These tacos are fantastic, especially for the price. The meat is well seasoned and cooked to perfection. The tacos are much larger than I was expecting and I was able to make a meal out of just two of them.
Yummy food Willing to make a vegi burrito Said no chicken broth in rice which is unusual Hard to tell in burrito
Like others, stopped here on a road trip. Didn't want commercial fast food. Saw this place and noticed the parking lot was full. Glad I did. Food is great. Portions are huge. Support this place (and places like this) as you travel and eat one less Big Mac.
This place has some of the best tasting and fresh breakfast we have ever had. I stopped by for a chorizo burrito and machaca torta and it was very good. The staff was nice and helpful and the salsa bar was good. Will for sure come back next time im in Blythe.
Great place with pretty good prices. Inflation has hit, just like with everything, but the burritos and tacos are still great. I recommend the Breakfast Burrito with Chorizo added in. It'll give you enough sodium for a week, but very good.
Best Mexican food I've found since living in San Diego with some interesting people watching. I figured that was the norm for that area.
Amazing! I got the street steak tacos & they were so good & the rest of my family got chicken dishes and said that was even better than the steak. Everyone who worked there was super friendly and helpful- Gina took our orders & was so sweet. Highly recommend you stop here!
YUM!!!! Food is fresh and very delicious! Aguas Frescas are AMAZING! The tortillas taste like they are hand made. If I lived closer this would be my favorite location 😍 We had rolled taquitos, calamari, salmon, agua de zanahoria y melón (carrot and cantaloupe), and jícama (hibiscus). I wanted to take a cup of all their flavors! AND the have menudo!!!! 😍 This is a definite stop, before you drive into the nothing of the desert 🌵 Ohh! And the service is AMAZING!! 🤩
Love it! Fresh food. Very clean place. Super friendly staff. Tasty flavor! Parking for trucks little road after restaurant for a quick stop, if full you can turn anyways at the end to the left space to turn around if is not full too. More parking pass restaurant on the right near carwash. Fuel garage doesn't like semi-trucks on lot. Enjoy!
We stopped here between Palm Springs and Phoenix. This will be our new stop in between! Very fresh, tasty and made to order. Large portions. Highly recommend.
Delicious food, very clean and excellent service. Would love to be back.
Wow very impressed food with great big lot of guacamole lot of cheese delicious
Best straight forward Mexican food in town. I come to Blythe once a year for work and every year I try different spots to find acceptable meals and Albertacos delivered two years in a row. Interior is overly bright but the food is spot on. If you want simple and good Mexican food with fast service this is your place.
Right off the freeway, super clean, cute interior and delicious food!! We will always stop in while we are passing through! Also very quick!
Cool spot good food. Area looked like a post apocolyptic ghost town
I'm new to California (this location is in AZ) & I have never had an authentic "California Burrito". THIS place had the absolute MOST AUTHENTIC AND FLAVORFUL (real carne, fresh shrimp & guac) Cali Burrito. Once I made it to Cali, I tried the infamous "Castanedas Mexican Food" & ordered it the same way. Trash. Nothing similar. GO TO ALBERTACOS! The Burrito was very large (like Castanedas for size reference) & costs the same- $15. It took me the rest of the evening to finish it off. Wonderful dine in atmosphere. Calm and quiet. Friendly customers and even better customer service. The young lady at the register was spectacular & had a nice service voice and smile. A kitchen staff was happy to refill my drink when she was busy. Thanks Albertacos.
This is hands down one of the best Mexican restaurants to hit when you are traveling… best restaurant option too! I’ve been here so many trips along the I-10, that I’ve lost count. The food quality has been extremely high every single time and it’s always super hot and fresh. They don’t do small portions and the prices are perfectly fair. Every employee I’ve spoken to has always been super cool as well. I can’t say enough good about you guys! PLEASE DON’T EVER GO!
Very delicious burritos de asada. Every time I come to California I buy 2 off them.
Amazing carne asada, good prices!
Got to stop here. They got the best food. Not only do they have good food, but they have fresh squeezed juice carrot and melon juice, mango juice, and watermelon juice and cucumber juice. (Freshly squeezed). The people that work there are very friendly and nice and will fix your order however you want it and the lady that works there is Drop Dead Gorgeous.
The turn around time for food was super fast! The enchiladas were delicious! They had guacamole + cheese fries for cheap and those were a good snack for the road. The location is super convenient, and right next to the freeway. I will be back on my next trip out that way!
