We had a small meat platter, local pasta and lasagna, two cocktails. Everything was delicious! Reasonable pricing and good potion sizes.

The TRUTH in Bellano, a charming town just a 20-minute ferry ride from overpriced Bellagio, turned out to be a hidden gem we suddenly discovered. Not only did it offer a welcome respite from Bellagio's inflated prices, but it also served what might be one of the best pizzas we've had in Italy. The smoked salmon pizza, in particular, shouldn't be missed.

The sort of small, charming restaurant you see in movies. With a beautiful lake backdrop and tucked away in an alleyway a few feet from the roadside, the location itself will draw you in before you even spot food on the tables. We eat with our eyes first! I had the diavola, or feminine devil pizza as our server informed us, and absolutely loved it. Incredible food, drinks, and atmosphere. Highly recommend this spot as night falls for a romantic end to the day.

Finest food and drinks in a cozy old street at the lake. On June 15th 2024 I traveled by ferry from Domaso to Bellano to visit the town and its famous ravine. Near the port I discovered the Truth Bar. I had not planned to visit a bar, but on this dark and rainy day, the place with its beautiful illumination looked like a weary wanderer's dream. My attention was caught by a Negroni Speciale in the Menu. The waiter explained, this is a classical Negroni, just with the best ingredients. And it was the best Negroni I ever had, with such a well balanced bitterness and delicate gin texture, a league above a Negroni you would get in the typical beach bar around the lake! I also ordered a soup Soup Legumes, simple but so tasty! When I had finished the Negroni, I had to ask the barkeeper about the components and he generously showed me the secrets. Inside I had a pleasant chat with the people working there. So, I have a new favourite bar at the Lario, grazie a voi, ragazzi!

It's a cool place. The food was great, and the service was adequate. It's got a nice vibe, especially at night on the patio outside the restaurant, since it's in an aesthetic but closed off alleyway. You can't go wrong by coming here.

Good spot, nice service and nice choices. Good for family with kids. Lasagna and pizza available, also healthy salads. Good prices. We enjoyed it and recommend it.

Somewhat modern Italian food. Fantastic value for money. Salmon Pizza was a bit doughy and undercooked but had a nice flavor to the sauce. The lasagne was the best I had on this trip to Italy, crispy in some areas and soft in others. The purple bread and arugula didn't make sense for me on the plate at all.

Lovey place that is open all day long. The cured meat and cheese plate was great, except the bread that which was way too less, dry and not a good quality one. I haven’t tryed a full meal. Otherwise a good place for a drink!

Not worth the wait. After a long wait for the food that we ordered, we eventually received a pizza with cheese that was supposed to be buffalo mozzarella but seemed very likely to be just regular mozzarella. The waiter was formal but not very apologetic for the long wait. Overall not very good experience. Only positive note could be given about the atmosphere of the place visually, which was quite nice. Also the same wine was almost 50% cheaper one block away.

After 15min waiting in line and one of the waitress telling us to wait, the other one gave our table to a group that came after. When trying to clarify the situation, we were told it was our fault for not asking again. Unless customer service is responsability of the customer actually paying, this was super disrespectful in action and tone. Besides when leaving a table mention their order was wrong and also took too long. Very unprofessional.
