We stopped in for a quick snack!2 chocolate Frosties and a large fry totally hit the spot!We don't get to do this often,so this was a pleasant treat.

Even driving thru early for breakfast, I am greeted with a smile and good personality. I make it a treat to get breakfast there once a week just for that now.

They have good deals with not too much food such as the 4 for 4 deals, wich are good when you are not starving and want only to have a good meal. This local is almost new and the design of the spaces is great.

The $5 biggie deal, is one of the Best fast food deals going. Fries, nuggets, drink, and several choices of burgers, can't beat it.

It's Wendy's. I'm not here to convince you to eat Wendy's. These sumbitches gave me 19 napkins for 1 sandwich. I didn't get a drink or fries and they gave me 19 napkins. I will go to battle with anyone that works here.

Newly opened, fast service and clean dinning room. The renovation took a long time but it was certainly worth the wait.

The staff is wonderful at this location! As I drove up to the window to pay I realized that I didn’t have my card on me in my wallet. They not only were super friendly but they gave me the food anyways as they realize these things happen sometimes. Next time I drive through I will make sure to give them an extra good tip for their kindness and generosity.

My favorite late-night go to place. I’ve been coming here for the last several nights after my shift which is generally after 12am, and the service the night staff provides is above and beyond. Consistent, friendly, and fast. 4 for $4 is an excellent value and now with the app, there’s even more value to be had. Frosty machine is always functional, even at these late hours (McDonald’s should take notice), and the food is still always fresh and hot. Sometimes a delicious frosty with a side of fresh fries is all my day needed. There’s nothing better than getting home and having fries that are still hot and fresh! Highly recommend.

I put in an order for a baked potato and a large chili plus 2 baconator fries. Thr bill came to14.55 I handed the girl behind the counter 100 bill. She said she couldn’t break that. I then gave her my debit card that wouldn’t go through.The night manager came over and tried the card still nothing .she said not to worry she’s got this. She let me leave with my order ..I still can’t believe she did this for me. My ticket number is 3290. She is the night manager on 3/14 Tuesday. Hr name started with an s. If there were more people in the world it would be a much nicer place. Thank you so very much…I’m so sorry I forgot her name.

The food is good, the service is good as well. I feel they are a bit pricey for the size of their sandwiches. And, there app is not user friendly. Since my last visit the prices seem to be more of the average than before but, the app is still a headache.

Went through the drive thru and when I got home the order was wrong, but the manager, Sal, was very apologetic and offered for us to come back another time to make it right. Glad we gave them a second chance as the food has always been fresh. Service is always good. Highly recommend.

The Bourbon bacon burger was excellent. The onion rings on the burger was crispy not like the soggy ones I had at other Wendys. Also free beverage was offered to seniors. Never had that offer before.

I love Wendy's. But when they get very angry over ordering a side of crispy onions they refuse or argue to sell them to u. Im trying to find out if its not allowed is it against corporate policy. Don't understand what the problem is. Corporate please connect with me

Clean location, friendly employees. Overall, it's a typical Wendy's. The order is almost always correct. (Unrelated to this location: mobile app works fine most of the time, but it's sometimes glitchy requiring a reinstall about one every few months). Drive thru is fast. Parking is abundant. Prices have been reflected for post-covid pandemic 2022, meaning their $1 burgers are now $3. i.e. Small chicken sandwich $2.89, single small cheeseburger with lettuce $3. No such thing as a dollar/value menu anymore.

Great location, never had any problems before or after the remodel, everyone is always friendly and the service is pretty quick even late at night. Store looks great after the remodel but the parking lot is slightly confusing the first couple of visits.

This place has been around for years. It's well run but they have a weird parking lot. I gave rhem credit the food is always fresh.

A typical Wendy's. This place was recently renovated and it is nice and clean. Tried one of their deals and it was pretty good for the money. Like one thing that they put your name on the order instead of a number.

Update. Store is much better. No issues for a long time. Hope they keep It up. Management is horrendous, store has definitely declined in last 2-3 years. Always forget something.

Very slow service but nice people and the food was hot.

This is nearly an automated Wendy's. No counter help, just workers in the kitchen. Clean, yes. Inviting, no.Makes me feel like it is a pit stop for shoveling food into your body and nothing more. I guess that's what most fast food places are these days anyway.

It was my first time at this restaurant. My only two minor complaints, the fries were extremely salty and the drink was nothing but ice. Oh, and the service could have been a little friendlier. I asked for my receipt and it felt like I got a little attitude. I'll go back again in the not to distant future. I don't believe that one visit should be a determining factor although, given the nature of the business, it should have been better. At least the chicken sandwich was good.

Gave 4 stars because it's Wendys. Even though they forgot fries on my order and someone in the drive thru had to come in cause they messed up their order. The staff friendless and the clean tables made up for the high star rating. I've been to a fast food close by where their dine in is always messy between the drinks and tables never wiped. Otherwise I'd probably give a 1 or 2 stars for the inconvenience.

I gave three stars because the place has a nat problem. The food is good sometimes over cooked and ketchup always empty but the staff are friendly.

The pretzel burger was fantastic, almost at the same level as a Chick-fil-A burger. The fries were flavorful but kind of cold and stale. Customer service was decent but when I walked in, one of the employees by the cash register turned and walked away and I was not immediately greeted by the other two. I kind of got a “what do you want” look instead of “welcome, how may I help you”. The 3 stars is mostly for the burger and the little customer service I did get.

