Drive through I requested a small order be split into two bags n the person on the speaker very kindly agreed to do this. Then at the window, I received everything correctly, with a smile. I appreciate that.
This Taco Bell is always great. Don't let the bad reviews fool you they dont know what they're talking about. I go her nearly every night for my lunch break and the food is always hot. They've only gotten my order wrong once, but great service and food. One bad experience doesn't mean they're all bad experiences
Chris, behind the counter was very much on the ball and helping every person who came in the door. He acknowledged everyone and asked if they needed help. He knew the menu and was very helpful. For someone who has worked in the service industry, this is something I haven’t seen in years.
Dear Taco Bell, When I stop coming here, Señor Bell, I want you to know that it's not you, it's me. Always reliable and true, never judgmental, available in the hours after the dark. You're so accepting of anyone and everyone, never posturing yourself in the question of authenticity or high quality. You simply are, honest and fulfilling. In this way you are kin to Waffle House. But we're not good for each other. I'm trying to eat better, and it isn't that you're not delicious, I think we just aren't compatible. And ever since you dropped the Fiesta Burrito, there aren't any good vegetarian value options. But I'm sure we'll still see each other on some lonely late nights, when I've had a drink too many or I'm feeling particularly nostalgic. Or maybe some other reason I'll invent - people don't change so easily. Live más, EY
Staff (Magen) was helpful and friendly when I had a question about an option through the kiosk. Burrito was made well, ingredients were fresh, and the wait time was short. Order was modified heavily to accommodate my vegan diet, and everything was perfect. If only all Taco Bell locations were this great!
It's fast food, you get what you get. I usually like the food,out of all the fast food chains its probably the one I would eat the most

It is very impersonal now. The lobby was very cold but then again it is raining outside right now/today. Food was great! It has been awhile since I have ate out. I choose Taco Bell because it is cheap but filling.
This taco bell says they're open until 4 am, that is a lie. Multiple times we have tried and when we pull up they say they are closed. They need to change their hours on Google. This TB is mid. Expect food to missing from orders whether it be from drive through or delivery. Sometimes the food is skimpy other times it's great.
I got 3 small pieces of chicken on my chicken taco supreme (no sour cream). I usually don’t go back in but they also forgot to give me a fork for my beans. They remade it then remade it wrong (put sour cream on it) so they had to make it again. The lady who had to remake it was less than pleased and never once apologized for messing up my order. She also didn’t reply to me when I said thank you. Only when I said “have a good day” did she even manage to respond to me. I work in a restaurant and an apology goes a long way when you’ve messed up. 3 pieces of chicken for an item I already paid $.70 extra for LETTUCE and something like $1.29 to make it chicken to begin with, is absolutely ridiculous. I never have this issue with the Ellettsville store btw.
I come to this store every day I work out to get a three cheese, chicken Flatbread melt. I always get it with extra chicken for the protein after the gym. I kept noticing that I will get less and less chicken each time I meant eventually I ordered through the drive-through, Got my food, noticed it was light, and ordered one with regular chicken instead of extra through inside pick up. When I went to go pick up my order from inside, both of the doors were locked. This Taco Bell opens at 8 AM and I tried to open the doors at 9:05 AM. After comparing the two orders, I noticed that the amount of chicken in them were the exact same. Which isn’t a big deal until you get four with extra chicken like I did then I’m paying a six extra dollars each time I go without getting any of the food that I’m paying for. I went back inside and showed them that they were the same and asked for a refund or for them to remake my meal. They did not remake my meal instead they gave me a refund, Which is fine and everything except for all the times that they’ve probably done it before and I didn’t have a way to prove it without buying another one with regular chicken. Aside from this, they seen their flatbread too long and it sticks to the paper and rips apart when trying to open the wrapper. The same thing goes for when I order extra steak in my steak, grilled cheese burrito, but I haven’t taken the time to order one with regular steak in the same day/order. It wouldn’t bother me so much if I wasn’t ordering the extra meat for the protein so I can build muscle. Which was the whole point of me getting a gym membership. So to stagnate on growth like that because a fast food chain is skimping on meat even though you’re paying for it, it’s kind of annoying. If you want any sort of modifiers on your food, you’re going to have to ask them twice. Once when taking your order, and another time after you received your order and see that it’s wrong.
