The food was good, I ordered a burrito and all ingredients were fresh, but the chips were a little chewy, I don't think they let the bake/cook long enough. Outside if that, the burrito and toppings were fresh and favorable
In a world of shrinkflation their employees don’t look at you crazy when you ask for no beans and can I get extra rice. When your scoop of steak is a little slim and you ask for a little bit more they don’t put down the double meat red plastic thing.
Chipotle never misses the mark when you need a quick meal that's still healthy. I always get a steak bowl, and I can never get enough. My favorite location since the staff is always prompt, attentive, and friendly.

We were thrilled when they did a glove change and used fresh utensils due to celiac disease. Thankful for understanding and trained staff who can safely deal with allergies.

my favorite chipotle location, food never disappoints and the staff are always super friendly. i have yet to worry about whether or not my experience will disappoint :))
Good food, starting to get pricey and staff is hit or miss if they enjoy their work.
Food is good, we usually use the drive thru pick up method which is very convenient. However last time we visited we opted to go inside, and the one of the ladies in the serving line was rushing us and quickly moving through the options. My daughter wasn't able to get the amount of toppings she wanted, and I couldn't advocate for her because I was paying for my food. Not good customer service as we were the only two in the line.
The young man barely put anything in the bowl I could see the bottom and sides of bowl. No smiles no kindness. The meat was sparse with lots of fat.
I took a bite of my chicken burrito and found a 2in BONE! I tried to call but I was sent straight to an incompetent Bot. I wish there was a way to speak to an employee. The female manager on duty doesn't seem to like working there at all or something but Not a nice atmosphere to have a meal with the family at all. Thank you to the staff though, yall always make the steak and chips taste great
At this location they use way too much spices on the grill vegetable and the rice is always undercooked
I go to chipotle all around the dfw because of work. I’ve heard about poor portions being served, but had never had it happened to me. Compare to my normal portion, it was definitely much less. When the lady was wrapping up my burrito to make it easier on her, she graved what was there to grave and squished it to a small ball. When I came to grave a seat, all the tables were dirty with marks of drinks. Definitely needed a wipe. At to top everything off, they had no Tabasco Chipotle. I would recommend for them to have someone on floor every now and then to make sure everything is being run properly and clean. Of what the food that I received, it was good.
Me and my wife eat there about twice a month every time we go in there alllllllll the tables are always dirty it’s nasty In there ugh . The food is good but there is food on the floor under the tables and tbd tables are nasty. Few months back I stop In for lunch there was a few big supervisor or managers I told one will y’all come more often she looked at me i said yes I’ve never seen it this clean in here she said it should always look like this I said it doesn’t. Sad
We have always loved Chipotle so when this location opened close to our house we were stoked to say the least. We have a toddler so we almost always order ahead and use the Digital Pickup Drive Thru (or whatever they call it) to pickup our order. Great idea on paper but EVERY time we have done this our orders are late and by a good 20-40 minutes. 3 of the 4 times the orders have also been incorrect! So it’s both late and the wrong order. Do not offer this option if you cannot guarantee the orders and time like every other Chipotle locations do. We cannot come back to a restaurant that cannot deliver on what they do.

Resturant managerI would be back for my money. My food was cold when I got home. I thought why is my food cold and I remember they was cleaning the inside of the warmers when I got my food. That mean they were turn off. I want my refund. Bad business nobody want cold food.
My first time eating at Chipotle Mexican Grill at 8522 Benbrook Blvd, Benbrook, TX 76126. But like I said the place was packed we had to park next door because of no parking spaces available so with that said THEY REALLY NEED TO IMPROVE ON CLEANING, AN ABSOLUTE NASTY PLACE

I just had the worst experience. I ordered double chicken and got 2 TINY scoops of chicken. I asked for more and the guys attitude serving me was poor. Dirty looks galore. He gave me barely anymore chicken, then he and the other employees started laughing and talking, justifying their action. Where and when I grew up if someone pays for double…….they get double! Why is that so weird. SMH.
Do not give them any business. The general manager, Erica, is not professional and refused to issue me a refund on my app order. I’ve come to this location dozens of times and have ordered kids meals. We’ve always asked for extra sour cream, corn, cheese and salsa on the side. I’ve never had anyone tell me they charge for it. As a matter of fact, no where in the app, on their in store menu or online does it say they charge for extra sides. So when asking for them she claimed they would charge me. I ordered 6 kids meals and asked for cheese and sour cream for them, not 30 additional sides like the guy in the drive through claimed. I asked her to show me where they charge extra and she said it’s not listed. Then when asking for a refund, she said to call 1800. I told her that’s not my responsibility because I ordered from this location and she refused to refund me. Then they confirmed my pick up on the app and I did not pick up any food. If chipotle wants to start charging for extra toppings (not meat, guac or queso) then they need to advertise this and be consistent. They won’t ever get my business again. And it’s evident by the 3.6 stars they have, that many other people don’t like this location.
My worst chipotle hands down. Did a mobile pick up. Got home they gave us the wrong order. Went back up there ordered it again, while I was in line waiting on another order, THEY GAVE MY BOWL TO SOMEONE ELSE. So I had to get my meal made three times. Absolutely insane....do not go here
uber driver here watched them make other people's order before mine even tho I came in first. order was already up for 5 minutes before they gave it to me. asked me 3 times the order names. very unprofessional edit Went in for another delivery order.And somebody else picked up the order. You guys need to make sure that they hit the order accepted on the app.That way they don't steal the food and make other drivers come pick up orders and waste their gas and time
This was the second time I have picked up food at Chipotle in Benbrook. The same very rude woman was working the window. When I got to work & opened it there was a cheese quesadilla and only sour cream. It was missing the other 3 things that come with the quesadilla. I was very disappointed and emailed Chipotle. I was told that they would take the charge off my account. Now, 2 days later they have not taken this charge off. Very poor customer service and very poor attention to detail by the employees. I suggest checking your order before you ever leave their window.
I’ve given this location multiple attempts. I know things happen that’s why I didn’t review it off one visit. This being said when it costs 30 dollars for two burritos they better be good. None of the meats were seasoned, the rice wasn’t seasoned, the beans lacked flavor, the only thing with flavor was the salsa. This made both burritos very bland and gross. The chips are always stale and not seasoned. The guacamole was also not seasoned and bland. This was the same for all 5 separate attempts we gave this particular location. We will drive the extra distance to go to the location off Bryant Irvin or go to Freebirds.
People who work here are rude. You pay for a 20$ bowel and the amount of food you get is ridiculous. I payed for double steak and got shorted on the meat and when requested for more because it wasn’t double steak I was told it would be an additional charge. You ask for double rice you might get a full scoop of rice instead of a half scoop. It’s just fair to the people who want rice and steak that don’t eat all the beans and everything else.

