It’s usually pretty busy in here. I’ve been here a few times (including boba day where they had a bogo deal) and they’re pretty fast so I’ve never really had any wait time issues. Their boba is consistently chewy and I find that they actually read the “less ice” detail I add to the my orders. Today I saw the lady sift out the ice before sealing my drink since I asked for 50% ice I also like that they have an honest review policy and they respond genuinely to most reviews on Google maps and try to make things right. Decor is simple, not necessarily a place I’d study at but I’m really only here to get boba quickly

My experience at Sharetea in Berkeley was nothing short of phenomenal, particularly due to their creative collaboration with ATEEZ fans for a cupsleeve event. As an ardent fan of the K-pop group, I was thrilled to attend a gathering that celebrated their music and brought fans together. Sharetea went the extra mile by infusing the cafe with K-pop-themed decorations, playing ATEEZ's hits, and offering exclusive merchandise. The ambiance was electric; you could feel the excitement and camaraderie among fans. The cupsleeve event was like a mini-festival, complete with photo opportunities and social interactions that made it a memorable day. What impressed me the most was how seamlessly Sharetea managed to balance the bustling event with their usual level of quality service and professionalism. Despite the crowd, the staff remained attentive and patient, ensuring that everyone felt welcome and well-served. The drinks were consistently delicious, showcasing the quality that Sharetea is known for. Their bubbly enthusiasm and warm interactions added a personal touch, making each person feel like a valued guest, whether they were there for the event or just to grab a quick drink. It's this elevated level of service that distinguishes Sharetea from other establishments. In addition, the logistical execution of the events was impeccable. Sharetea seamlessly integrated the ATEEZ-themed activities without disrupting the regular flow of business. This coordination not only kept the fans happy but also ensured that the other customers were not inconvenienced. They managed to create an inclusive environment where everyone could enjoy their time without feeling overwhelmed. Overall, Sharetea's ability to host such a specialized event while maintaining their high standards of service speaks volumes about their dedication and versatility. This experience solidified my admiration for Sharetea, making it my go-to spot in Berkeley.

Senara, Jocelyn, Marisol were awesome! Had my drink out within a minute and were super nice and helpful. I got the Taro milk tea and some soy nuggets that were delicious. Great place to come relax, hangout and enjoy a snack and a drink.

The order was like 20% off due to a snackpass deal which is baller. They also didn’t take as long as I thought, considering that they were super busy. The drink just tasted like generic mango green tea with boba, so I have no complaints. Also, the staff was very nice. :)

You’ve got milk teas, fruit teas, smoothies, and all kinds of toppings to mix and match. It’s like building your own little drink masterpiece every time! I’m absolutely obsessed with their Mango & Passion Fruit Tea. It’s this perfect blend of sweet mango and that tangy, tropical passion fruit kick, with a green tea base that keeps it super refreshing. I got it with boba last time, and those chewy pearls were just the right touch—sipping it felt like a mini vacation in a cup. Plus, you can tweak the sweetness and ice levels, which I love because I’m picky about getting it just right (half sweet, less ice for me, please!). What really makes Sharetea special, though, is that they’ve got snacks and even bento box options, so it’s not just about the drinks. I grabbed a bento box with some crispy chicken bites and rice, and it was such a solid little meal—nothing fancy, but super satisfying and perfect for munching while I caught up with a friend. The snacks are great too; I’ve tried their fried mochi before, and it’s this chewy, golden treat that’s dangerously addictive.

This is my go-to boba shop at Berkeley! Out of all the shops I've been to, the quality here has been the most consistent. Always has a quick service, tea is perfectly balanced, and boba is the perfect sweet treat to celebrate the end of another week :)

When I bought drinks and food from sharetea, they had amazing boba with great drinks. I really like the milk teas that they have aswell as their ice blended drinks. I also really like their chicken, combined with the soy garlic sauce.

The QQ Happy Family milk tea is a new favorite of mine, as all of their toppings are fresh and delicious. One star off solely because the service hasn't always been great. The employees do a wonderful job and have never gotten my order wrong, but they're typically neither friendly nor attentive. There are some board games at one of the counters, and it can be fun to sit here with friends, but generally it's best to get your tea and get out because the small area gets incredibly overcrowded when busy. They tend to always have deals on Snackpass, so definitely use your app for that!

Ordered hot ginger milk tea but it was not hot at all. Just about room temperature. We asked the staff to make it hot and they said there are not equipped to make it more hotter. I suggest to remove the hot option or rename it to warm

Brown sugar boba was not too nice. Too sweet and creamy. Not the typical brown sugar boba you expected. But the staffs were nice.

I ordered a strawberry ice blended drink with no ice cream. As I was waiting, I watched one of the female workers take an old, melted, strawberry ice blended drink with melted ice cream in it, rip the lid open, and put it into a cup with my name on it. She then handed me the drink which was completely melted and had ice cream floating around in it. I asked if the drink had come in contact with dairy, which she said it did. She remade the drink, but if I didn’t ask, she would have given me someone else’s old, melted drink.

Be warned, the MATCHA 🍵 is really chalky and bad tasting, bitter here. It doesn’t taste like a high quality source, not smooth. 1 clue to low quality Matcha on their kiosk menu, is that it says for the matcha, it’s NOT Recommend get the ‘no sugar’ version. Higher quality matcha always tastes good without sugar. It may not be overly sweet, and more neutral in palate, but it doesn’t need sugar to mask a chalky bitter taste. Fortunately in the bay we have a lot of high quality matcha options for about the same price, so best go somewhere else for your Matcha!

It doesn’t taste like a high quality source, not smooth. 1 clue to low quality Matcha on their kiosk menu, is that it says for the matcha, it’s NOT Recommend get the ‘no sugar’ version. Higher quality matcha always tastes good without sugar. It may not be overly sweet, and more neutral in palate, but it doesn’t need sugar to mask a chalky bitter taste. Fortunately in the bay we have a lot of high quality matcha options for about the same price, so best go somewhere else for your Matcha!
