Best salad bar and pizza in town. Lots of room, incredibly clean, bar is always clean and immediately refilled, 1 pm is high school lunch so becomes very busy, they are gone in an hour. Excellent delivery also, food hot and salads cold.

Good Pizza, good Lasagne. Kids are happy. It's a order at the bar type of place and they bring the food out to your table. Arcade games are a winner with our kids. Not expensive. We will come here again.

Pizza was of high quality and fresh ingredients. We had quite a big group and the girl helping us was calm and patient when explaining menu and what ingredients we can put on our customized calzone. Would definitely come back here next time we come camping to Bishop!

Very good service on the phone, the man who took my order was polite and had good customer service. I arrived and the man at the register was very kind as well. My order was perfect and very good. I would also like to add the fact that this place is very clean, their employees actually take the time to clean the bathrooms, which is very important for a restaurant.

Stopped her on our way home from Lake Tahoe. Pizza was surprisingly good, crispy crust, lots soft toppings and cheese. Friendly employees, and our son had fun in the arcade also.

This place is over the top! We're from Las Vegas, and needless to say their are tons of pizza places here, and I've had quite a few of them. However, I can easily declare that the Pizza Factory has the best pizza in Las Vegas, oh and probably in Bishop too. Can't wait to come back and visit not only family and friends, but go to the Pizza Factory. Excellent pizza, excellent service!

The pizza is so good. The crust is perfectly crispy on the base, and they are very generous with their toppings! The ranch they gave us was bomb too and took the pizza experience to the next level. I always recommend this place!

The Pizza Factory has been in Bishop for almost as long as I can remember. The Pizza is great. They are going to make it for you right there so start with some bread sticks or a salad while you wait for your pizza. It will be served at your table right out of the oven piping hot with that perfect crispy crust. Or you can take it away or of course get it delivered. They get the pizza right as far as I am concerned.

Great basic salad bar, fresh and clean, nice selection of salad toppings. The pizza is good, just had hawaiian and it has a delicious crust with a crispy edge but not too crispy on the rest of it. Glad we stopped here on our way through town!

Been here/ordered delivery many times, but this my first review. The food is always excellent. We had our son's fourth birthday party scheduled at a different establishment in town (during mule days!) But they unfortunately flooded the night prior. With no reservations (again, during the busiest weekend in town) we showed up to pizza factory 15 minutes prior to our son's scheduled party and spoke to management to see if there was ANYTHING they could do for us. They opened up the front room and for it set up in minutes. We made a huge order of pizza and it was ready sooner than anyone could expect. The kiddos and adults had a blast in our own private dining area and in the shared arcade. It was a great time and truly a day saver. We went from pure panick mode to hosting a blast for everyone involved. Thanks again for the exceptional service and just pure understanding of the situation we were in. These guys saved the day and they really didn't have to

First time coming back from. Another snowboarding day in Mammoth. Sweet waitress that took my order was extremely welcoming and helpful. I had the Calzone which I had custom. Dough was great 10/10. Flavor 8/10 . Could have had more seasonings such as garlic, basil and maybe anchovybin the sauce. Portion size. I got the large was was great as I am Italian and eat a lot especially after snowboarding. Casual relaxed environment. They had a salad bar which looked like any other but I did not have.

The pizza was very good. There was not a lot of sauce to overpower the flavor of the toppings. Just enough cheese to hold all the topping on and get a bite of cheese each bite. Crust had crunch, but soft enough that I could eat it. It was a Tuesday around 1 when there. There was no one else there. But being a small town, it did not surprise me. When our job starts up there, I think this is my go-to place

I ate here on a Monday evening. Girl at counter was very friendly and took my order quickly. I got a salad bar, small pizza and a drink. It was failry busy. The salad bar was very fresh and had quit a few topping. I didnt see ranch dressing, so went with blue cheese. Then while walking to my table, I saw they have a huge jug of Ranch dressing on ice, I suppose for whatever you want it on (salad, puzza, etc). No extra charge! Pepsi products to drink. My pizza came out quickly and was deliscious. I order just peperroni, but there was a ton on it. More than what some places consider double pepperoni. Crust was crispy on edges, soft in middle. Perfect amount of cheese and sauce. I would def go back and recommend it.

