Decent food, but not worth the price of $30 a person. I do understand that it is all ypu can eat, however, for the amount of money with pay, you should get better service and more selections of food. If you go during the week, it would be cheaper. I think its $20 per person during the week. Also, if your over 55/60. You get a discount. Not a bad place to eat, but you can do better else where. The service was separated. They would let large groups of people into the establishment before those waiting in line. I'm hoping they get that fixed.

Food is always good, first time for breakfast and we were happy. But the service was amazing! Our waitress Luz I believe her name was. Was very attentive and helpful. She was very clean and polite also.

Went for the breakfast buffet as recommended it did not disappoint all the food was hot stations and seating was clean had a very enjoyable experience it was definitely a morning crown with good atmosphere!

Honestly, it's one of the best buffets I've been to. The food is consistently good. The chef's and bakers in the kitchen definitely know what they're doing. They are not putting out basic bland food. Every time the pot roast, butterfly fried shrimp, whiskey chicken and the cooked to order steaks are yummy. They also have a huge salad bar with every topping you can imagine and their dessert station is out of this world. Homemade fudge, a chocolate fountain and fresh baked pies! If you haven't been you need to go. You won't be disappointed.

The food and the service was excellent! This is my go-to buffet when I dine with my family. So much to choose from, it's affordable, it's fresh... Everything is cooked to perfection. I've never been to this location, as I live in San Diego.... The only bad thing I have to say is the restroom was absolutely terrible. Us women need to stick together and clean up after ourselves. It was so filthy in there... I was actually pretty appalled... I did tell someone, and I feel like she went to handle it right away. Other than that, everything was awesome. Thank you!

Went for a family outing, Marlene is the manager and she is very accommodating she really understand families with special needs kids. The staff is very friendly , and most staff was bilingual I will definitely come back

First time here and it's a lot different than my local Golden Corral and all the food was super delicious. It's a bit more pricey but it's well worth every penny. The bathrooms were super clean and the service was phenomenal. I can't wait to come back!

Love this place! Clean restrooms, clean tables, clean everything everywhere! Great staff as well, they looked after my family and I quite well, bringing drinks and clearing our plates quickly and efficiently but still allowed us to eat without pressure. Would come again. Lunch time they have mini burgers dinner toner, steak... That is done to your liking, nearly perfect everytime. I highly recommend this chain to my friends, you should too!

The gentleman who served my table, his name was HECTOR. HECTOR was awesome. I was so amazed. He was well groomed neat clean. He smelled good and he was on top of his game. As far as serving me didn’t have to worry about him picking my plate up off my table and he was a pure gentleman, I am amazed and I would like to let you know that HECTOR is one of your top. people I hope all of your employees take example from him because he is pretty awesome professional and pleasant thank you.

Great format, fit for the pandemic shutdowns. Golden Corral has found a way to still give us our Comfort Food favorites at an affordable price. Chose an entree, two sides, free dessert soup and salad for one low price. portions are huge and delicious.

Lunch is 18.49, Dinner is 22.49. Breakfast, Friday, and Senior prices are different. Please refer to photo. The other reviewer is lying to you. Here are the actual prices as of October 2024. The meat is unfortunately a lot fatter than I'm used to but that may just be a matter of preference. The country fried steak, eggs and sausages were all overcooked. This place has a few interesting quirks. Breakfast is cheaper the first hour on weekends. There are forks and knives available above the plates. Weekend breakfast goes straight into dinner (no lunch at all on Saturdays) The food is pretty good here and skews more Latino/Black than a few other places. It also in turn has less Asian dishes. (Fried Liver, Carne Guisada vs. Orange Chicken, Fried Rice) Service was friendly albeit inattentive. This location has had a modern update and looks decent with a good amount of air conditioning.

My experience here was amazing food was hot and never-ending. They serve grits and cornbeef hash at this location for breakfast. I love it. I recommend. And I will be back. Staff is kind and friendly. It's a Clean location.

Fantastic service and great food. Possibly the best Golden Corral that we've ever experienced. We had a very big group (40+) but they quickly got us a section and managed our group with no fuss. The food was fast better than other GCs we've gone to, and no one left hungry.