I ate a pretty good amount of my steak bowl. While eating I noticed the black beans and rice were really soggy, like they didn’t rinse the beans. Also the portion size was waaaay smaller than normal. Then suddenly “CRUNCH”!! I bit down into a cockroach. Yes you heard that right, a cockroach. I am so sick to my stomach. You can’t even call and speak to anyone at the store. This is just disgusting. I have a picture but it’s not letting me post it.
Paid 15$ for half cuf of rice beans an meat waste of money coming to this location. I would never come back completely disappointed in the service don't let u finish talking nothing
ERICA isn’t built to be a manager. Her customer service is not pleasant. The portions they give is super small, & when ask for another scoop, they charge extra. I know guac and queso is extra but why give me a small scoop and still have me pay exta for it?? Cashier was very rude, the worker says name is Samantha so I assume that is her name unless she gave me a fake name like they usually do. I rather make the extra drive to another chipotle than to give this location another chance. Please do better in training managers and employees. Please train them on portions as well.
I ordered a bowl online for pickup in digital drive thru. When I got home, I opened my bowl and realized it was chicken and not Carnitas. I was starving so tasted the chicken but it is spicy (to me) so I decided to drive back up there to get them to remake it. I walk inside and say "This is not Carnitas." Without a single word to me, and man comes over, takes my bowl and begins to remake it. Again, no apology, no asking what happened, nothing. He handed me the new correct bowl and started to walk off. I just kind of stood there. Literally nothing was said to me or asked of me. Not one word. I asked if there was a manager. The man FINALLY spoke to me and said he was a manager and he pointed to another lady saying she was also a manager. I asked them why neither of them even offered an apology? They had no idea whether I was an in-person guest, online order, pickup order, etc. I get that people make mistakes. I wasn't even that upset at the error. People make mistakes, but the lack of customer service or even a sincere apology is astounding. I gave a $3 tip on my order for a $16 and had to drive to the restaurant TWICE and literally not one person could muster an "I apologize." Worst customer service I never received. There are way too many Chipotle's within a short drive for me to patronize that one.

Some get 2 FREAKING SCOOP portions, without even asking. Others get teaspoons portions. Makes me wonder what they are basing it on..........

Edit: new entry. I gave two stars at first but it hasn’t improved so lowering it to one star. Our third time here and still filthy! Trash over flowing, every table dirty, trash every where on ground, and condiment area a total mess. I think it was my last time eating here. When the employees have time to lean, they have time to clean. It wasn’t even busy. Original post after opening. Need work, the food was good but the inside was filthy. They had no one cleaning tables and the trash was overfilling. You need someone cleaning especially during a rush. I also noticed a lot of people waiting long times for pick up orders.
Update: I decided to give them another try and this time was just as bad as the last few. Just left this place after standing and waiting for someone to even acknowledge us. At least 6 employees, 2 cooking who saw us and didn’t go get anyone to help us and when the other 4 looked up from their huddle near the drive thru, one walked towards us like maybe she would help us and then walked right past us without looking or speaking to us. Another male employee came out of another door and it took him over a minute to even start to out gloves on. We just walked out. If they care this little about making sure we were taken care of, how little do they care about being clean or making good food. Really disappointed because I love chipotle and have never had bad service at any location in the over 20 years I’ve been eating at them.
If the founders, I see why I know one comes to this chipotle, you walk in the door and there's three employees sitting at a table, one person being served to other people behind the counter working.And you're standing there, no one at least acknowledge that you're there....I am kind of glad because it gave me time to look over the food they had displayed and it looked worse than the food you would pick up at taco loco at the 7-11. I see why the restaurant there have no people at them . The area manager needs to do his job and go check out his restaurants, instead of taking the words of their supervisor.

Staff was incredibly rude to my husband, myself, and our autistic toddler. They were rude about not having cheese and the girl at the register said my child was “dripping snot” (he does not have a runny nose) on the bottled drinks. We will not be back to this location and are highly disappointed at the rudeness towards a disabled child

Tonight one of the employees looked angry while building my burrito and aggressively threw my toppings on and slid my guacamole to the cashier. Could it had been his/her (don't know their gender) face full of acne pissing them off? Who knows. All I know is I will only go to Crowley's chipotle from now on where it's actually clean and employees greet you with a smile on their face. Bye Benbrook!
