Every time I would go to it, I would always feel at home. Great customer service, great help. Donuts taste amazing and big thanks to Jesus for always helping me out. Wouldn’t go anywhere but here for my donuts.

Service with a smile 😊 fresh great tasting doughnuts ! Bear claws and glazed doughnuts are my favorites. They also have a variety of smoothies , fresh coffee and cold drinks. Their prices are reasonable 1 doughnut or by the dozen .

This place is always on point 100% recommend it and the gentleman has been serving me for years there donuts are always fresh no matter what kind .

Yum yum usually makes the best croissants I've had anywhere. Sadly the Beaumont location never seems to have plain rolls in (ham and cheese are frequently available) Redlands has plain available at any time of day.

Today being Father's Day! My father in law loves the Rasberry filled doughnut and the lady was very kind, but said were out of that one. Then i said ohhh that's his favorite doughnut! She then said let me go look maybe there's more in the back!😀 She cared any that showed true many..Thank you! Just a special Donut for a SPECIAL KIND OF FATHER! Grateful for the small things in life! Happy Dad's Day too all.

Yum Yum Donuts always taste fresh and delicious. The donuts are huge and worth it. We stop there for coffee and donuts whenever we're on our way home from San Bernardino. They also offer bagel sandwiches for breakfast or lunch. They also serve blended coffee drinks or other fruit flavored frappucino-- pineapple mango or chocolate banana and more.

Amazing donuts! The flavor choices are incredible and taste so authentic. The donuts are so amazingly fresh. The customer service, the lady behind the counter even gave us donut holes for our son.

Yum Yum Donuts will always have a special place in my heart. Not only is it open for 24 hours but the service is unlike anywhere else. Any time of day or night you crave a donut, this place will have you covered with their expansive menu.

Been coming here for a few years when driving from Palm Springs at 2 o'clock in the morning.. The Donut maker is really cool.. I don't know his name, but really nice guy. Donuts always fresh!

Always tasty donuts and pastries and friendly service at a reasonable price. I particularly like the chocolate and plain glazed donuts and muffins.

This is one of the best cafes i been too. Not expensive, the food is amazing, the donuts have that 👌🏻 personality. Like 3x better than Krispy Kreme. I love a sweet ice coffee with donuts. And those bagel sandwiches SLAPS. The lady waiting on us was very patient with us being our first time. Bet you tail we're coming back.

I love the selection of food. They also have coffee and sweet bread like my Nana's house. You just feel so comfortable. friendly people that cater to u bring u ur drinks and always in a Good mood to serve u... Did I mention free bar with the buffet? Mmmm

This place has delicious plain glazed doughnuts... my criteria for a good donut shop. :) it's also a good choice if you like fancy doughnuts. But be prepared to share. They are HUGE.

They always have fresh donuts. And they are open 24/7! So whenever I crave for some donuts i just come here cuz they have a lot of variety of donuts.

The Apple fritter was delicious, and large enough to enjoy...great coffee all for about what you would spend for a cup of coffee at the hoi paloi coffee shops .

It used to be a solid donut shop. The donuts we got were stale and dry. I love Boston Cream Donuts but had to throw them out. I will give them another try, as they could have been an off day.

Really good chocolate cake donuts. The raised donuts with sugar can sometimes taste overcooked. The employees are very nice, and they always have a good selection of donuts in the afternoons on week days.

Their egg, ham, and cheese croissant is good and all, but they seem to be skimping out on the cheese and ham part these days. I remember every bite having ham in it. These days, it might as well be an egg croissant.

Beautifully displayed donuts. Many kinds to choose from. Always clean and employees are friendly. Occasional homeless person outside.

For some reason I really like this donut store. Most are unremarkable, however this particular one seems to have a knack for donut making. They have a nice selection of traditional donuts and other styles not so common elsewhere. I much like the cinnamon roll covered in a simple white frosting glaze. Cake donuts are moist and dense and the chocolate covered buttermilk cake is, well, the best. This is a stop on a regular drive my wife and I make to the desert. We don't always pull over because we know we shouldn't, but when we do it is worth it. Consider tipping the person behind the counter. They are always nice and have a smile even late at night.