This was our first time here, and for a Buffett restaurant it was very good! There was so much to select from, a full salad bar with not only green salads and toppings put other mixed salads like pasta, tuna, etc. Over 4 different main course stations with freshly carved ribs, and sirloin steak grilled right in from of you, cooked the way you like it! And so many other main dish and side dish choices to mention. They also had a really fun dessert area, with most of the Staples you see at other buffets, chocolate cake & pudding, hello, cheesecakes, but also several types of cookies and brownies, a chocolate fountain with fresh strawberries, pineapple & rice crispy treats for dipping. Soft serve ice cream plus hand dipped ice cream with several flavors and even a cotton candy machine! All you can drink soft drinks, horchata, iced teas & coffee. They also have early bird discounts & a seniors discount. Definitely well worth the cost and our waitress who picked up our plates and served us more drinks was very nice and plates never stayed on our table while we were making additional choices of food. I would go back. They even have a separate room for parties or meetings.

First time here and I must say we are really satisfied with all the food that they offered.we came here on a sunday 10:40 am and they still serving breakfast and will change to lunch at 11am so we both got to enjoy both breakfast and lunch for the price of 1.Adults are $20.50 kids are i belive $12.50 8years old and under, 3 and under eats free.our total was $60 including tax + tip left in the table.The lady that makes fresh omelette was so nice after I enjoyed my omelette she came up to me to ask if how's the omelette she made and its really good cook perfectly sometimes we just need a server who really treat you as if your a family eating at their house.The steak was the star of the show we got like atleast 4 steak medium well and we all got our money worth a must visit especially if you have a kids lots of option + their dessert spot has alot to offer that are allergy friendly. my daughter enjoyed it so much

I can happily say that I and my family really enjoyed this golden corral and my husband loves golden corral We were in town and surprisingly The manager in their staff seated as quickly it was a little bit packed, but of course, because it was the weekend the servers accommodated to our seating and we’re very nice. The person that attended to us her name I believe with Selena hopefully I didn’t misinterpret her name, but she was very kind and attentive, despite being super busy and a lot of birthdays on 27 February we were there also celebrating our little boy’s birthday and they literally went out of the way to sing happy birthday to him, which we really appreciate it and made our dinner extra special. Also, I had no idea that they were selling lobster tails on the side, which actually looked pretty tasty. Maybe next time but thank you if I’m ever in town this probably be one of the spots that I would hit. It was really fulfilling. Everything was really hot. Their employees their pass to refill the foods as soon as possible super clean establishment and overall we did enjoy it

We eat at a lot of golden corrals in our travels but this was our first visit to this location. The restaurant and bathroom were very clean, the buffet was spotless and well stocked. Everyone was very friendly and treated us very well. Our servers name was Marco, he was fantastic. This was the first time EVER our server has offered us coffee when we got our dessert. No other location has ever done that. It felt like we were at home or a friend’s home having coffee and dessert. Also out of all the golden corrals we have eaten at this one by far was the most delicious overall. The food was very good and the desserts were delicious. We were very impressed. I will stop here again the next time my travels lead us here.

This place is the very best all time #1 restaurant. They have everything! The salad bar is my personal favorite for 35+ yrs eating @ GC. Get the honey butter n slap some on those hot buns n oooh. The fried chicken is not half bad tasty skin/breading. Ice cream machine and numerous deserts available. Your stomach will leave u making a slow exit here.

This place is a great place to go and chill out with family. It is extra crowded on Sundays but for this visit, I went during the week, and I found the crowd full but pleasant. The food is always good. Their yellow rice is so flavorful that you could eat just that. But I throughly enjoy their baked chicken. I think it's steamed because it's so moist. I top my visits off with fried fish and fried okra. They have the best fish and okra.

The CAESAR SALAD DRESSING is so delicious with real anchovies and high quality parmesan! Great QUALITY and incredibly fresh unlimited salad bar! The clam chowder has chunks of clams and so fresh and chewy. But really, I was blown away by the tuna salad, which was creamy, sweet, and excellently made! Golden Corral never fails to deliver quality with its low cost price point $$. It’s hard to find buffets these days. They’re either Chinese buffets or Golden Corral (GC). Golden is 100x better than Chinese buffets, which are lower in quality. Also they’re not American foods, but Chinese cuisine. Considering GC has no competition, it is amazing they do not make the prices higher nor do they lower the quality of their food!

