Went to lunch for my birthday on a Sunday. The food here was awesome. I can't wait to return to Memphis again to enjoy this wonderful soul food. I really enjoyed the fried catfish and sweet tea.

Let me tell y'all about the catfish nuggets and the okra. Baybee...it's somebody uncle back there frying these bad boys. I have also had the wings and the waffles, it was good as well. The BBQ riblets are SLAP THE COOK GOOD!

Super cool staff, the food is amazing, clean clean establishment. Hands down best Phillies around. Shoe string fries is it! They not stingy with food, always full on top of full.

Don’t let the parking-lot entrance and behind-the-mens-club location deter you from coming here for a meal. Enormous portions, very tasty and fresh ingredients, combined with delightful service. We were hesitant at first and happy we went for it!

Excellent Service. Phenomenal Food. Safe Environment. Great for first dates and friendly gatherings. The patio is amazing most of the year, even in the winter (when temps are not figid). There is also an event center for rental purposes. Love the Steaks and the Shrimp and Grits.

The food was amazing… this is the best shrimp and grits I’ve had in Birmingham. It’s reasonable too unless your ordering a drink. I asked for a apple crown and cranberry which was only ten dollars, which I thought was a deal until she gave me a Mouthwash sized cup and it still had ice??? I wish I was exaggerating… I didn’t even want to stay after that… I would only recommend for takeout.

The bartender on the bar side was TRASH! Absolute! It was my first time seeing her there but she is the reason for the review. I sat at the bar for 15 minutes before she said a word. Slow moving and totally disinterested. 🤢 If the bar on the club side wasn't open I would have left after that first drink. Customer service is not really a thing in black owned businesses! They don't act like they are happy you are there...they act as if we are supposed/have to be there. Sick of it and would rather not spend my money there. unfortunately you're going to get the same service at every strip club on the west side. A good bartender (no matter her physical appearance) will have you digging in your pocket all night because they set the tone.. A bad one will send your customers home.
