Very nice. I walked in and ordered one of their pizza deals. It's a shame it is hard to find parking around the area. The food was good. They also deliver. As a delivery driver of other takeaway restaurants, please tip your delivery driver. They do not make much money. A little goes a long way.

Food was average but the pizza sauce wasn't very great for my taste... not too impressed.

Conflict of prices on website - have noticed they have now stated to up the price - which is very disappointing due to the price being high for a pizza- one could easily go next door and get one hit for a few quid - yes it’s not Dominos, also no half and half still??? Really ? And still no cheese dough balls - think this chain needs to rethink

The chicken pizza's I ordered had too much of tomato sauce in it. Not quite impressed.

Pizza is very good but some the staff is very rude and not professional at all ,, disappointed 😞

Dominos solution was to offer a free medium pizza, upon saying that this must be a joke of a solution. I have not had any response from them since. There are better companies around town with better prices.

Called them up to place an order, the man kept complaining he couldn't hear me. After telling him my entire order, he told me he wouldn't deliver to me even though we are just down the road. He then handed me to another colleague. She then told me to order at Kempston, which was shut. Upon calling back to ask if they would deliver since Kempston is shut, he hung up on me. Disgusting service, never going to order from this domino's again.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and when i got the pizza there wasnt any pepperoni on there. And when i tried calling dominos And told them what happened the staff just hung up on me disapointing.

Just ordered from this branch and the person i spoke with in the phone was so abrupt and rude. I placed my order and called within 2 minutes to change one of the pizzas from tomato base to a BBQ base, and the man I spoke to said the base could not be changed which in fact it could and the pizza base could have been changed and removed or used for a different order. The customer service was atrocious and definitely won’t be ordering from this branch again. Really disappointed

Ordered pizza from this store, I didn’t choose extra sauce but pizza came with extra sauce. Couldn’t eat it :( So I contacted the store to complain, and was put on a call back. Waited 45 minutes for a response. Only to be told to contact to head office. Terrible customer service, I will not order here again! Wish I could give 0 stars - AVOID DOMINO’S MIDLAND ROAD, BEDFORD

Worst branch I have ever seen in my life. I ordered the pizza around 10:55pm and I got the confirmation message saying that the order will be ready with in 9-14 min and when I went there they already closed. I went the very next day and explained them everything and they are not ready to give order to me and they charged me 21 pounds for nothing.......

I asked for tomato sauce on a meateor pizza, as well as changing 2 toppings. Paid £1.40 extra as well, and they refused to accept this, telling me multiple times I had not asked for tomato sauce on my pizza. So they basically robbed me of some small change and refused me my order.

Ordered a pizza to be delivered in advance for 7:15, yet when the driver called to say he was outside he was nowhere to be seen. After confirming the address he called then manager once again, to confirm the same address I had just given him, over half an hour later the manager then rudely called to say I was lying about being home and when he realised that he had written down the address incorrectly and apologised for the mistake that he had made, he then cancelled the order and asked to please re-order from another Domino's because it was "too much hassle for him".

I am extremely disappointed with my order. I specifically ordered a Paneer Masala Pizza as I am a pure vegetarian, but to my shock, the pizza had few chicken pieces in it. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of care and responsibility in food preparation.

Ordered pizza on their website not received still doing everything they can to not refund me driver refused to bring pizza upstairs and took it back now I’m left out of pocket

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID! Ordered from this place, when delivered the cheese was slid off the pizza, and was the cheese was lumpy and did not taste right. I called the Manager Iqbal. He did nothing, I then asked for a complaints email, he proceeded to give me a bogus email address! Complete sharlatons. Do not buy from this branch you'll be disappointed and have a distasteful experience from the manager including the food. Update Complained to Dominos Head quarters and nothing has been done. Avoid at all costs
