Eduardo was so fluent in Spanish so nice and helpful, great service will be coming back
They always are accurate when ordering. I have never experienced any problems or mistakes with my orders. I will only order from them if I am local because they do things the right way and follow instructions!
This particular Subway is open 24 hours a day. My food orders have always been good. The service has always has also always been good. My only issue is that they run out of meatballs after 12 midnight. So when I get off of work at 4:30 AM and try and buy a meatball sandwich, they can't make me one. They start making meatballs at 6 AM.
I know, a Subway is just a Subway, right? Not in this case! First off Ive been coming to this one in particular for about 15 years. That said... It's open 24/7, all the people that work are great! And the sandwiches are even better! I only had 1 negative experience throughout the years. But that person was immediately eliminated from the roster. Despite that small wrinkle, this Subway is and has been my personal favorite, and I'm pretty confident it will be yours too! Go ahead, stop by to check it out for yourself! It's almost as if every sandwich is prepared as if it was for "the sandwich tech". Eff'n delicious... 😁

Oh how I love their veggie pattie. I've been eating that pattie since 2010, even before I became vegan. I couldn't get anything else cause it's just that good. Add feta cheese and buffalo and ranch sauces. Yummy good.

The AC is not working right now.😣 So if you plan on eating here be ready to sweat 💦 like crazy.🥵
My Only regret was ordering online at this place where comon sense isn't applied when your picking up your online order at the register ....obviously I'm there waiting for some 1 to ask me what I want ..yes being respectful I waited for subway employee to finish prepping food for a customer she was helping but to asked me aside from the line me being in front of the register so you can ring the customer up......hello I placed my order 15+min ago, I paid for it already.... my food is ready getting cold 🥶 why are you making me wait more that it should...... When someone is in line ordering 2+ sandwiches and the person behind only 1 they jump you in line because their food is ready and its common sense they do veggies and pay for it so the sub don't get cold if hot..... don't know why you couldn't catch the resemblance here, all I needed was to ask my name, order # or whatever for you to give me my sandwiches...SMH...
Inexplicably long wait, even though I was the first one in line. The employees were either apathetic, untrained or a combination of both. It was clean so that is nice. Every time I am here the service is either just above acceptable, or terrible. There is no middle ground. They also frequently run out of ingredients. Not every employee is incompetent or rude, but there are just enough to make it an unpleasant situation when you are attended by those employees. Unfortunately it is the closest and/or most convenient location that is open late, otherwise I would visit another store.
I love coming here the place is clean and the workers are really nice except the lady named Angela she always has a bad attitude and today she rolled her eyes at me just because i told her to switch my bread i really hope someone can talk to her because she makes the place look bad and i don’t feel comfortable ordering with her.

I love this subway because it's 24 hrs but this guy literally has the worst customer service ever !!! He doesn't talk he mumbles, the worst. He's name is Estevan so beware!
Can’t answer phone just to ask if soup is available, once I get there no soup and I’m on my break Rn. Lazy workers .

I was there 2 days ago and there was a guy with long black hair and a hat. Literally coughing all over the place he was serving sandwiches sick. I got server by him and I had a feeling that he was going to get me sick and now I'm sick . I'ma 100% this guys got alot of people sick he should get fired for going to work and serving food while being sick 😷. He would stop coughing the whole time he serve me. Please be careful with people like this who are serving food while being sick. I got a horrible sore throat I can barely sleep.
Hello when I picked up my order the lady who handed me the food pointed aggressively at the cup to fill it up myself and then after I did I grabbed a bag of chips because when I filled out the order combo online it said it came with chips and a drink and a cookie but when I grabbed the chips she yelled at me saying you didn't pay for that as I was about to leave and I go back and asked what was the issue she said it's either one bag of chips or two cookies I was confused and I kept trying to tell her it was apart of the combo but she got very angry and responded back with attitude and kept saying well the receipt says this and I was like ok that's fine then maybe I show how messed up the order and I then asked can I just pay for the chips she then smacked her lips and said I guess and I paid,the whole point of the story is that she was very very rude for no reason at all I was being super nice and then after that I got home and opened my sandwich and the lettuce and tomato's tasted kinda sour and stale and that point I was just fed up and had a horrible experience I would like a refund and for that lady to get a disciplinary action or something because that customer service was awful.
Total 9:19 I had 9 bucks I understand the price is what you paid but the lady at 5:20am was very rude and have some compassion I have close to 1000 reward points she couldn’t let the 19 cents slide bad service no compassion do better subway she also called the lady before me a bad name in spanish
Whoever answers the phones is very rude and unprofessional, instead of answering my question they tell me to wait but then just hang up. I was very disappointed because I normally find both the food and the customer service to be great.