We stopped after 9 hrs on the road, always awesome pizza. Fresh tasty toppings, we like the combination and the gluten free option. The boys loved it, and they allowed us to bring in our dog. The salads are very good as well. I had the Greek, and my wife had the Garden Salad. My wife and I typically eat at the Pizza Factory after long hikes, but this stop was on our way back from Christmas spent in Idaho

I love this place. This our go to stop on our way back from Mammoth Mountain to LA. Their slogan is “we toss ‘em they’re awesome” and their pizza is just that.

The staff there is amazing! Made a suggestion for a lunch special and it was perfect! We had calzones and salad. Everything was really good! They made sure we had what we needed for our hotel room. They have a really good salad bar too!

Great salad bar and pizza. Perfect place to stop with the whole family for a quick lunch or dinner after skiing in Mammoth. The salad bar can’t be beat. Very family friendly with arcade games in one section of the building. Ask to buy a pitcher of soda for $12 vs individual sodas if you have a big group.

First time going over a year ago and it was delicious. I was really excited to find a new pizza place. The 2nd time was the worst food I'd had in a long time. We didnt go again for at least another year and this time was so good. Exactly what I was looking for and the salad bar was a true gem. Nobody else has a salad bar and all the ingredients were fresh. Very glad we went and tried again.

It's the best pizza around! Pizza Factory is always our favorite experience when we visit the eastern Sierras. Always fresh with beer taps and a salad bar. Did I mention beer taps? They even have an arcade for the kiddies -- or the big kids. Don't high-tail it through town. Stop in for a pie and sit a spell, taki g in the slower vibe of this favorite spot.

Great pizza and salad. I had cauliflour crust, small veggie pizza - see pics. Delicious. Small salad was huge. Ate half of each and will eat the rest for dinner. Soda fountain so serve yourself refills! Pricey with crust upcharge, but so is everything along Hwy 395. Back to the PCT in the morning!!

Honestly, the pizza isn't the "best", but the staff is always friendly, service is good, the place is clean and easy to get to. A very nice family place, and they are very supportive of the community. Sandwiches are good and sizable!

Went to the Pizza Factory in Bishop, food was solid and we received our pizzas within 15-20 minutes. The atmosphere is pleasant and they have a mini-arcade attached for the kids. Only reason they don't get 5-stars....they are a little pricey.

Omg the best pizza in Bishop! The girl on the phone was extremely rude! My young son was shocked also. I called the manager and Spell quick ham and he was very courteous and took care of that situation very professionally and I do appreciate him.. We will most definitely be coming Back.

After a long day hiking, we stopped by for a much-needed break and some food. We ended up ordering a large, 4-item calzone and it was more than enough for the 2 of us. The crust and sauce were very tasty and the fillings were generous. This place also had a number of Mammoth Brewery beers on tap and the staff was kind enough to make recommendations and provide samples. All in all, a great place for a quick bite and a beer, prices were reasonable and the friendly service was excellent. We'll be back for sure, the next time we pass through Bishop.

Haven't visited Bishop or the Pizza Factory for a long time (for obvious reasons). But I was in town so stopped in for lunch, and wasn't disappointed. I had the mini pizza-salad-drink lunch special. Their salad bar is still closed but they brought me a prepared salad that was probably bigger than what I would have built on my own. Pizza was as good as always. Will definitely stop in again for lunch next time I'm in Bishop.

The short version of this comment, food is great the place and interior is a bit sketchy. I stopped by this pizza place to satisfy my hunger and my first impressions where a bit mixed. As I got close to the location it seem as they where closed the place looks not run down but not maintained. No neon signs leaving me to believe the posters with the "open daily" where lying I still stopped to check it out and they where open. Inside it's very isolated very early 2000s feeling buzzing lights it just feels very lonely and sketchy in it's own way. Nevertheless we order a calzone pizza and pasta, to my surprise they where genuinely good not to burnt not to undercook a bit on the greasy side but that doesn't bother me pasta was good calzone was good although the dough seems to be a bit lacking in the flavor side. The pasta was on a aluminum to go container witch to me screams "not good" but again shocked me when I tasted it. It's good I'm very satisfied we spend around 50 for these three items and two drinks you decide if it's pricey for me the food was worth it we took some to go and I left full and happy! I only leave a four star because of the outside and just odd looks the Inside place gives off. Otherwise great spot to stop and eat with the family or date.

