Located in Binghamton, 2nd Heaven offers a welcoming dining experience with options for dine-in, takeout, and delivery. We are proud to be a Black-owned business. We strive to provide excellent service and a comfortable environment for all our guests. Enjoy our diverse menu and be sure to explore our great tea selection. We are committed to accessibility, featuring a wheelchair accessible entrance, parking lot, and restroom. For your convenience, we accept credit cards, debit cards, and NFC mobile payments. We are open Monday through Friday from 11 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 2 PM to 8 PM. Our current rating is 4.9/5 stars based on 21 reviews.

The best bbt I’ve had. You can tell the amount of effort, detail, and burstful flavors which lightens up my day with every sip I take.
Tried the Thai iced tea and was more than happy with the consistency. The service was quick even with a decent line. Overall satisfied!
Service is incredible, staff is always friendly, prices are reasonable and the boba is bussin every time. Would rate 6 stars if possible

Best bubble tea in Binghamton!! Don't be scared that its an on-campus location, 2nd Heaven is the best in the area since they use actual tea, milk, and juices to make their drinks --- NOT powders! Service is super quick. One thing to note, they cook the tapioca in batches and so if the current batch runs out before the next one is done, you might have to wait up to an hour if you want tapioca (bubbles). Seems less of an issue recently, though!
I personally have to say this bubble tea is amazing. The owner works very hard for his business. He is very thorough perfecting each cup of tea he creates. Great service, very polite, and I recommend this to anyone. Thank you, 2nd Heaven!