The Carne Asada Burrito 🌯 was soooo tasty the meat had the perfect crunch to it......🤤🤤
Great burritos and very large servings, definitely worth the money and time to go eat there. I would definitely visit this place again whenever we're in town.
Love this place! It and Rebel BBQ are the go-to stops in Blythe. Always great staff, and the food is amazing. Their carne asada burritos are particularly delicious. Bean cheese burritos are really good as well. That's typically what we get so we can grab and go, although we've had their nachos before and they're fantastic! They have a pretty fast drive-thru, and clean bathrooms inside. It's food is made to order and comes out quick.
This place is incredible! I frequently travel from the Bay Area to Phoenix and make sure to plan my travels to have dinner there. The food is exceptional! We’ll see you again soon.
Some of the best authentic Mexican around! Large portions, anuf to share
Great place second time we have come as we traveled through the town.
Had a carne asada burrito and a beef burrito, they were both absolutely delicious. Lots of meat, the asada was grilled perfectly. The beef burrito had so much meat and the vegetables were sautéed tender/crisp, onions, bell pepper and tomatoes. I need to plan another road trip so we can go to Albertacos again. Oh the gentleman running the drive through was professional and patient, the other employees were also very nice.
I love to eat at Albertacos. I've come to eat here many years. They always treat me great and have excellent tasting burritos.
Awesome food. Great service!
I have to say, this was a fantastic choice for Authentic Mexican food!! I had the chilli Riano’s and my wife had the corn tacos. It was fantastic. Great quantities super flavorful. We would definitely come here again.
As has been said before their carne asado tacos are amazing. I've only had equal at backyard cookouts where the meat has been grilled over chunks of Mexican charcoal. Don't let the price of the tostada fool you. It is huge. The salsa bar will introduce you to different tastes of northern Mexico. As you drive from Arizona, don't let the high gas prices make you think everything is just as expensive. Albertacos is a great place to eat and relax.
Was on a greyhound bus going home from a major disappointment in life, not sure of anything, and i ordered the chicken enchiladas and i must say some of the best enchiladas ive had in a long time even cold cause it took me a min to eat but still yummy. And very affordable at like $6
Clean, delicious authentic Mexican food. We ordered a menudo on a chilling Sunday, which I was really grateful for them offering it.
Food is delicious, the place is sparkling clean. You can tell people who work here are truly dedicated to this place. Price is great. The size of the plates is great as well as the taste. I love to see when a place is really well maintained and taken care of and this is a place like that. Congratulations to the people who work here, good job.
Albertacos is a perfect pit stop. Fantastic service and delicious food. I ordered the carne asada torta and my friends ordered burritos! The size of the burrito was insane. The food came out in less than 10 mins. The restrooms were clean as well. Super happy with my experience at Albertacos! 😋😋
For what kind of food this restaurant offers its really good. The taste is good, prices are really and a good selection of drinks. They also put a lot of cheese on and on food which most Mexican fast food restaurants don't do anymore because of cost. Most of them try to safe money. Hit sauces are also pretty tasty. Not the best but like I said, for the establishment that it is (Mexican fast food), is good. Unfortunately, the continent bars were empty so if you want to get carrots, good selection of hot sauce or onions and jalapeños you probably have to ask. Staff was also friendly and client in Spanish. I did not get the chance to check out restrooms and how clean there are l are. Maybe next time. I recommend this place. Nothing special but for the prices it's good food.
Delicious food. good costumer service. I recomend the carne asada, carnitas, and tripitas.

Here, I ate the best tacos of my life--and I was born and raised in the El Paso, Texas borderland. The salsa is incredible too.
Staff is courteous and quick. Food is fresh and tastes great! clean inside and out. Doesn't disappoint!

The food was great. Fresh and very tasty and authentic tasting. Very flavorful and clean inside restaurant.
The food was very tasty, the place was clean and the cashier was respectful and patient with us. Actually I was surprised. I thought it was going to be the same Mexican food from any Filoberto restaurant but Albertacos was wonderful. The food was tasty and fresh. I got the chicken chimichanga yummy!
Friendly and great service. The portions were large and the prices reasonable. The carne asada quesadilla needed the meat spread throughout as all of the meat was piled in the middle. The shrimp taco was flavorful and full of shrimp however, the shrimp was a little tough/chewy for my taste. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and I would go through there again when on a road trip.
