A bit sad that the teriyaki beef sandwich is seasonal

I rarely go to subway but this location was pretty good. The staff was very polite and I didn't feel rushed. My sandwich was absolutely perfect! I just wish they weren't so stingy with the meat and cheese at subway.

Bread was dry and flaky. Didn't have that 'pop' of fresh-baked.

My sandwich was dry and I told them Mayo and chipotle. They never get anything right smh.

Sharon was not wear gloves while fixing the meats. And cleaning around them. Tips of her thumbs were in each tray she fixed. Also had a attitude. I understand it’s the end of the day but some of us work nights and it is when we are up on our off days. Over all the food is good i normally eat here but I couldn’t after I seen that.

Subway is this what you call a subway club? One slice of each meat? Also asked for extra olives, oil and vinegar. Guess what it didn’t even exist on the sandwhich. What a joke. Also placed this as an online order and picked up and you have no Dr Pepper. This location sucks don not come here. Go to the N main location in the gas station.

I gave this location a try and will not be back not only did my order get screwed up i paid for upgrades i didnt receive and the owner Ricky Swanso contacted me via email to tell me they do training blah blah blah , but didn't offer to remake my meal correct or refund my order. So basically i paid extras and didn't receive what i paid for . Thats stealing. Peperoni on wrong sandwich plus the new mottza sandwich did t have the thick mozzarella on it , it was on the other sandwich and the picture on the left suppose to be pro sandwich mozza whatever with added pepperoni double meat .

I ordered online and my sons food was made nasty had chicken that was hard and cold and the bacon was cold. I didn’t want it toasted but the chicken should have been heated up with the bacon . It was to cold to eat and the way it was prepped very unacceptable . He trashed his food and was a waste of my money

Do not go to this subway i experienced something horrible this female dropped the Mat that gos inside the toaster on the floor and picked it right back up and did not even wash it there service is wack I walked in and I was asked how many sandwiches are you gonna order I told them just two of them and right away the employees caught a n attitude and got very bothered. If you don’t like your job just quit it’s that easy !

Second time I went and the last time I ask for toasted not almost burn they just make the bread get hard and really stingy w the vegetables miserable 😒 the price is to high for a bad sandwich almost 20 dlrs for 2 foot longs nothing else..I work for subway long time ago and the way the made it now is terrible

Every time I come to the Subway I kick myself. I've only done it twice since I've lived in Baytown. This makes my third.time. And I'm walking out with no food Subway.Wake up this store is horrible and always has been right across from taco.Bell energy bank and the parking lot with donut wheel and s c m staffing your people at this location. Do not represent your company at all very good at all. Terrible, terrible people. I'm here. June 19th, at 522 walking out. I don't know, their names don't care to 2 guys lost.

My sandwich literally had 2 jalapeños and 2 onion slices, and they told my dasher I didn't have a drink, and they won't even answer thw phoen so we can resolve it. Employee on shift must hate their job alot...

Don’t go to the drive thru here. This was only my 2nd and last time doing that lol. They seem to always take forever to get to you then always get something wrong. I asked for one of my sandwiches to not be toasted but they toasted it anyways.
