I had a wonderful experience at Sweetgreen. The server Charles was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The service was top-notch, and it made my shopping experience that much more enjoyable. I highly recommend this shop if you're looking for great service and a positive atmosphere!

I don't understand all the negative reviews. I think this place is great! The food is super fresh. I usually get the make your own bowl and pick what I want. The staff has always been very kind and helpful. And I always have leftovers. My only complaint is that the dressings are kind of sour. I'd prefer a sweeter choice.

The food is pretty good but it was quite overpriced and I was charged extra for some ingredients I was not made aware of. I had lemonade also which tasted like sour water. Also, it was basically the outdoor temperature inside in November. But I must admit my maple glazed brussel sprouts were very good.

I order from here a decent amount and it’s really been declining—stuff not fresh, things looking like they got chopped up 2 days ago, etc. Today my “fish taco” arrived sans fish. I think that’s the final straw for me. I got a refund, but come on. Once upon a time Sweetgreen was GOOD!

Bad portions. It looks absolutely nothing like the picture. It tastes good, but my salad was supposed to have roasted sweet potatoes. I think I spotted about 5-6 pieces of shaved thin sweet potatoes. There's a small amount of chickpeas, maybe a quarter cup. The broccoli and almonds got a bit lost too. There's a good chunk of carrots and greens. The greens swallow up the rest of the vegetables. I'm gonna call this a scam.

ordered online and it say on the receipt the food would be ready at 6pm. I showed up at 6:15pm to give them some time. When i got there, there was no bags in the takeout section. I decided to wait 10 more minutes thinking they just hadn't gotten to my order yet. I waited and the food wasn't ready yet, so i asked one of the workers and he said to wait a few more minutes for the takeout food to be ready. I sat down and waited... for another 30 minutes before i went up again and asked where the food was. The worker had no idea and couldnt find my order anywhere so they called the manager and finally found the order on the computer or receipt. they said they must have missed it and made the food. i probably got my food around 710 or so, which was over an hour after it was suppose to be ready. the food itself was okay but it is crazy how poorly run this place is. I should have listened to the other reviews but wanted to see for myself. Stay away!

The other (unfortunately negative) reviews were my experience as well: small portion, unhelpful customer service. They were also out of half of the ingredients in my Fish Taco bowl at 7pm. The staff didn't even seem to be putting out the pickup orders in the grab-and-go cabinet, so had to wait in line to ask someone if it was ready (had already gotten an email that it was). They only had a single person working the line (at prime dinner time!) so this took several mins, all while my warm bowl was getting cold. Unfortunately, this type of service has really been par for the course in my Downtown Brooklyn franchise dining experiences (looking at you, both Chipotles) - so it is nice to read in another review that other locations are not like this. May have to try sg again elsewhere. Meanwhile, if you must get a salad in downtown BK, head to Cava up the street, much better all around!

I love other Sweet Green locations, but I’ve tried the food at this location twice and it’s terrible! The meat is dry like it’s been over cooked and there for hours if not days…gross. Other ingredients seem ok but the flavor of the whole salad just isn’t as good as I’ve previously experienced. I literally brag about other locations. This makes me sad since this one is closest to my job, but nope, not getting anymore of my money!

Almost $22 for a Caesar Salad and a small bottle of Green Tea in Brooklyn. Not even a full bowl and the chicken is measured with a scoop. 1/3rd empty. Flavor was good but occasional grit. I would have given two stars but the grit took that away. Staff was polite and friendly but I confused them when I asked for a Cesar Salad since the only Caesar on the menu was a Kale Cesar. This is Brooklyn. Price accordingly.

This got to be the worst healthy restaurant in the Brooklyn. I cannot understand how a salad restaurant could miss a major item in the salad! Have they ever heard of “salad protein” which was in my case Chicken. I ordered chicken pesto salad without chicken ironically 🤷🏻‍♂️ or maybe whoever made the salad was a bit hungry and eat it 😂

Literally super under portioned like everyone says. I ordered a salad online. The bowl was LESS THAN half full. In the picture I haven’t even taken a bite of my salad I just mixed the dressing in. It came that low. What is wrong with this place??

Do not order from this location! (until they get the portions issue sorted out) Portions are consistently scandalously small, literally half of what you get at other Sweetgreen locations. I ordered on Doordash and am surprised that after so many negative reviews spanning back to 2022 pinpointing this issue for this location on both Google and Doordash, the problem persists. Never had this issue at any other Sweetgreen location.

All of the negative reviews are right. Worst customer service of all the sweetgreens.They need to fire everyone there and hire completely new staff or just shut down this location altogether. It’s staffed with a bunch of miserable people. I stood in line for 10mins before someone acknowledged me to tell me his coworker would be helping me. Said coworker continued to handle to-go orders and told the other staff they had customers to deal with.After another 10mins, the original guy that informed me someone else would be taking my order was clearly bothered that he had to prepare the order. As he’s asking me what I want he’s not paying attention but is having a full blown conversation with the staff preparing the veggies in the back. He skimped on every item and doused my salad with salad dressing as he didn’t care to ask how much I wanted. As hurried to wrap up my order, I asked if he could mix and he barely did that. I surely won’t be going back to that location ever again

highly questionable food safety practices here— i had a salad where with each bite i’d ingest a few crumbs of dirt and today i’ve gotten the yellowest kale i’ve ever seen with questionable black and white fuzzy spots on the leaves (mold?). as if eating a salad weren’t punishment enough. ironically if you care about your health don’t order from this location.

