We camp at Blanco State Park on a regular basis. Fat Bottom Grill made us dinner to go. OMG was it excellent. Big Hamburger for me and Texas Cheesesteak for my wife. Will definitely be back next time in Blanco. Not far from Park. Loved it!!!! It’s a food truck but they have it down! Don’t miss a chance to enjoy. Pickle Spears and loaded tots were awesome. Try them both

Yummy!!! Unique sandwiches made with quality grilled meats. They even make their own bacon! Be sure to order fries with your sandwich. So crispy on the outside and warm, soft goodness on the inside. Located in a casual hometown local bar that also has a family friendly seating area outside in the back. If your out exploring the area, be sure to make this one if your destinations for a great meal!

Absolutely delicious food, super impressed. I got the Cuban sandwich and loaded fries, and it was SOOOO tasty. They have pretty solid portions for the price and the people are nice. Just wish I wasn't so far away, I found myself nearby and am happy I decided to stop by this place!

We have eaten at the food truck in Spring Branch. Generous portions are cooked perfectly and served with homemade chips or fries. The sourdough rolls are delicious!

I have been coming to Fat bottom for over a year and it has always been my go to for excellent eats. The owner is the kindest man who makes you feel like family and has a true passion for culinary arts. His chefs do an excellent job of keeping his reputation intact as one of the best spots in the Hill Country. There is nothing on the menu that won't amaze you and leave you wanting more. I am glad to see them expand and reach more people. This is the best food in Blanco and a hidden gem. Don't hesitate to support this business. I guarantee you will not regret it.

Consistently excellent food. These dudes can cook! Excellent burger, meatball sub, wings!, cheesesteaks, macaroni & cheese, brisket, boudang eggrolls, fries, cuban sandwiches, bahn mi, etc. We've definitely gained a couple lbs enjoying their stuff. Certainly one of the best eats in the area. They use quality ingredients, season and sear their food nicely, and they've got some awesomely unique twists and a rotating menu. We spread the word whenever possible. Iron horse saloon is a texas treasure as well. Food truck royalty right here. Low-key gourmet. Yassssur

Ordered the Texas Cheesesteak. This was Absolutely the BEST cheesesteak I ever had! Savory flavors blended together and yet could taste each ingredient distinctly! We are traveling, heard about this place so we decided to try it. So worth it! Hope to go again before we head back home.

Stopped here today heading home from work and got a simple burger and fries. Let me tell you…I’ve had burgers all over the US and this place is now in my top 5 for burgers. All the toppings tasted fresh, Patty was flavorful, and the fries crispy perfection. I will be returning! Beef is locally sourced too!

The best Philly Cheesesteak. They call it the Big Tex. I have been looking for years for an authentic cheesesteak. They get the bread from Philly and season the meat to perfection. The service was top notch. The atmosphere only gets a four star because after all, it is a food truck. Next time we will see if we can go eat in the adjoining saloon. We will be back.

Stopped by today and had loaded fries and shared a couple of sandwiches. Everything was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend the cheesesteak and the mega tots! One of the chefs delivered our food and made the experience even better. The atmosphere was also pleasant and we had drinks at the adjacent bar.

Above average bar food. Week night, burgers were very tasty, staff was not overworked early in the evening. Nice drink selection.

WHERE is the TEN star button?! OMG, these burgers are delicious, it is everything a burger should be, flavorful and juicy. I would say this is on the list of my top 3 best burgers I’ve ever had. Even the bacon was next level on the burger itself. I will definitely be coming back, please don’t hesitate to go try them! To the owner, please keep using the quality ingredients you are using, we notice, and it does make a difference. Thank you so much for your commitment to quality and flavor! Edit: the next visit was a complete 180, it seems there are consistency issues here, I will downvote to 3 stars and increase if my next visit is better.