This was my first time at Golden Corral, i am impressed to say the least. Ok i will start with the location is conveniently located just off the 91 Fwy. The parking is very spacious. The entrance was easy to find. Being my first time there i was not sure how the situation worked as far as paying and seating. It wasn't hard to figure out :) staff was super friendly and professional from the jump. They found us a table fairly quickly, I'll say less than a minute. They have good communication. We were seated and were told that the waitress will be supplying our utensils :) ok, so now for the food, i was there during brunch and was surprisingly impressed with how well 8/10 foods tasted. Surely, meats and fish are made bland-ish but expected because everyone has different tastes so i ultimately had no issue with that. I added salt and pepper to my taste and was perfect. The meats were soooo good, fell off the bone, now y'all don't know me but my teeth can't handle meats too well unless they are soft. Desserts were good, my favorite was the Jell-O. The waitress did an amazing job, didn't bother us but checked up on us just enough. I wish I would remember her name because she did a great job. Let me tell you, she refilled our drinks for us and brought it to us in record breaking time!!! I've never experienced that at a buffet. Overall, the price that was paid for the food that was consumed was well worth the price. I will definitely be coming back and will definitely recommend this place

I love this place! I come to Golden Corral sometimes around holidays because they always have the holiday food. Also if you're a lover of a BIG FAT JUICY STEAK, every time I came they always had a few on the grill! (Granted, I don't know if they always have them on the grill but I only come usually during holiday meals)! This place is wonderful! The staff is friendly and helpful! Overall you shouldn't be disappointed!

Hot and fresh food steak was tender good flavor butterflied shrimp was good everything was excellent at this Golden Corral I was surprised I recommend everybody to go there. If you go there get there at 3:30 which is lunch menu and then it will go into the dinner dinner menu reasonable price I stayed 2 hours, and took my time eating.

Server wasn't attentive kept forgetting to bring drinks. No prebussing of our tables. I was a little disappointed in that the buffet was almost empty had to wait for them to refill alot of the food after lunch rush. I usually go for breakfast about once a month. Honestly, it's really hard to screw up breakfast. I usually show up a few minutes after it opens on Sundays so the lines aren't very long for the omelet station and there are plenty of open tables. Plenty of breakfast items to choose from. For meats, you can get ham, bacon, or a few different types of sausage. There are also some breakfast favorites like pancakes, waffles, and French toast. You can get oatmeal or grits. Salad bar is also open and fruit is also available. They also have some pretty good menudo. The dessert section is also open so go ahead and have ice cream and cake if you like. Ask your table attendant for coffee if you want it, because it's one of those drinks that isn't self-service. It won't be the greatest food you'll ever have, but it's satisfying and will fill you up. It will start to get busy on Sunday morning after people start getting out of church. I also like the Christmas tree that is up all year and decorated for whatever holiday is next. Staff is also very friendly and helpful here. All you can eat breakfast for about $20 is a pretty good deal. You might see a few customers that are kinda "out there", but it's mostly ordinary families just enjoying breakfast.

Upon arriving to the restaurant my party and I was greeted by Matthew at the cashier booth he was polite however Luz the server was 10/10 she attended to all the guests she was assigned to in her area she kept a vibrant pleasant smile and made sure she checked on everyone Luz kept the table & floor area clean and clear she didn’t miss on refills drinks Luz personality was amazing her performance in handling her guest was excellent I never been to a restaurant not even a upscale restaurant that the server was on point like Luz I had to give her props thanks for ur hospitality will definitely return

I have eaten at several Golden Corral restaurants throughout the country. This one was pretty good and had the selection of food items expected. My only complaints were that several items were nearly empty (less than enough for one portion for one person remaining) and all 3 people in our group ran out of drinks and waitress never came back around to refill. We only saw her once when we sat down and she signed our receipt then not again even once for the rest of the meal. We ended up going back to the cashier for refills. If not for those two minor issues, I would have given 5 stars because everything else was great!

It is getting better and better each visit. I see how they try to improve every time. This is the closest location to me. And it is always very busy. They need to have one at least in Compton, Carson or in Gardena.

Best chain buffet that I have been too. Lots of variety and options including the salad bar and a bunch of deserts, not to mention options of food that kids will enjoy. Sometimes it can take a while for the server to clear the used plates from the table or to get a refill of water, but it's not too bad. The atmosphere is exactly what you would expect at a chain buffet restaurant, it's nothing to write home about. I have however been back a few times so it is definitely good enough overall for those times when you are hungry or when you want to enjoy the variety of food offered by a buffet. Recommended.