I had ordered my lunch which held just 3 burritos, and they had taken items from my order and replaced them with hanous amounts of sauce (40 packets) to cover up the weight of the bag. If that's not stealing my orders, I don't know what is
I come here all the time and usually love it. But last night I ordered the limited beefy potato loaded griller. I tried it last time it was on the menu and it was so delicious. This time, it was extremely flat, bland, and dry. It was mostly potato in there with an extremely miniscule amount of sauce and meat. This made me very sad. Taco Bell & I go way back. We've been through so much together... And this is what I get... :( Also disappointed in the fact that whenever I order the new crispy chicken taco, they put the tiniest little chicken strip, or half of a chicken strip on it - and when I ask for extra chicken strip, it's a whole $1.50 extra. $1.50 extra to get the appropriate amount of chicken in my chicken taco!
Skip this location, Dirty, food was horrible (even for taco bell standards). I should have left before ordering, or even after. Bathroom was worse than any truck stop I have ever been in.
The bathroom was very dirty hair in the food got our order wrong twiceover all the place was very dirty
A friend and I ordered lunch and she brought back our meal and as I was getting out my taco salad there was a hair and of course I called taco bell and asked for manager and asked her name said she didn't have to give her name and I asked for cooperate number refused then she told me they wear nets and I said evidently they wasn't 3 of us seen the hair . and hung up and me My friend called back and a man answered said he was manager and refused to help us they both said we cussed them , I will never eat at that place ever and so who ever eats there be looking at your food might be a hair in it . restaurants around here do not give crap about there customers any more so disappointed . Please watch you food if you take a chance eating there . also receipt you can not read and why they answer phone rude .. .
This specific location closes early almost every single night, and if you get there at 2:30 AM Or after they will take mobile orders only, that is if they stay open until 4 AM like they’re supposed to.
A friend and an I go here fairly often. Mostly for her. Usually she does drive thru. (The lady employee is always rushes is rude too) Today we dined in however. She placed both our orders at the kiosk (I am legally blind so can't do myself) I got my food pretty fast. But she was still waiting. There were a lot of customers this time. All got their orders pretty quickly too! After 20+ minutes she asked where her food was. Said ordered it at same time as another with her who was already eating. They said it's coming. She heard employees on the back say "people need to be patient". Another employee said "we're really busy today". A custom heard how rude the staff with my friend. Said she should complain to them. They should have given her the food for free. She was in a hurry so didn't have time to eat it all even. Had to throw it out! Manager of this location, learn a lesson from the South Walnut location. They're so much friendlier. Have different options on the bundle meals for some reason too! They're ALWAYS very busy too! m
This Taco bell was a good place to eat, however the last 2 times I was there left really being disappointed, on the first time the food was just not very good at all !!! Today there was a line but, I had hope that it would go fast and it wasn't bad at all. I then pulled up and I noticed a new food item and I was asking how it was made and what all came with this deep fried Taco or Burretto
On April 2nd around 4:00 I went to this location with 3 friends. After ordering two of them, one of whom who is physically disabled, leaned against the order counter (NOT the food pickup sleeves). The employee who was working at the drive thru walked over the the counter and very rudely stated “can yall get your butts of where we put food, thanks”. It was very condescending. When we got our food, our nacho sauces were not filled, our nacho fries were not filled, and two of our tacos had hardly any filling. The young lady that spoke to us was incredibly rude and the fact that our food wasn’t as we expected made it an even worse experience.
We LOVE Taco Bell. This visit, not so much. We (3 of us) ordered a Mexican Pizza. The young lady making them said to the coworker beside her, as she was making them, "I'm not sure what's even on these." WTH. The tostadas tasted like crap. They were overcooked, and I'm guessing fried in old grease or something else on them was burned. They were mushy in the center as well. It tasted like no Mexican Pizza I'd ever eaten from TB. My daughter and I ate most of ours and just dealt. My husband took his back in. He told the MOD it didn't taste right and that maybe the tostada was overcooked. She said, "I can make you another one, but it will taste the same." He told her it wasn't made right. So for the replacement.... he just threw it away. Rude manager. Insufficient training. We will be doing home-made tacos with farm fresh beef and farmers market vegetables from now on. That's the way to go these days, anyway. And make your own tortillas.
Was horrible. Dirty dining room. No one on front register. Waited 20 minutes for my drink cups and to pay. The manager was hiding in the office until her friend came in and then instead of being a manager and having someone clean the dining room. Not to mention all of my food was skim barely any meat.
This place is filthy!! The floors are littered with old food scraps and paper products, in the dining area AND at the counter. You wouldn't believe what their kitchen looks like.!! The dining windows are all dirt crusted, making it look like a dense fog is outside and inside. When I mentioned it to the cashier, she told the manager, who told her to have me leave. Wouldn't even speak to me The bathroom had something funky looking splashed all around the commode. Here are some pics. If you're looking for a COVID experience, this Taco Bell just might be your chance.