Had a chicken Burrito, fresh chicken with quality guacamole! I have allergies myself and they did a good job of excluding the items I needed them too. Salsa was my only complaint, needed a little more gusto
First time here it was okay. I had tried their asada burrito before and it was good, this visit I ordered a fish taco it didn't have flavor no seasoning on the fish it was bland and they didn't even give me a lemon wedge the taquitos we're okay only doing 4 stars because they didn't disappoint with the asada burrito 🌯 I hope next time I'm in California they put out the same quality asada burrito I didn't think I would order anything else other than the asada burrito
Decent food, big portions, but the rice was a little bland. I had the fish tacos combo, and couldn't eat the rice and beans. Husband had the bean burrito and it was huge! Tables and chairs were nice, but booths had paint rubbing off.
Prices are reasonable. The Shrimp plate ($9.25) was absolutely delicious. The kid's quesadilla and fries meal (4.90) was good, huge though. I didn't enjoy the beef burrito plate (7.90). Very dry burritos and I don't add spicy salsa to my food. Thankfully, the rice and beans that came with it were good. I added the beans to the burrito. The Jamaica drink was perfect and refreshing.
On my way from Phoenix to Los Angeles the last time, I decided I was going to have a goal of dining at every non-chain fast food restaurant in Blythe, choosing a new one each time I stop in the city. Albertacos looked like the most promising so that's where I started. The location is convenient, located just a stone's throw from the freeway (most places in Blythe are within a figurative stone's throw but Albertacos, if the wind is right, is literally there). As for facilities, they were well taken care of. The staff were friendly, greeting me as I walked up to the counter, where I was presented with what felt like an overwhelming number of choices. Pushing through the decision, I went for a sopes and that made all the difference. Receiving it, maybe a little later than I'd like, I was greeted with a flavor explosion. The meats were marinated perfectly. The portions were far more than I needed. I left the place, getting back on the freeway with ease, happy and full.
Great food but they need to change the prices on line, not even close.way higher now.
Typical fast food layout, but definitely Mexican. We were the only Anglos there. Portions were generous and very good. Ordered chips and guacamole with cheese, which were delicious. They filled an entire takeout container.
Great option in Blythe, CA! Much better than fast food. HUGE and I mean HUGE portions! Great options with a large menu. Overall a great stop on your travels to or from Cali.
Always stop here when passing through blythe. Good food, reasonably priced. Good, spicy hot sauce. Burritos and taquitos are our go tos. Upgrade of restrooms needed but they were clean
I had asada tacos. I think the only seasoning they used for my tacos was salt and pepper. I’ve had asada tacos other places and it was more flavorful. Although these were not bad, I just expected more flavor based on previous experiences. The food was fresh and the restaurant was very clean. I stopped here on a trip from LA to Phoenix on the Greyhound bus. They have real food here so that’s why I chose to dine at this establishment. In my opinion, they are the best option for this area because everything else is fast food in the area. I highly recommend this place if you want quality food. 10/10
On a bus ride from Phoenix to Palm Springs, the driver decided to stop for a break near this place. I ordered my favorite, carne asada chips and a Coke. When I got back to the bus, I was pleasantly surprised. They were pretty decent. The meat was a bit well done, but overall, they were good. But I do have to mention, their Coca-Cola is AMAZING!! I'm glad I got a large! As for my whole experience, the restaurant was clean, as was the restroom, the cashier was very polite, the food was tasty and reasonably priced. Would I go back? Definitely. Would I go out of my way to get it again? Mmm, probably not. But it made my belly pretty happy.
Quick Mexican food stop in Blythe. Stopped here on the way to Sedona from LA for lunch, and it was a cheap option where you can get generous portions of food. Credit cards accepted. Two single occupant restrooms are available. Indoor dining only. You order first and then receive a number. The adobada tacos were the size of my hand with a ton of meat. The carnitas burrito is a good size for splitting as well, and the carnitas meat was a tad dry, but still good. Finally, the carne asada nachos were good for 3-4 people to split. We had a first world problem where we had almost too much meat in comparison to the chips. We asked for no sour cream and there’s about two scoops of guac that came with our order. If you check in on Yelp, note that you could get a free drink. They have Coke products and the soda fountain is located on the right hand side of the counter. Masks are required but it didn’t seem to be enforced.
Quick stop for some food that was rated high on Yelp! \n\nOrdered the carnitas burrito. Lots of food for the price!