I went in today at 9:53 PM, expecting the restaurant to be open until its posted closing time of 10 PM (per Google). Instead, the staff informed me that they had “chosen to close early today.” After a long day at work and feeling really hungry, this was the last thing I wanted to hear. If the closing time is 10 PM, it would be great if that could be honored or updated accurately.

This place is actually awful. If you order anything online 9 times out of 10 it will be missing several ingredients (e.g., no chicken for a chicken salad). It’s clear the staff doesn’t read the instructions of the orders, the management is not engaging in any quality assurance of order and the c-suite is 100% asleep at the wheel. The number of times I’ve paid for ingredients that I’ve not gotten or a completely wrong order is pretty horrendous at this point. Clearly from the 2.4 star reviews I’m not the only person that find this place to be engaging in borderline theft. Knowingly leaving ingridents out that a customer has paid for is a pretty crappy thing to do, especially for a 35$ salad.

There has been bugs in my food multiple times eating here. I’m mad at myself for giving it a second chance, but this is the second order in a row where this has happened. I used to love this place, but I won’t be eating here again. I’m so disgusted

I've been here regularly cause it's near the office and is convenient and until today it was tolerable. My order is Harvest Bowl w/out the kale, so I want all the ingredients minus the greens and I want it mixed up with sauce. The guy behind the counter made a choice to apparently change my order to a plate without informing me and then refused to mix it up with dressing. When I pointed out that I ordered the bowl he said that's only with greens and once I asked for no greens he said it became a plate and they can't mix that. I told him I did not order a plate. He said it becomes a plate and that the sauce will get everywhere anyway. That's not the point. I want my ingredients mixed up. At this point I need to head back to the office so I just ask for my food. He closes the bowl, rings me up and walks away. I had to ask for someone else to hand me my food as it was still behind the register. Andhe didn't close the bowl properly, so it's all partially fallen out. Never again. Go to Quality Greens!

I’m convinced that the people who work here obviously do not eat here.. to pay the prices that we are charged for food, they sure give you a little bit. I asked the girl to make my salad like she makes hers and her response was “well I don’t like a lot of lettuce and you won’t be happy” then proceeded to make my salad the way she would like hers. The food is good but the portions are horrible. I gave one star because of the customer service. They moved very slow on this day I came in. Honestly, the first time I tried their food I went and got a second salad.. so that’s twice in on day.. so it was my third time getting their food and I really need to think twice now. I can save $4 by going to yummy taco and getting a salad in a taco shell…. On the same street just a few blocks up.. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Oh well. I rest my case!

I will never be back at this location because they only fill their bowls 1/3 of the way. For $15, I had almost no protein and barely any of the other ingredients that should have been in the salad. When asking the cashier why the portion was so small, she responded that it is standard portion sizes, which as someone who has gotten sweetgreen at other locations knows, is simply false. I feel cheated and like I got a simple side salad instead of a meal. Avoid this location please and save your money.

He said it becomes a plate and that the sauce will get everywhere anyway. That's not the point. I want my ingredients mixed up. At this point I need to head back to the office so I just ask for my food. He closes the bowl, rings me up and walks away. I had to ask for someone else to hand me my food as it was still behind the register. Andhe didn't close the bowl properly, so it's all partially fallen out. Never again. Go to Quality Greens!

I’m convinced that the people who work here obviously do not eat here.. to pay the prices that we are charged for food, they sure give you a little bit. I asked the girl to make my salad like she makes hers and her response was “well I don’t like a lot of lettuce and you won’t be happy” then proceeded to make my salad the way she would like hers. The food is good but the portions are horrible. I gave one star because of the customer service. They moved very slow on this day I came in. Honestly, the first time I tried their food I went and got a second salad.. so that’s twice in on day.. so it was my third time getting their food and I really need to think twice now. I can save $4 by going to yummy taco and getting a salad in a taco shell…. On the same street just a few blocks up.. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Oh well. I rest my case!

such an unfair representation of sweetgreen. The portions are incredibly smaller than average and if you point it out they charge you. i have been a customer of sweetgreen for over a year and know how my bowls look like, definitely not like that half empty😂 Never coming back to this location lol

I will never be back at this location because they only fill their bowls 1/3 of the way. For $15, I had almost no protein and barely any of the other ingredients that should have been in the salad. When asking the cashier why the portion was so small, she responded that it is standard portion sizes, which as someone who has gotten sweetgreen at other locations knows, is simply false. I feel cheated and like I got a simple side salad instead of a meal. Avoid this location please and save your money.

This got to be the worst healthy restaurant in the Brooklyn. I cannot understand how a salad restaurant could miss a major item in the salad! Have they ever heard of “salad protein” which was in my case Chicken. I ordered chicken pesto salad without chicken ironically 🤷🏻‍♂️ or maybe whoever made the salad was a bit hungry and eat it 😂
