We went recently in the evening and had a delicious dinner. The waiter's service was excellent and the atmosphere was very pleasant because you can sit at the tables outside and enjoy the view. 👌🏼

La comida y el servicio muy bien, por pequeños detalles no doy las 5 estrellas, los paquetes de cena están muy completos, realmente no te quedas con hambre. La hamburguesa de carnitas está bien servida aunque un poco seca por ser pura maciza. La zona de la terraza está muy cómoda aunque con lluvia y frío en el exterior, cuenta con estacionamiento compartido con la Mega Soriana.

Buena comida, buenas porciones, no son los precios mas baratos pero están bien y servicio amable, en general fue rápido a excepción del postre.

Buen servicio, buenas porciones. Hay platillos qué tienen promociones y te los dan en combo, es una buena opción.

En el lugar esta muy bien sin embargo voy a quitar una estrella porque cambiaron la receta o me dieron otro tipo de panque de elote, tenían un panque diferente antes y era buenísimo el panque de elote y este que me enviaron por DiDi esta terrible, súper seco el que he comprado venía en un empaque diferente y era muy cremoso este está súper seco y sabe diferente. No me gusto absolutamente nada. 😤😠

Fuimos hace una semana con mi bebé de 1 a 5 m y estuvo excelente. Se comió una milanesa de pechuga y todo muy bien. El único tema es que quiso ir a los juegos y vimos las pelotas de los juegos muy sucias, fuera de eso todo excelente con la comida

He ido varias veces, en desayunos y comidas. Para desayunar, los huevos a la albañil están muy ricos; sí los siento caritos, pero valen la pena. Ojo: no todos los desayunos vienen en paquete; a veces te cobran por separado, así que conviene preguntar si aplica paquete antes de ordenar. Para la comida, la crema de frijol está buenísima y muy recomendable. Los tacos de milanesa que pidió mi esposa también estaban muy ricos. En general, la comida está rica. Suele haber fila de espera con regularidad, pero avanza, y el servicio es bueno. Conclusión: buena opción para desayunar y comer sabroso (solo cuida el tema de paquetes/precios); regreso por la crema de frijol y los tacos de milanesa.

Aside from some other reviews, my rolls were fresh and delicious. My passion fruit drink was very tasty. You can choose to sit at any table in the area and enjoy the view of the port; it's all beautiful. My food arrived in less than 15 minutes, but there weren't many other people there. The only issue is that the waitress was very distracted; you have to go and find them to get their attention.

I've seen comments about slow service and low food quality, but that wasn't the case for me. I think they're listening to customers and improving. Very good! Our food arrived quickly, with the exception of the vegetable tempura. Everything was well-served and delicious. The place has beautiful views and is pleasant. It's a shame it's packed with people and feels more like a food court than a restaurant, which I thought we were going to get. But there's nothing wrong with that, we had a great time.

Había mucha gente. Fuimos en sábado a las 11am. Lista de espera de 10 min. La hostess MUY AMABLE. Quitó el podium para que mi esposo pudiera subir la escalera porque usa bastón. Te recibe rápido el mesero. Pero los alimentos tardaron mucho. Tenían buen sabor. Las enchiladas solo tenían salsa por arriba, al comer la primera encontré la tortilla seca de abajo. copa de yogurt llegó toda escurrida. Costo por 2 personas paquete de desayuno más bisquets y copa de yogurt $619.

Considero que los precios son elevados para la oferta que se tiene. No hay problema alguno con los alimentos y/o el servicio.

Sushi franchise. Terrible taste, terrible image, and zero cordiality, empathy, or customer service when you choose to order their 2-for-1 promotions. If you're satisfied eating at the tables on the terrace in the common area of the Marina Puerto Cancún food court and you ask for the rest of your food to go, they tell you NO. They say you have to eat it by force, that they won't give you anything to take home because, according to them, you're forced to eat everything so you can spend more time in the place and see people or activity. It's a shame that these age-old, ridiculous, anachronistic, and outdated business practices continue. Hopefully, with the arrival of the new owners of the master franchise, they'll put order in these types of disastrous situations. I feel sorry for the waiters and cooks because it affects their tips.

Soy cliente frecuente con el restaurante todo siempre excelente pero el dia miércoles 8 de octubre estuve de 6.30 pm a 8 pm aproximadamente, el estacionamiento no es seguro cuando me fui no había vigilancia y me sacaron de la cajuela una mochila "ya se que nadie se hace responsable de los objetos dejados dentro del auto" solo quiero alertar para que tengan precaución qué uno piensa que es seguro pero no.

Very poor service. This is a personal experience, and I want to be as objective as possible. To begin with, when we arrived, the place wasn't very crowded. We ordered two combo meals, which included four rolls in total, a Coke, and a horchata. After a long wait of over 45 minutes, the first two rolls, the Coke, and two horchatas arrived—which is illogical since we only ordered one. After another 10 minutes, the next two rolls arrived. The second time the waiter came to serve us, I explained that we had only ordered one horchata, and he rudely replied that it was my fault for not telling him earlier that it was just one. When we ate the sushi rolls, they were poorly cut, disproportionate, and the rice fell apart when we tried to pick them up with chopsticks. The horchatas were bitter and tasted like water with powder. The bill came to 543, but the receipt said 597, which is inconsistent. In short, the only good thing was the view; I wouldn't go back.

Poor food quality. The Tampico was in poor condition (spoiled), the ramen broth tasted like water with heated soy sauce, was flavorless, and the protein was flank steak. The waiter's service was good, but they should review the quality of the food.

The service is terrible. When I went, they opened an hour late because "the kitchen staff hadn't arrived yet." The presentation is different at each location, and the sauces that come with the rolls are also different. At one location, they add sauces, but at this location, they didn't add any to my roll; they told me it was extra.

I managed to take a photo, but we forgot we weren't supposed to come here... such poor food quality!! DISGUSTING! The surimi was like a rock... the sashimi stank of fish and had been thawed several times (you could tell by the texture). The cuauhtemito had chewy, stiff cheese that was at least a day old... I can't believe the poor quality. They should do something or close it down. The service from Bianey and Yesenia was excellent, and they resolved everything, but they tell us it's the same every day... DO NOT EAT here.

Worst ever, DO NOT GO THERE. Took 2 rolls, never seen so small rolls, tuna really out of date, Tampico salsa ridiculously small. It is a FAKE Sushi Ito, they do not have any of the usual rolls of the brand (Chirashi, sake etc.,), but they charge usual prices

If you arrive hungry and craving sushi, this isn't the place for you. The food is poorly prepared, the staff is grumpy, and they serve you quickly so you leave fast. I hope they improve. 🚫

As the reviews say: TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE WAITERS. 1- We waited for them to take our order, and I had to go to the register myself to tell them what I wanted. 2- I asked the waitress if she could bring me a cloth to clean the table, and she didn't. But another couple arrived at the table in front of us, and they quickly cleaned their table and gave them the menu (the others were carrying shopping bags from expensive stores). I think they serve you better if they see you have money. 3- The food was dry, and the rolls were smaller than the ones at the Las Americas location. It's nothing like the Shishitto at Las Americas. Every time I go there, the service is excellent, and the food tastes much better.
