from me. The only reason it will be showing one is cause it wouldn't let me post without it.

I went in by myself at 8:10pm Tuesday and I felt rushed to order and eat there. I asked for nachos, she didn’t ask if i wanted chicken or beef, she rushed off to put in the order. When she came back i told her. I also asked for a strawberry half and half, she came back and asked if i wanted a regular tea. At one point I overheard my server tell another “let’s just lock the doors already”. The main area was almost empty. I get my receipt and i was charged twice for nachos. I also ordered two burgers to-go and later on I noticed the patties were raw.

I love chills but this one in bay city is terrible , the customer service is to blame this time we were seated promptly but the waiter walked passed us three times and attended other tables surrounding us but never once approached us for drinks or anything. After 20 minutes we just got up and left and the B***h A$$ waiter yells yall have a great day the nerve.

We show up and it was fast seating for a table of ten I was shocked. We got are drinks ordared (no alcohol). This is where I started getting mad. All the adults got there drinks(6) before the kids got there's(4). My oldest ordared a root beer and I waved for waitress and got one finger put up at me 3times. The lady with us got up went to bar and got it. 30 min went by and no one came to take orders and still never realized she forgot my kids root beer. We stood up and walked out no one even realized it. I don't mind waiting but they were not busy at all. Had 3people doing silverware.

So on July 10th 2019 (Wednesday) I went to chilis for lunch. I walked in around 12:10, I was seated quickly, but it took about 10 minutes for the waitress to get to me. I placed my order Oldtimer burger with cheese, no onions..simple, fast, not complicated. I noticed that most tables were dirty, had plates and cups from previous customers still sitting on them. Regardless...I waited for my order...12:30...no food, 12:40...no food so at 12:45 I told the waitress to cancel my order and that I was leaving because the food was taking too long (I don't blame the waitress..she is only taking the order...I blame management). There is no reason a burger should take 30 minutes to cook. So anyways I took my happy butt to McDonalds because they are usually fast. I will probably not visit Chili's anymore due to them being slow...it's not the first time. Note to management...hire more workers, you know it's busy around lunch time...so add more people to the schedule, especially in the kitchen. District management...check on your stores more often, you know which ones are the troubled ones..be there more often. If you have to, jump in the kitchen and help the staff while it's busy. You're never too high up to get into the kitchen and help out.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! Rude bartender/server and freezing cold in the restaurant. You better bring a parka and eat fast or your food will be cold before your second bite! The good name of Chili's is getting dragged through the mud because of this location!!

Couldn't even get seated, there were at least 6 empty tables in view from the door (3 of them clean) We were just 2 people. A group of 3 came in after us when told there would be a wait they asked if they could sit at the bar. The hostes said no we have a table available and they were seated right away. We waited for quite a while longer before giving up and leaving.

The table was nasty and when we asked the waitress to clean it she wasn’t happy about it. Then once our food arrived the salt and pepper shakers were worse nastier than the table. I hope the kitchen was cleaner than the dining room!

We went to this Chili’s at 4 o’clock in the afternoon. There were two other tables beside ours. It took us five minutes to get seated. When we did get seated we didn’t see a waiter for 10 minutes. They took our drink order and appetizer order it was 10 minutes until we receive that. I ordered a drink from the bar and the waitress forgot about it. The kicker was, when my daughter got to the bottom of her tea glass there was a bug in it. We asked to see the manager and all she told us was “it looks like a mosquito.” (and she did nothing to resolve the issue ) We ended up taking our food to go because we were in the restaurant so long. When we did get the food it was cold. We will never go back.

Service was horrible in Bay City, TX. We were there almost 2 hours..ordered an appetizer which took forever, then the food was brought and everything was not there. I had to keep asking for things and the last thing I asked for was some butter for broccoli, I never got it. I understand it was a Friday night, but even with that in consideration, service was just horrible. Been to many chili's, I am not from here, but this one was by far the worst. Could have spent less and had better service and food that had not been sitting there waiting to be brought to our table. Yes I could tell the food had been ready, we just didn't get it when it was. Very disappointed

Went to Chili's today and we were seated right away. We sat and waited to be waited on for 20 minutes so I asked the person who sat us down if they had a waiter to help us. She asked the waiter and he was rude and stated he had lots of tables to do. Also we were there before other patrons and they were served and got there drinks way before I asked if we could get a server. I just left because if the server didn't want to serve use what is the point in waiting. Really bad service.

