An anonymous and decidedly uninspiring location, a makeshift counter, just like the staff, and very mediocre products. I wonder how Esselunga selects staff or outsources management. Management is completely different from Bernardo Caprotti's, a reflection of the times. Definitely not recommended!

The QR code on the menu hasn't worked for months. The staff provides more or less complete directions verbally. They served me a potato and octopus salad straight from the freezer after more than a 20-minute wait.

I had to wait 15 minutes to buy a bottle of water because the waitress first cleaned the juicer, then put away other dishes, and then finally sold me the bottle... I thought the customer had priority over other errands. I hope and pray that this was just a one-off. So, a 0 for service, or rather, poor service.

Reading the other reviews I'm not the only one who notices that the barmaids should change jobs I would recommend herding goats... Asking for water glasses in hand he fills and goes around you glasses that the water falls.... Class is not for you.... Never a smile snobbish and the desire to work and jumps on me... Never again

I often stop by for a coffee at the counter. Every time I promise myself I won't return, I end up falling back, more for convenience than anything else. Coffee should be a pleasure, but here it chokes. The girls at the counter don't even bother to say hello, they serve you coffee in a hasty manner, and if they're doing something else, they don't even pay attention to you. And if there are more than three people at the counter, all hell breaks loose. One of the girls starts snorting and making loud comments. I'd suggest a course in manners. The Atlantic bar in Quaregna has a completely different vibe...

I wanted to order a Milanese sandwich, but they were out of ciabatta, so I opted for focaccia, and they refused because they counted them. They offered me fast-food bread. I asked for cheese and mayo. It arrived with cold bread, and the Milanese was cold, but without cheese. The wait was very long, even though there weren't many people.

One star for rudeness, with a gesture I didn't like at all. The person at the cashier was very kind, gave me a receipt, and then I went for my coffee.