Golden Corral is kinda how they advertise it. It's an all you can eat buffet, not overpriced, and you get your worth (if you're hungry). I've been here more than once, and each experience has been similar: good. Self service, but waiters are still there to help out and get you some drinks if you want some. I love the Horchata they have here, tasted fantastic. When it comes to the food, I love how it's almost always hot and fresh, and I like the variety. However, it's kinda split where half if it is great, other half is ok. Get whatever you're in the mood for and you'll be fine. I say if you want a buffet, and the line isn't long, probably stop by.

What do you expect? A buffet is a buffet so they care more about quantity than quality but the taste is still there I just wouldn’t recommend this place as a first date, unless she’s from a 3rd world country and she’s starving. Yet the food is plentiful and delicious on a scale of 7.9/10 you will get your money worth eating meat. The breakfast is good but it’s usually crowded on Sundays, holidays and evenings. The atmosphere is calm, the chairs are comfortable where you will fall asleep but if you can get passed children screaming sometimes you’d “love” this place. Pro tip you can buy their whole cakes for $10-14

Update. 2/16/21 Stacey was our host and server she was great. They have a menu $11.99 drink extra and kids $6.99with drink. Was there last night outside dining was good. Had the fried fish with 2 side soup or salad with a dinner roll which was good. And I got the cobb salad to share with my daughter that was good to I got the blue cheese dressing it tasted like fat free so change to ranch which was a better choice. The kids pizza was worth the price. Its enough for to or so little kids to share. Great service, the server was awesome. nice food. Was just in today the Sept 18, call before we came to see if they had prime rib the lady I talked you said yes and we got here and my mom asked for prime rib the Carver asked how she liked it she said medium rare and he gave her a steak instead and then that's when we found out that they don't have it only Friday Saturday and Sunday.

This place has been a disappointment to everyone. Their food isn't that good. The variety for the price just isn't there. Their meats are not the best. I wouldn't visit this place unless they lowered their prices. Stay away from here.

We came at just the right time before it started getting really crowded for a Saturday. The food was okay. Unfortunately, I was hungry but didn't eat that much. I was looking forward to trying the different favored wings, but most of them were too dry & and overcooked. The sauce on them was tasty, though. Their fried chicken was good. The rolls were on point as usual. The ribs weren't done to the bone & I'm sure that they are boiled, baked, or both. Their only saving GRACE is that you can add more sauce. Our server was nice. She let us know that she was leaving for her break, so we tipped her before she left & left a small tip for her relief person. I don't know if I will be returning to this location, but apparently, people love it because it gets super crowded after 5 p.m. Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures.

Everything was fine until I decided to get a to go box. Price says 9.99/lb on the chart, the waiter said it was 10.99/lb, but when I paid I was charged 11.99/lb (the weekend price). I was there on a Wednesday around 12:40pm. Don't get a to go box, you will be overcharged.

We thought we were grabbing a quick and cheap meal. Too expensive to me for a mediocre buffet $75 for 2 adults and a child. I would not recommend there's better places for the same price.

First time here. For the price we paid, the food was not good. It's definitely overpriced. The burgers were nasty. The breakfast items are nasty. There is no flavor in most of the items. Very bland. The staff was very nice, though. But we will not be returning in the future.

First of all I want to say that the service personnel were all GREAT and very helpful. The food quality varies from good to mediocre (so-so). This was my first visit to the Bellflower store. I've been to the Anaheim store and find it much better food quality all-around. The best Golden Corral stores that I've been to are located in the mid-west, east coast and the South.

I had not been to a Golden Corral in years. My last and best memories of a Golden Corral are of those in Utah. The majority of food was house-made and delicious. The one off Bellflower was very disappointing. The hot veggies were canned. Several fruit items were also canned. The meat at the carving stations were the ends and were cold. Most off the desserts were either canned or shipped frozen and cut up. The grilled steak was a nice change, but my steak was too salty. I definitely won't be returning to this Golden Corral.

My family and I just left from this restaurant. The waitress, Laura, was not too friendly from the start and even told us that we had to sit at a certain table when there were plenty available. She refilled my son’s drink but for some reason didn’t bring me my refill. I had to ask and when I did, she started servicing her other tables. She never returned to our table. I then spoke with the manager and they gave us a new waiter. We will not be returning.

$22 for Sunday dinner plus $3 additional for a drink. Not much of a selection and food was not that great. The desserts were underwhelming and cakes were very dry. Maybe people like that kind of food because it was very crowded and the wait to get in was around 20 minutes. I'd rather Hometown buffet, but sadly they closed during the Pandemic.