Not ever going back to this location again. Ordered drinks. Brought drinks and we ordered food. Tasted drinks. Received incorrect drinks. Waitress never came back. After 15 minutes, found somebody to get her to get correct drinks. After 30 minutes, never got food, had to get seater to get food out to us because my wife was running out of lunch break. Finally got food, he salad is missing blue cheese and the fried chicken strips are cold. After complaining to the manager(after having to ask for her twice), having my wife's meal taken off the ticket and having my wife leave back for work, I sat around for a further 20 minutes waiting for the waitress to come back to also take my wife's drink off the ticket, and she never showed again. I ended up just leaving, just as other customers were starting to complain about the same waitress

Me and my friends came here a few months back and I can't say it was a great experience, I ordered a margarita and they brought out a pint glass full and it was pretty much just vodka with a splash of mix in it. After I drank about half I asked our waiter if I could have a glass of soda cuz I couldn't finish and they told me I couldn't unless I finished my margarita, ended up getting sick all over myself on the ride home because they way over servered me on only one drink. Food was okay but I wasn't planning on getting drunk that night so definitely won't be back. ended up being sick for the next 2 days.

Restaurant was semi busy, but not packed. Our waitress stopped by three times total. Less than how many times the hostess came by to help us with drinks, refills, and to just check on us. Food was, well, Chili's quality, so good, not great. If it weren't for the poor service from the waitress, this would probably be 3 stars. About as high as I would probably give a Chili's to be honest. From an ex-server, even if you are slammed and can't be as attentive as you would like, try to be a little peppy or cheery with your table, it really helps. Coming by and acting like your guests are an inconvenience is how you go from my usual 20-25% tip, to a 10% tip. Also, no clue of the place has a manager, on busy nights they usually go around and touch tables. Not once tonight.

Hungry toddler, husband and myself were seated and after 15 still had not even gotten our drink order taken. A couple came in and was seated a table away. Another 10 min and the waitress(knowing we had been there) goes and takes the order of the couple before even acknowledging us. We packed up and went to the front door to let the manager know we were leaving due to poor(NO) service...waited another 5 min and after still seeing nobody went to Applebee's down the street. Good luck with this wretched place!!

Should have turned around and left when my first experience was the hostess playing with her friends at a booth in the bar area, whole time I was in there I felt like no one wanted me there and had to go find someone when I needed a refill, got my food it came out bland(chips, salsa, Old Timer burger and fries) had to wait around for the manager to come to the table and when I left the waitress was standing in the back smiling like the Cheshire Cat because she could go back to playing on her phone or whatever she was doing before I got there because I was the ONLY person in there at almost 6pm

Chili and salad was a joke, food tasted bad didn't even look like Chili I don't recommend due to cost and quality

Worst birthday restaurant choice. I fell on the way in, wet shoes, no rug. I got an "I'm sorry". The manager never came by to see if I was alright. I ordered beef queso?? A lg bowl of chips, dish of salsa and a half a can hot dog chili topping? I sent it back and got a burger, and fries.greasy burger and cold fries. I took my food home. Now I have a sore leg and bruised knee 😔😔😔

Service gets no stars. I’ve never been treated the way we were last night. To start off everyone was served their drinks. I had to wait 15 minutes for mine because she forgot it. Then our food, every plate was brought out at different time. 15 minutes minutes in between each plate. Once everyone was served except for me and my best friend who’s in town, they went to the car because the kids were tired while we sat there still waiting for our dinner. We watched other families get served and eat together while we were forgotten. The manager could only say the kitchen is backed up and that was an unacceptable excuse. They finally brought my best friends food and it was cold. I finally flagged down a lovely lady named Rhonda and told her I was still waiting for my dinner as she looked at where everyone else left the table already and was appalled. I finally get my food and I told our waitress I needed a togo box and the check bc I wasn’t staying any longer. I had to get Rhonda again to make that happen because I’d still be there as I type this if I didn’t. Our waitress refilled everyone’s drinks 1 time. My kids sat there with no drinks for most of their meal. She never even asked if I wanted another drink, I order a margarita and I did want another one. I will never go back. When I pay good money to go out to eat I actually want to eat with the party I came with.

Hostess sat us down. Got our drinks quickly. Then waited 20 minutes to get our order taken. Don't know what waitress was doing in the back, place wasn't busy. Waitress even gave us the "1 minute" hand gesture when we finally saw her and tried to get her attention. Other waitresses were serving their tables and food was coming out regularly. Was definitely the server not the restaurant.

Missing items in a take out order is a total bummer. Ordered fajita entre and didn't get tortillas, by the time we went ALL THE WAY BACK the whole meal was cold. Once reheated we realized our queso was missing too. 2nd time this has happened and so not likely to ever go back.

I ate at Chilis and everything was fine until I noticed who I think was the manager, had a lot of visible flakes on his shirt and beard. He was going in and out of the kitchen which made my stomach feel uneasy. I assume there should be some kind of food-safety standards…

Normally get the baby back ribs, but today has the be worse ribs. I couldn’t separate the ribs without cutting with a knife. Then ribs so tough I couldn’t chew them. New cook? I don’t know it worse I ever had there.
