The atmosphere is very good. It’s very cozy. I love the BGM and the color of the light. Matcha ice cream and Houjicha ice cream were amazing! Matcha ice cream was not too sweet but not bitter. One of the best Matcha ice cream I’ve ever had. The staff member is kind.

Holy WOW. Talk about decadence! The lavender ice cream is just superb - a perfect blend of lavender and sugar. Truly some of the best lavender ice cream I've had in the Bay Area. The Thai Tea ice cream was also tasty, though it may have been just a tad sweeter than it needed to be. The chocolate egg waffle I paired with my ice cream was light and cooked to near perfection, and I loved the chocolate chips that were mixed in with the batter. The employees were also very kind and patient with me, as I had hard time deciding just what amazing flavors I wanted more of! This shoppe is right outside UC Berkeley so if you're there for a game, a conference, or have a class, I definitely would hit it up afterwards.

Delicious waffles! I got pistachio and rose toppings and the dried rose was a bit much, it was difficult to eat with the dried flakes falling off. But it was delicious, the waffle was warm and the ice cream was quality. I had a tea and it was also good quality. But considering there are so many boba and tea places in the area, I’d probably get a drink somewhere else and stick to the waffles as their specialty.

Ice cream is nice and creamy. I especially enjoy the strawberry and matcha flavors. If you get the Ice Cream Combo ($7 to $8), it comes with 2 complimentary toppings and a crispy bubble egg waffle, which you can eat by bending each bubble off.

A very cute spot with a minimalist design but not much seating. I had original waffle with strawberry ice cream, whipped cream, and rose petals. It was almost too pretty to eat but tasted lovely. The woman who helped us provided witty banter.

I really liked the ice cream but I think their eggettes could be crispier it's more on the cakier side.

The quality of the ice cream itself and the selection of flavors could be improved, but the overall experience is very good, as is the keystone product -- the egg waffles :)

It’s okay. I came here last night with my family and thought this place was larger. I don’t think the photos live up to the taste unfortunately.

I would give 3.8* for the food and 1* for any business that does not post it's correct hours on Google Map. This is low tech to fix. Use your "SMART" phone for something worthwhile....

Delicious but surely it’s not so difficult to update hours on Google or on their own website. They’re closed until mid January.

Delicious but amazingly slow

Great for pictures but the Ice cream is meh (whyyyyy). Waffle cones (especially the ones filled with chocolate) are pretty lit!

Used to live here before covid and really liked it. Had it regularly for dessert. Recently came back and it’s so… mediocre. Waffle no longer crispy, combo with the ice cream was so … meh. I don’t think I’ll ever have this again.

tl;dr: mediocre and expensive eggettes When I went, I only got the matcha egg waffles (not the egg waffle- crepe). I saw the worker -freshly-make- the waffles and hand it to me. Service wasn't bad or anything, but the waffle just wasn't good. It was flimsy (not crunchy - almost to a soggy point), the taste was very mediocre and all around it was just lackluster. It was also pretty pricey for egg waffles. :ll

Great ice cream but hours are very unreliable which is frustrating and difficult

We came here in a bit of a rush with around only 15 minute to grab ice cream and go. Upon arrival everything was fine not many seats but overall place was really nice and pretty on the glass that looked into the ice cream flavors. There were labels of what ice cream they had. Labels like chocolate and coffee were on the glass, but they did not have them. Workers were not that nice when we asked how long it would take for ice creams to be out they had said 20 minutes to get ice cream out because they make the waffle cone on the spot. We were told us after we had paid an ordered and one of the main workers who could’ve been the manager, or something was very snappy, had an attitude, and overall did not feel welcoming. , or some thing was very snappy had an attitude and overall did not feel welcoming when my friend got her waffle it was broken up and crashed into a bag and doughy in the center. If you like flavors like Matcha, lychee or Thai tea then this is a good place but original flavors are not here. Don’t recommend

I got the Combo for $13, the ice cream was placed in the piping hot waffle immediately off the grill so i ended up with a cup of melted ice cream + soggy waffle in less than a minute. Waste of money and tastes disgusting, whole thing is lukewarm, melted and soggy.
