Love their honey mustard wings
The first restaurant in Bham to get garlic pepper wings right- not fried too hard and seasoned well. The whole wings were good as well
Great food everytime. Love the dessert the red velvet cake and the cheesecake.
The drive-through was busy but the young man taking orders at each car was friendly and efficient. The time in line was not excessive and worth the wait. There is a walk-up window as well but the orders are still in the queue. The variety of items is impressive for a take-away only business. We had fried green tomatoes and baked beans and both were very good. We will try others sides in future visits, and there will be more visits. It doesn't look like much on the outside but the food is the star.
I had a catfish dinner with baked beans and okra. It was good but the line was long so the wait was longer than I expected.
The wait was long but I expected it. The did was gif but my order was wrong. 😅
I ordered the wings and chicken Philly. The wings were good per usual but the sandwich was burnt 🥺 I want to return it but I know that I should have checked before I drive off. They are usually nice and fast. This might be a one time thing or just a place to only order wings.
I will pay whatever for good quality food with no complaints. But this grilled shrimp salad was $15.99 plus tax and I added things to it like mushrooms and eggs! Ok this was the most pitiful salad I have ever had I could still see the bottom of the container that it was in. It barely had lettuce in it and they left so much juice from the mushrooms it was soooo soggy I have 2 small tomatoes. I was really disappointed the shrimp were good so I guess I just paid for the 6 grilled shrimp. I spent $49 and some change in all and it wasn’t worth it all the other food had issues too but this salad took the cake. Smh
Food was good But ,I didn't know the whiting filet fish had small bones! Most fish 🐟 filets don't. They should let customers know if ordering for your children .
Ordered a chicken salad and I literally can see the bottom of the Styrofoam tray through my salad. I'm just gonna assume they was running low on lettuce bc this is sad then to charge $10 for this? I doubt I'll be eating here again ain't nobody got money to be wasting on chicken salads that look like mine did today. Sure hope there's some improvements made when it comes to the portions y'all are giving customers.
My son eats wings every Friday. On tonight, I ordered a salad. I drove 30 minutes to my house and my food was incorrect. I called and was told to bring it back in which I did because I wanted my food. Went back 30 minutes, got my food and asked for a lemonade for my troubles and he told me NO! You were an inconvenience to me and a waste of my gas you’ll never get my money again!!!
After a year, the food still horrible… Wings just aren’t good. I wish I would of read the new reviews before wasting my time.
DO NOT EAT AT THIS WING SPOT THE FOOD WAS OVER COOKED HARD TILL IT JUST CRUMBLED THEY DID NOT WANNA DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT .IT WAS HORRIBLE SERVICE AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO !!!!!!
They messed up my order so I called them the same day and was told to come back the next day to replace my order. The next day Carlos wanted to tell me what I ordered when I didn’t sounds like he don’t understand English. Then he told me I will only get the chicken. I stated you guys messed up my order not me. So, he did replace my order but with a nasty attitude. I attempted to talk to him afterwards but he closed the window in my face. Now, I could have acted ignorant and went off but I didn’t. I called them after I drove off and spoke with Carlos. I explained I did not appreciate his attitude because he got my order wrong. I told him I could have matched his energy but I didn’t. There was no need for me to act ignorant but I will NEVER spend my money there ever again. I can go other places and receive great customer service but I will not be mistreated and spend money!
They gave me yesterday wings and I can tell they was the other day wings because the chicken bones was black fresh wings don't look like that
My Philly cheese steak was awfully greasy and BURNT. After sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes I was asked to pull to a parking spot in a parking lot full of potholes. Let's not mention the guy walking to cars taking orders so the kitchen can get started on your order... what is the whole point of that just to get to the window sit there 5 more minutes and then some rude Hispanic lady at the window ask me to move to a parking spot. I refused. I should have knew something was not right when I saw a sign in the window that says they charge extra if you ask for no ice in your drink. 😩 My Mr pibb taste like syrup and water.
I ordered a 15pc combo and was given a kids portion of fries. I also ordered a tilapia dinner, with okra and salad and my salad was underneath the hot fish. I paid too much for this to be a complaint. Do better!!
I had the salad, barely any lettuce. Overall, the salad tasted old I don’t recommend the salad
We order about $400 worth of food from this place every month and the last time 5 of my employees got sick and the food tasted like it was made 2 hours ago in old oil. I called to see if they could do anything about this and they said NO. $400 seems like a lot of money to waste on food and poor service. We will take out $400 elsewhere.
I visited this location on 5/23/24! I ordered a 6pc whole wing with cajun rf, 10pc hot lp cajun rf, and a cheese burger combo with cajun rf as well! Everything was old my chicken wings were black in the inside and smelled like old grease. One of the meals didn't even have cajun ranch fries as ordered! The wait was over 30mins! I couldn't return because of health reasons. No one would answer the phone for me to complain!!! Food went in trash I spent a little over $39 I'm pissed!!!! This location needs to be closed immediately!!! If I could give 0 stars I would.
Food was terrible. Bought the fish and wing combo. Everything was cold. Cole slaw was so nasty. Parking lot was like a mine field with all the potholes. Guy at the window was nice though. Just a waste of money.
I’ve given them a few different chances and they’ve disappointed each time. The very first time I tried them it was perfect but that was the one and only time. This time I waited in a slow line for soooo long and my cajun ranch fries were cold and my chicken was hot but soft/mushy like. 3/10. Do not recommend. Then I called several times and no one answered.