It's okay. Nothing special about it. Probably will not return. Just not enough flavor in every bite. Improve the sauce and you improve the pizza. Spaghetti was absolutely terrible; no zest at all. Definitely not Italian style but okay for a small town hangout.

First time customer- was told one of the best around. Ordered the calzone and it was phenomenal, crust was perfect filling, was awesome. Ordered delivery and it was prompt and they were really friendly. My only issue was I ordered a ceasar salad and got ranch dressing....? Oops. If it wasn't for the calzone I may have opt'd to go back to restaurant. Even with the mistake I will be there again before I leave back home.

The pizza is excellent. Anything off the menu. But the hours are pretty horrible. They close at 7 which is just inconvenient for the working class. Also, the phone line was busy for over an hour. I kept on redialing from 6:15 all the way to 7:30 and never got through.

Overpriced salad that was not what they claimed it was. A greek salad does not use plain canned black olives it was missing so many things. Don't know if I will bother trying the pizza.

Hit and miss, mostly they try to get things done so fast that the quality is compromised. Ingredients are all there just sometimes not appetising. Their salad is good well kept up. Arcades for the kids!

The store claims to be open until 8pm. We arrived at 730 to locked doors. Looking inside we see people eating at tables. One of them got up and let us in. The owner took our order and said he was trying to close up early since it was slow. There were 5 other tables full of people. No wonder its slow...you locked the doors. :-/

We enjoyed the pizza but it was nothing out of the world. Customer service was good. They have a salad bar. Plenty of free parking in the back. Overall experience is satisfactory.

Sadly they are no longer awesome. I remember when their pizza was the very best. The pie I had yesterday was burned, had very little sauce, and it looked like they put the toppings on after the pizza came out of the oven. The tap beer is still great👍🏻

We had a mushroom and garlic pizza and it was dry. Having said that, if mushrooms are on top of the pizza when they cook it they will be dry and chewy. Maybe they're supposed to add the mushrooms after? .

We order from here pretty regularly. The pizza is good, the wings are really good, and the delivery folks are always pleasant and do a good job. Here's the problem: the phone is always busy when I call. They used to have an online order option, which worked really well. I have no idea why they stopped accepting online orders, but it's definitely put a damper on my wanting to order from them since I can't get a call to go through. Dominoes isn't anywhere near as good, but at least I know I can actually order from them. Or heck, I could just cook something myself with the amount of time I'm spending trying to get ahold of someone. I definitely will change my rating if they either bring back online ordering (preferred) or add extra phone lines so I can actually place an order. As it stands, I'm sure they're losing potential business at the moment. It's unfortunate, because I actually like them.

Pizza is good but very greasy. Alfredo pasta needs more flavor. Spaghetti and meatballs were a little over cooked. The bread stick was delicious. I came here for the mango habanero wings but I had to wait for 1 hour to get them. My family got all their food but they forgot about mine. I ordered 10 for here and 24 to go they gave me 24 to eat here for the wait but it wasn’t the same all my family had finished their food except me. Thank you for the gesture.

Good pizza and great beer selection. It was 30 bucks for a large pizza and a picture of Stone IPA. There is also a salad bar inside. They did allow dogs on their patio but I'm not sure if that's something they always do.

Pizza was unevenly cooked, salad was old, out of alot of toppings,place was dirty. Needs to be remodeled or shut down.

Atrociously overpriced. $48 for a "extra large" pizza. It was tiny and tasteless. The workers were very nice.

We arrived just before 9 p.m. . Just a few couples left in the restaurant. And somehow they totally over-cooked our pepperoni pizza. I recommend going to Perry's Pizza across the street. If you would like a better experience.