Visited during lunch hour on a weekday and many of the steam tables were very low on entrees. Staff were helpful in offering senior discount. Did not stay for lunch.

Food was left out too long and they did not restock some items the entire time we were there. Staff was hard to get the attention of and the steak line covered so many items so you were limited to what you could access. It was way too over crowded

The food was so-so. The "mashed potatoes" were so runny i poured them OVER the meatloaf. The fried fish was super greasy. The steak was decent but tough. The pot roast was excellent! Strange that no one seemed to be eating that. The "server" was practically absent. (See photo). And i ate alone! I like GC, as a rule, but this place sucked big time. And the restrooms were a mess.

Hello Everyone!! Here i am with another review, me and my wife came down sunday night her first time here. She wanted to try GC cuz we see the commercials all the time. Oh man it was awful!! Everyone crowds around the one person with the steak lol there was a looong line for it... macaroni and cheese on the floor. The Food was bland and had no flavor. I decided to try the ice cream machine and it spilled out some foul looking yellow stuff. Very Dirty location. Save your $30 and go somewhere else ya'll.

The Person in charge very rude when I ask for food that was out. She . Said that she got nothing to do. If it was empty. .I mention. Some food that i wanted.. Also the drinks that was out. She said why you don't ask the waitress to bring it to you i said wow. This is how doyou answer and she said yes berry rude. . .but the WAITRESS was not even removing .the dishes. She try in the last minute..for the tip. .asking if everything was fine. But no service.before... also the soups was empty. I ask one of lthe ociate. And she said what you see is what we have. So to make it short don't go Saturday evening. They are getting ready to live. They put no food. what you see is what you can have. But. YES THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY. I I SPENT AROUND $30.00 DOLLARS PER PERSON.BUT NO SERVICE. NOT A GOOD FOOD. BUT. EVERYTHING STAR WITH MANAGEMENT.. I HOPE.THAT THIS REVIEW. . THE OWNER OR SOME ONE IN CHARGE THAT REALLY CARE A BOUT THIS BUSSINES. TALK TO HIS LEADER. ..WE GO THERE TO HAVE A GOOD TIME. AND WE PAY FOR IT. WE SPENT. $160.00 TODAY SATURDAY. SEPTEMBER-6. IN THE EVENING. ANY HOW I STILL LEFT MY $10.00 DOLLARS. EVEN THAT I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. AND THE MAIN REASON. THE MANAGER I CHARGE. LOOKS LIKE SHE REALLY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR CONPLAIN.... IT WAS A LADY INCHARGE. I REALLY GUDLIKE TO HEAR FROM THE OWNER.. TO SEE IF HE CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS ... IF NOT IS THE REASON WHY THEY ARE LIKE THIS.. I GIVE NO STAR TO THIS RESTAURANT.. DON'T GO THERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. WHRRE THEY APRICIATE YOUR BUSINESS.. THANK YOU.

I used to like this place but I went get pot roast no meat just carrots ,tried to get fried chicken 2 bad looking pieces,it was lunch time I had paid 75.00 for the three of us ,we had to get back to work but it was ridiculous and I had to wait forever for a refill ,I asked for mustard it never came ,I would have complained but we had to go back to work spent to much time waiting for food to be brought out this was on a Thursday last week ,I have spent so much money treating family coworkers friends ,I don't think I could go back

The food was not good!!!! The best thing was the coffee. Honestly, I would never come back! The meats like the steak and roast beef were not seasoned. The restroom was a mess. The cashier was not friendly and got bothered after asking her questions about the drinks having refills, etc Our waiter was very friendly! I wish we had gotten his name We went yesterday.

Me an my lady went here 11/15/2024 everything was good. Food was good until. A roach decided to join the party 😭😭 I immediately went to the manager, who gave me my money back and we left never again!!

Me and my girlfriend went here for the first time ever today and the environment was cool . But we got up and came back to our table and had a roach sitting on our table . Really the most disgusting thing we ever encountered. The staff and management seemed to want to keep it low key about the whole thing and just gave us our money back and that was that. Not sure what would even help us get over this experience.

I had good service and food here before I don't know what happened this last time I went. I told the waitress it was my birthday and that it had been my Mom's birthday a few days before and she was annoyed and said she didn't have anyone helping her even though I saw them singing Happy Birthday to two other tables. I personally don't like people to sing Happy Birthday to me but I know my mom enjoys it. Also the food wasn't good and my mom got sick. It sucks because it used to be better I don't know what happened.