Donuts were good, but the apple fritter was too much dough with no apple. It tasted like straight dough. Looks good though, but not the taste.

The place was clean the gentleman was nice behind the counter but the donuts were so stale it was like there were day old. Not a very good first impression on a yum yum donut and to me it was a yuck yuck donut not a yum yum sorry.

Veggie sandwich was great! Nice to have another vegetarian option in town. Unfortunately, the customer service wasn't great. We, the customers, were treated as if we were an inconvenience to the person waiting on us.

The person that was the front server and register was very unfriendly, never smiled, looked at or greeted me even after I said good morning. Maybe she was having a bad morning. My breakfast sandwich and coffee was good though.

I would have given it more stars but it doesn't have a restroom for public use. That was a big bummer especially since we have kids. As far is the food the breakfast election is yummy! The donuts seem very fresh.

It is awesome that they are open 24 hours. The food looks delicious. When you have the munchies it is great. Customer service is Hit or Miss but usually the same people. They offer drinks like the one in my photo that you can't get anywhere else unless you hit the border.

The "tortas" were well below mediocre. It's mostly mayonnaise, and microwaved pre ready meat, with tomato and lettuce. The service was bad. they messed up my order, the tables were dirty, and I didn't even get napkins. I was in a party of three!!! Service was horrible. I felt ripped off for the $5 tortas. Not worth you trying them. I have no complaints on the donuts.

Good luck getting anything other than stale doughnuts. three time I've been here and either the guy says he doesn't make the food that the woman makes it or the woman says she is out of what you ask for. I support small businesses but if you don't want to work then let someone who will.

Food is decent and reasonably priced but the attitude of the lady always up front during the morning has a serious attitude problem. Every time I'm there to eat she presents herself as if it's absolutely hell to be speaking to me or taking my order.

Wasnt to thrilled the last time. Went in before sun up and the donuts were the day before s donuts- screw that- I asked for the fresh donuts on the rack that was made that morning . i dont think the personell was very happy with my request-even tho i got what i asked for. How i knew about the rack in the back, was because a previous cutomer before me was given the fresher ones. I watch multiple customers get the old donuts. Im a white female and the person that got the fresh donuts was hispanic just like the employee working. So take it from there....

Donuts are good but the customer service is horrible. I live nearby so i come often and you think since I spend so much money in there they would be a little more friendlier, but NO. There is also a language barrier and every person who works there doesn't speak good English, so when I ask questions about something I have to repeat myself over and over and they get irritated that I'm even asking. The donuts are good and the fresh juices they have are amazing(but a little pricey). Overall, if they had a new staff or if they asked their staff to learn about good customer service people would want to come back.

I've lived in the area for 12 years now and I've slowly watched the prices for their donuts go up, but the quality stays the same. In the day it's not the best donut shoppe. Previous reviewers were right by saying that there is a language barrier. Some days, it's not too bad. Other days it's hard to get exactly what you want if you don't know Spanish. I've started going super late at night when the donuts are fresh. Though it's not the most hygienic place no matter what time you go. If you're in the area, go to Choco donuts on Oak valley and Beaumont. They have a better selection and their customer service is awesome.

Then she was a ting like we were a bother to her because she had other work to do in the back. When we left she acted the same way to the next customer. So I know it was not just us. She needs a new job if she is unhappy there. I drove from Joshua tree just to get donuts here. We don't have a good donut shop where we live.

2½⭐⭐s actually, the selection excellent, the cleanliness 5⭐'s a bit warm inside though. However this was the 1st time I've ever bought a hard dried out cream eclair, maybe it was the time of day, early to mid evening. The service was with a smile, but I'm not paying to bite into a smile, I just got done bragging to my family member..."This is the best place on the planet for sweet treats I SWEAR!" LoL I was dumbfounded for words and I had to eat "crow"..lol... I don't normally leave reviews like this,but I was pretty bummed about my order. I first, asked for just 3 donuts and hadn't known a 4th was out into the bag, I was charged for all 4, because I first thought it was a free donut. I asked for an Arizona Green tea, and as I was walking away on foot from the business I noticed my Arizona was missing some. From what I know, every Arizona is filled completely to the top. I didn't drink it, nor go back honestly I just didn't want to complain. But I was bummed at this place and I've gone before. The guy was also sorta rude to me. The bags have a weird smell as well and it caused the donuts to smell.

