Hoy , he estado en este bar, donde siempre voy a tomar algo con amigas y amigos y hoy he ido con dos amigos de nacionalidad marroquíes,, y el chico no le ha dejado entrar,,,, yo he entrado primero y me han llamado para preguntar que si están conmigo,,, es flipante q por ser de una nacionalidad no te permitan entrar,,, yo soy latino y a muy orgulloso,,, pero creo q deben cambiar el personal,, no todos somos iguales,,,,

Soy MARROQUÍ muy orgulloso de dónde soy,,, y siempre voy a bailar aquí con mis amigos y amigas y hoy el portero no me ha dejado entrar,,, ha tenido q llamar a mi amigo latino (YILDER) para preguntar q si está conmigo,,, nosotros somos personas igual que el ,, y solo he ido a vosotras su sitio donde trabaja, ,,, como a muchas tiendas o restaurante, ,,, no es mi culpa que un chico trabajé donde no tiene capacidad de entender q somos iguales,,,,,,, y no es mi culpa nacer donde esta lo mejor de el mundo que es mi familia ..., ❤️❤️❤️❤️ soy amazigh y mucho orgullo de ser dónde soy,,,,, VOSOTROS PODÉIS 🫴 VENIR A MI PAÍS CUANDO QUERRÍAS ⵥⵥⵥⵥ

I got pickpocketed here last night - somebody stole my wallet and phone. The staff were not at all helpful when this happened. I really would have appreciated their support, for example checking CCTV or calling the police. An update: After I posted my initial review, I contacted them to take them up on their offer of support. We had a call where I explained I believed my drink had been been spiked as I had no memories of several hours of the evening despite only having 2-3 drinks and eating before going out. They got me to text them details of the incident so they could check the CCTV and promised to get back to me. They never did. I spent weeks chasing them for an answer - total disregard for the trauma I experienced. When they eventually responded to my message they simply said they had not seen anything on the video and also told me the police had not followed up with them, which they promised to do when I reported the crime. They were uninterested in my suggestions of placing signage to warn of the dangers of spiking or robbery - they do not care about the safety of female customers. I only consider myself lucky I was not raped that night and only had to suffer the expense and inconvenience of robbery plus the hangover of whatever horrible drug I was spiked with. In summary: be VERY careful if you are out in Casco Viejo, Bilbao and especially in a dive bar like this - spikings happen and neither the establishment nor the police will be of any assistance. Callous disregard and victim-blaming. I cannot even begin to describe how traumatic this event was for me - I am now anxious, agoraphobic and no longer go out at night. I have lived and travelled all over the world, 55 countries now, and sadly the only place I have been robbed is Spain, where I have lived for many years - Barcelona, Madrid and now Bilbao :(
