Very accommodating. Provided us with an English Menu as we asked. Ordered the Cheeseburger while my wife ordered the hamburger. Made our order into meals and enjoyed our lunch. I loved the bread used in the burger. It’s not what I’m usually used to. Taste is good. I highly recommend it.

Well, where to start. They are extremely friendly and caring for their customers. They managed to provide me with a delicious cheeseburger as fast as possible because I had to reach the last bus of the day. Also, the beer was great! 10/10!
Absolutely amazing! The best burger I have tasted so far in Bergamo. Real meat with great flavor! Everything done on demand served hot and fresh. Tried the double cheese menu with the pepsi free refill. Will definitely visit again. Extra points for the lady (Monica) who served me. Super friendly and fast. Also she speaked fluently English which is very rare in Italy.

It is a surprisingly great Italian burger joint (the meat is real and tastes much better than in the US and Canada). Highly recommended and really delicious. Friendly guy working there too.
Friendly english speaking people. Tasty burgers with crunchy fries. You can eat there or take your food with you. The doppio Cis Burger is absolute awesome.
In Bergamo for a few days tried this place and the burgers are proper, great meat, great fillings, great burger buns. We'll be going back before we leave!! :-)

Restaurant quality burgers. Perfect if you want to eat a good burger in a original place or take home. Very nice people!
First of all, the guys were really great! We ordered one beer, but got two by mistake, and they just let us have the one extra for free. The burger bun was a bit dry, but bread in Italia is nit the greatest in general. Otherwise, it was quite tasty. I had some loaded nachos and it was really nice that they came with guacamole and salsa as well, besides the cheese and fried bacon. They have a little terrace where you can sit and eat. Very fun experience!
Really good burgers made only with fresh and local ingredients, plenty of beers to choose too.
Very nice staff, but disappointing burger
In my opinion the burger was not good. The meat tasted raw, the bbq sauce was alright and the bread looks good but taste like ordinary white bread. Furthermore my big potion of fries I just got a little bit of mayonnaise after asking and not really salted. In summary for the quite heavy price I wouldn’t recommend it