Apparently you can't even get something that's clearly on the menu and the service just plane rude. I could also clearly hear the guy who was "helping" me go to the back and tell his coworker he rather be taking tequila shots right now. This was worst experience I've ever had at yum yum.

Very rude customer service, take forever for a simple bagel, if you ask for something they respond with a very bad actitud!! Took me like 30 min. To get my order!! So sad is the closest yum yum business around my workplace.

They said it was fresh but when I got my Daughter a Doughnut it wasn't fresh it was old.Also,when I got a muffin it had mold and when I showed it to the worker they said "I make fresh ones every day"but how would she explain the mold!Then I got a refund.That is why I gave it one star review. I don’t know how you managed to mess up donuts, but congratulations. The donuts here are horrible. Donut dough is usually very flavorful. The doughs were very bland. Almost like the frosting didn’t have enough sugar. I also purchased a bear claw the apple filling was sharp and tart.

The attitude of the lady upfront was the worst. I asked for a plain croissant, and she repeated "plain croissant?". At the end another lady gave us my iced coffee, and I told her I was waiting on my croissant. The lady who is usually upfront said "no you ordered a bagel." and I said "no you repeated back croissant.." and she went "no I didn't. We don't sell croissants." Even though on the menu it ways about 3 different types of croissants. Quality was good if only the lady upfront wasn't so rude and more friendly it would have received the 5. customer service is just as important as the food, and that lady ruined it. They are also too slow, 20 mins for coffee and a donut. No other customers waiting. I don't think I'll be coming back, the Redlands location is so much friendly.

Donuts are dry and not very good. They have these pictures of adorable Halloween donuts with cute little faces but when you get inside and see the actual donuts the faces all look like stroke patients. So they're not even cute and way too expensive . Not worth the price.

I was the only customer and the cashier took a long time before taking my order. She was rude when asking if I needed anything else. When she left to make the turkey&ham torta she took a good 10 minutes. 2 other customers came in and she was rude with them too. At least the torta was very tasty. The cookies&cream chiller was disgusting. Very chalky.

I visited this location yesterday around 10PM & it was my first & last I was disgusted that man has the worst attitude and makes noises like his bothered . A man was there before me so while I was waiting I noticed that when he charged that man he never washed his hands before attending me. The person waiting on us cannot speak English well enough to understand what I was asking him. The donuts were not cooked thoroughly. Most of them were raw dough. The chicken sandwich I had was great. I asked for a cup of ice and they charged me $2, after I just spent $30+, which $20 was for raw doughnuts.I told them I didn't want it the ice for that price. They did refund me my two dollars. I would never buy donuts there again.

I ordered a dozen donuts and while I was choosing I saw 3 flies inside the display case landing on the donuts. I told the cashier there were flies and he told me not to worry that he would take them out. How disgusting. I told him I didn't want them anymore and left🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 that's unhealthy🤮🤮🤮🤮

Costumer service: He was really dry and rude as if I was an inconvenience to him. Quality of Food: We ordered a couple donuts and a extreme melt meal. The extreme melt had way too much cream cheese and the cheese was not melted properly. The donuts seemed to have been a little hard. I ended up throwing everything away. Overall the costumer service was poor and their food was not edible. Hopefully managment will work with their employees costumer service skills and show them how to properly cook. If you dobt offer something on the menu please take it off the menu. Best of luck

The person waiting on us cannot speak English well enough to understand what I was asking him. The donuts were not cooked thoroughly. Most of them were raw dough. The chicken sandwich I had was great. I asked for a cup of ice and they charged me $2, after I just spent $30+, which $20 was for raw doughnuts.I told them I didn't want it the ice for that price. They did refund me my two dollars. I would never buy donuts there again.
