Hands down the best food ever!!! Been coming here since I was in 3rd grade. The shrimp 🦐 dinner plate is to die for ….. it’s so freaking delicious and the shrimps are huge. Mango fish 🐟 tacos are hit 👌🏾 The 🦀 crab Rangoon 😩 is so 🔥 Everything has so much flavor and it’s all made with love shoutout to the man Ben. If you want something to eat go here you won’t be disappointed trust me coming from a bay point native

I've lived in Bay Point for 3 years and had never stopped to get a bite to eat here before. I'm very happy I decided to stop tonight. One of my favorite cooks from a place in Martinez also works here. I will be back often. I ordered fish and chips and it was great! The coleslaw was a nice surprise as well.

Great burger spot..nothing beats a small side of the road burger. Burger was excellent. Tasty n juicy. They have a sauce but I just asked for plain mayo. Regular bacon burger was so good. Got a small fries too (saw the lady throw some extra fries in my bag too 😁👍). Best part was service and that they serve Pepsi!! Yes! I will be back for sure next time by

I decided to give this place a try after a few years and they did not disappoint. Got a double burger for me. A bacon burger for my wife, a grilled cheese for my daughter, a large fries and a milkshake large. Everything was great! Would definitely recommend a visit cash only

Ben’s burger is the best burger place in town.I’ve always heard of Ben’s burger but never ate their food until today and boy was I missing out all those years. Decided to stop and get a milkshake for my kids on taco Tuesday and found out they have fish tacos and as a pescatarian that was right up my alley.The new owner was so kind and catered to the need of my daughters and I so well. My daughters gave this place 1,000 out of 10 lol we will be back thank you so much for making out dinner time a highlight of our day peace and blessings to you ✨☮️

I had such a great experience at Ben’s Giant Burger. The manager, Dayton, personally took care of me and his customer service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. I ordered a double burger with bacon, a vanilla milkshake, and crab rangoons, and everything was delicious and really filling in the best way. The ambiance felt warm and welcoming, like a classic local spot where you can relax, and enjoy good food. I’d happily come back again and recommend this place to others.

Omg when I tell you the FOOD WAS SO freaking good, I haven’t felt that ALIVE in years even when I got married to my husband😬 I’ve been so addicted that I have even lying to my husband about work trips, I hope he thinks I’m actually cheating then finding me gobbling that food up.🤤🤤😅😅🍔🍔

This is a tastey burger! The price is a little steep, but the quality and experience of the food justifies the extra expense. I'll be returning. I'd rather give Ben's my $$ over those rank fastfood chains in the area. The product is much better.

While the restaurant doesn't look too appealing the food is absolutely delicious. The honey fried chicken is probably one of the best friend chickens I've ever had. Their burgers are good as well, that friend chicken is just delicious.

Ben's is my favorite spot. I grew up in Pittsburg/Bay Point, so I've definitely been going over 30 years, and it tastes the exact same. Can we give a standing ovation for consistency? They have new ownership, but the food and quality are the same. I have lived in GA for over 15 years now, but every time I come home to visit, I go to Ben's. I had it yesterday and enjoyed every bite. Yummy!!!

I’d typically say 5 stars but the time before last time I went they had the grill closed before 10,not a big deal just wish they had that posted online before heading out to them especially since it was still 9 something. The most recent time I went they charged me extra for the add ons to a burger and it came without it(it’s happened before and the young man came out and gave me cash back before the food was even ready),mind you this most recent time I had asked if they had the add ons prior and the lady told me yes. It’s a good spot and we do really enjoy it’s just disappointing. Last things my corn dog was undercooked and still doughy.

Prices were high for the quality of food. Service was poor. Employee was very short with me. Deceived about the size of drink - said large was 32 oz. Definitely not. No refills even though they had a regular soda fountain. Flies bugged me the whole time eating.

I purchased 2 dinners and one of them was uneditable. Tried to come back and have them fix it and just like most ignorant owners they didn't believe me. Even after I showed them pictures. So after years of going and enjoying the food they provided its time for me, my friends, family and foes to seek nourishment elsewhere.

Wth happened to this place. It was fire like 10 years ago. It's soooo BAD now, it makes me sad. Disgusting frozen foodmax burger patties. Old freezer burn taste on EVERYTHING. Believe me yall know what this place was about back in the day, it's not it anymore smh