I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty my California burrito was. It was also a good size. Big enough for sharing. Price was fair. I would definitely visit again and try other items on the menu.

Don't be taken back by this non-discript looking restaurant with a drive-thru. The food was delicious! Portions were large. The dining area is a quick fast food setting with no wait staff.

I ordered the meat and bean burrito. There were very little beans and the meat had tons of ingredients like onions, tomatoes, bell peppers(?) which didn't make it tastier. I just wanted a basic meat and bean burrito. I think they might have made me the wrong one. I like meat and beans mixed, but that's not what I got. I pass through Blythe about once a month. I might give them another chance, but I'll order something else. The strawberry drink was good. It was late at night and all their condiments were put away. Too bad. I like radishes, cilantro, and salsa. They did give me salsa but it wasn't that good.
Normally I like this place. Before when stopping in the place was clean and well run. This time flies were everywhere back door open kitchen was messy. Service was good.Food was good. Much better than taco bell for sure but the flies and questionable cleanliness was a step down since the last visit.
Had their asada fries. Meat cuts are think and chewy. Meat tasted kind of burnt. Their habanero salsa is hot but lacks flavor. Hopefully their other items are better. But kind of dissatisfied. But the I'm from la county so I'm spoiled here. Staff was nice
Has to be the worse mexican food out there . Absolutely terrible, the tacos were unseasoned and the meat hard to chew on as well as the burrito. Both my boyfriend and I took one bite and that was enough to throw away the food
Could be better. the price of the food is outrageous. ask them please no guacamole. get home guacamole. for a carnitas burrito, 1 beef taco for $20.00.food is not that good. The place can be cleaner. service could be faster. that's just my review. I wouldn't recommend It.
I had the chicken enchilada combo and they were possible the worst I've eaten, the chicken was damn near raw, it was so bad I just threw them away. I would of done better at Taco Bell.
Quite possibly the worst Mexican food ever. The rice and beans were stone cold and anything with cheese (enchiladas and a quesadilla) was cold and the cheese was never melted. The individual shreds were just thrown into a tortilla. This all had to be microwaved for several minutes to even make it remotely edible. Then it was so incredibly salty that more than a few bites was impossible to get down. The "beef" burrito was more like a Philly without the cheese...not a Mexican style beef burrito at all. The bread for the Torta was old and stale. We spent almost $50 and it was the most disappointing part of the trip.
Ok, first off, this review has nothing to with the employees. They were very kind and professional. The one star is directly toward the food. This was the worst torta and mini tacos I've ever had. Period. The steak was dry, no seasoning, burnt bread etc. I threw half if it away bc I just couldn't bring myself to take it to go. I am from Nebraska and my local taco truck blows these guys out of the water. If you are looking for Mexican, go across the street to Taco Bell. I wish I did.
Menudo is not authentic taste like las palams sauce the coke is crispy tortillas were delicious I don't recommend this spot for menudo there was more homony then meat the tacos de lengua was good and the Pata was hairy this is definitely a spot I wouldn't travel for
We were driving through Blythe California today and stopped to get something to Eat at the Alberto’s. When we Walked through the door the cook gave us a look like oh shit we have customers. The cashier never looked up and greeted us. It was obvious they did not want to service us and wanted us to leave so that’s what we did. Have never had such poor treatment or lack of service.
Food was great BUT.. It gave both me and my coworker really bad DIARRHEA the following morning. I'm not sure if they're not storing their ingredients properly or sanitizing the cooking area, but be careful
Unfortunately neither dishes I got were good. The salsa tastes spoiled, the beans tasted spoiled, my enchiladas were burnt meat that looked like it was scraped off the burner. I do not recommend. I got 2 different dishes and I didn’t even eat it. Complete waste of money.
I normally never go to this place for some reason & I see why I usually go to La Paloma but we decided to try the chicken wings Monday. We got 3 containers of them took a long time to get them but it was fine we waited. wings seemed fine but for some reason I felt they were off I stopped eating them my boyfriend ate the most we bought them at 430 PM by 1AM he wouldn’t stop throwing up so bad his stomach was in knots he had to go to the hospital that night. I felt fine next day my stomach was in knots & my back. also and I can’t stop throwing up. & diarrhea badly Please be careful at this place we have food poison very badly this is the worst I have ever felt I’m glad our child didn’t eat any. I will never go to this place again 😢