I ordered my food at 6:58pm. I got an email that it was out for delivery at 7:37pm. It is 8:22pm now. I've tried calling multiple times to find out where my food is, and the line was busy every time. I understand being busy, but 40+ minutes for an order to get from the restaurant to my apartment in a small town is ridiculous. Probably not going to order from here again. And I tipped well on the online order, for bad service. That's what really gets me upset even more.

“Open” until 7 quit taking orders before that so why be open? Turned away at the shop well before 7 so 1 star and would not recommend. Absolutely ridiculous if you’re not going to take new orders then post the hour you quit taking them as when you close.

Called in a order. When our pizza arrived there was about a teaspoon of sauce on the entire pizza. It was $38.11 and was terrible. We threw it away and found something else to eat. We were ver disgusted.

I’m a die hard Pizza Factory fan. So on the way home it seemed like the perfect stop for some quick food. I ordered a large pepperoni, light cheese with extra sauce. It looked like it had extra cheese. No sweat, we just started to eat it. But then I bit into a piece of metal. After further inspection. It was a STAPLE. A staple. Thank god I didn’t swallow it. Or maybe I did swallow one. Well here’s to terrible food and anxiety about the future of my intestinal lining. 👍🏻 They did make us a new pizza, but at that point I was just turned off about the whole thing.

Counter help was lacking some personality , salad bar was a little old looking , not fresh , sodas were flat told same guy at counter nothing happened ! , cinnasticks were bad ! , frosting out of a plastic bag was funny tasting , dough was dry , tons of cinnamon , pizza crust was burnt on the bottom , got super all side sausage burnt on edges , did extra cheese liked asked ! Not recommend this place at all !

Wow. Extremely horrible service, honestly the worst I’ve ever received. My husband & I traveled far we were tired & hungry so we decided to stop here (worst mistake ever) The girl who attended us had the worst attitude ever. You can tell we’ve never been here before so we were having a hard time deciding what to get. She didn’t give us any information, two she was throwing a pen around with attitude, three she made us feel unwanted. If we had blonde hair & blue eyes I’m sure our service would’ve been different. I truly do not recommend anyone to go there. If i could remember that girls name I would’ve put it in this review to advise you to beware. Unfortunately I had to give this place 1 star, if I could, I would put a negative 5.

I had gotten a veggie calzone to go. I cut off a corner, and it was good enough. At this point, I was starving, so it was okay. Then I got into the rest of it. The vegetables produced too much liquid. It was dripping and oozing. Made the dough underneath soggy. All the vegetables were raw and not cooked at all. The mushrooms specifically were not appetizing. Also, it was 18.99. It was not worth the price. I only ate a forth of it.

I came for a birthday party for a 10-year-old. All 3 pizzas were burnt. We were all hungry so they were eaten. Then they ordered a pepperoni pizza it was gross and greasy dripping down my arm. The garlic bread wasn't even Sliced Garlic bread and it wasn't completely cooked. This was the worst pizza factory visit ever. The worst part is WE ALL GOT "FOOD POISONING" FROM THERE. MASSIVE DIARRHEA AND VOMITING. **I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO BISHOP. ***If you want excellent service, food, and Clean surroundings GO TO RIDGECREST PIZZA FACTORY Because they are excellent. (Bishop & Lone Pine Need additional training on how to cook!!) I Do Not recommend either place.

Unfortunately, the pizza was really disappointing — completely bland and lacking flavor. I’ve been to other locations from this chain and had great experiences, so I chose this one as the only pizza restaurant in town. I honestly regret it — I would’ve been better off ordering from one of the popular chains instead of spending so much on two mediocre pizzas. Very disappointed.

They have COCKROACHES!!! My family and I stopped for a quick lunch while on a road trip. The food was mediocre at best, and desperately needed seasoning. The reason why I'm giving them 1 star (and that's generous), is because when I was using the restroom there were COCKROACHES crawling around on the floor. I immediately grabbed my family, and we left the building as soon as possible. We will NEVER be eating here again!
