There's something on the menu for all tastes and the food is great. The staff are really friendly and the service spot on. Nothing is too much trouble plus the prices are good. Can highly recommend it to anyone.

Good hearty home cooked English food at really good prices. Couldn't fault our meal. The set menu is particularly good value.

I have a low opinion of many 'brit' places in Benalmadena. However the Halfway has totally change my opinion. Very good quality home cooked food and the young man front of house was professional and polite. This is well worth a visit

Amazing little restaurant. Food is amazing we have been here multiple times each year we come out to Spain. Family run business that all ways goes the extra mile for you. This place is all ways the first stop for our family on holiday. I couldn’t recommend enough to anyone.

4 adults and a baby have just ate here. Non of us could fault the food. Was amazing English food. Liver and onions, cottage pie, steak pie and fish and chips were had. Tastiest meal this week we’ve had. Highly rated. Lovely staff

Top Class Food. We've Just Had The Nicest Meal Here Tonight. Very Friendly Staff.. The Braised Steak Was Cooked To Perfection Along With The Home Made Chips Which Were Delicious. Very Reasonably Priced Too. I Would Highly Recommend This Place For Any Kind Of Meal.. We Will Be Back For Sure.. 😃👍

Just had to return to this little gem of a restaurant that us 7 friends came across last year while we were in Benalmedena , we ate there every night including one night which was a birthday celebration and they supplied a birthday cake and candles.great friendly family staff and atmosphere. We have just returned home again this year and ate there every night again (9) of us this year.From fish n chips lasagne liver n onions Steak onion rings n chips to roast dinners we had something different every night and everything was cooked beautifully. Thought we would give this place a try whilst in that part of town found to be average for an English pub ordered prawn salad (no prawns)ordered a Guinness (no Guinness) I had tuna salad(tuna seemed to be from a tin) my wife had chicken salad (pre packed chicken very tough and dry)when we came to pay we were told cash only luckily we had just enough on us ,would we go again? only after trying other places first

Staff nice.. just a shame food was cold. Went to toilet after meal and seen 3/4 microwaves in their “kitchen” sorry hate giving poor reviews!

Disappointed with food this evening,taken my family as always been nice before, been coming for 20 yrs probably come for another 20 yrs but will not be dining at the half way house!!!!!!

Fish was very soggy and the mashed peas were tasteless not worth the money I paid will never go back to eat there again.

Rubbish. I ordered cheese and chips for £4.50 and got barely any chips from it. It was disgraceful and I will never go there again. Wouldn’t recommend

Takeaway cod and chips. So bad it beggars belief. Fish soggy, mushy and just oozing with grease, chips limp and mushy too. One bite, spat out and into the bin as was actually scared of being ill. I did not have time to take back otherwise I would have. Surely this can't be their normal way of serving food or they would be shut down, fryers must not have been to proper heat or something ??? I don't know but I will not be returning to find out. 👎🏻

Friendly girl serving, but very poor food. Awful gravy ( looked like dish water). Small portions and stale veg re heated. Definitely will not return