Well it's a Wendy's, but this particular location was recently torn down and rebuilt from scratch. Parking is updated and the drive through redesigned. Update 9/4/22: this redisign is still one of the best thing they've done. Gets busy, and the food is always hot and fresh for fast food!

Fast service at drive through. Unfortunately burgers were cold and didn't smell appetizing. I was surprised. My friend enjoyed their burger and frosty. Wendy's drive through didn't give a receipt. Oh well.

Middle man between DcMonalds and Kurger Bing in terms of food quality. Baconators somehow end up dipped in the grease vat while fries are drier than Ben Shapiro's wife. However I can't knock their biggie bags, those got me through college. Overall not my first or second pick, but at certain times hits the spot. Don't bother with their breakfast either.

Usually I would give this a 5 star rating, but the place was exceptionally noisy with unsupervised middle schoolers and some guy yelling at the staff about avocados. Also my small fries was seemed only half full. Since I love the fries, this was disappointing.

Got the meal deal of a double stack burger with bacon, fries, honey bbq chicken nuggets and a drink. We both ordered the same deal, both missing the bacon, which was extra, and the size!, omg, we couldn’t believe how tiny. In the old days, this would be called a kids meal. We were still hungry after. They fool you by stuffing the smaller sized fries into a teeny tiny cardboard container. The burger you can eat in two bites. The 4 chicken nuggets (smaller than last time)is put into a big container, so big that they rattle around, all clumped together one side. I think we are done with Wendy’s, especially since the price for all this nothingness went up $5.

I come here regularly and without fail there always seems to be some bs with my order such as forgetting items and not getting what i asked for. I don't get it, it’s food and it’s not even cheap, for 20$ I expect to be getting the things i asked. I shouldn't have to park my car and check to make sure it’s all there or not.

I let you guys slide the first time when I got the burnt burger but not with this I wont. The service is always good here and sometimes the food but why did I get burnt, dried out fries. I’m sure if it was you, you’d be upset too. I will continue coming here but will not put up with this again.

I tried wendy's breakfast for the first time, and I was a little disappointed. The most disappointing thing was that they don't have the biscuit with sausage gravy on Long Island. I did try the honey butter chicken biscuit. It was ok, but the biscuit just crumbled more and more with each bite I took. The seasoned potatoes were pretty good. I didn't try any of the egg sandwiches because they all have fried eggs, and I only like scrambled. I don't think I'll go back

It's improving. I haven't had a good experience when they 1st opened but now they are kind of getting better. And I mean "kind Of" Today, One worker was very rude and would not give me back my money when I told her I had the change I had to get the manager involved for a small issue like that and I threw up off the 4 for $4 twice.

Last week I had to literally drive back and return my meal because everything was literally ice cold. I just had her refund me the difference because I'm tired of spending all this money to get trash food Quality at all Wendy's has taken a serious dip lately. Wish this wasn't the case.

Newly renovated which is great. They must have hired all new people though. Our burgers were flopped in the bag, one even got out and was just loose all over the place. I asked for ketchup and salt and they just tossed a bunch of pepper. Fries were also only half filled. Definitely giving them time to mature but will be back cuz we love Wendy's.

Why cant you get more sauces? They wont even let me pay for extra. They say they will add the sauce to the order than when u grab your order at the window they tell you you can only get one sauce even when i get about 5 things? I offer to pay and the say i cant? What the hell ? Am i the only one experiencing this? Im sorry but i love there sauces and want at least a few for my 2 biggie bags and extra sandwich . The fact the wont let you pay extra for them is so strange to me.

Went to this wendy's to grab some lunch and the cashier did not know how to make change for the amount I gave him. First, if you don't know how to do simple math and make change for customers, why are you working as a cashier at a drive-thru? Second, the manager, Rochelle, began staring at me and then aggressively approached the window asking me in a loud and nasty tone if I had a problem. I told her I did not have a problem but her cashier was having a problem making change for me. Rochelle then had to help the cashier make the proper change which he then handed to me. Rochelle then yelled at me to leave the drive-thru as I was handed my bag of food. Instead of Rochelle saying to me "sorry about the confusion" she treated me like I was a criminal. Both the cashier and Rochelle are in need of some real retraining on how to do their jobs or not work at wendy's or any job dealing with money and customer service etiquette!

I was there today on 12/3 around 4pm. The staff had a really poor attitude; the Indian girl and guy with dreads in particular. The girl was rolling her eyes at customers and the guy just seemed like he wanted nothing to do with us. I asked him for extra sauce and he didn’t give us extra, only for the amount of nuggets we ordered. I think this team should go train with chick fil a’s staff because these two were actin like they were too good to be serving customers.

Bro you joking first off all the drive thru is horrible. Secondly no joke there was no patty in my burger and had to go back. And finally when I got home and to eat my food the burger was good but the chicken sandwich for some reason was cut in half, the bun wasn’t cut only the chicken. Last few times I’ve ordered from here the workers failed to reach expectations of NOT putting MAYO on my burger. I make it very clear not to put mayo on my burger twice while ordering, but this method has not affected the outcome.

That woman Mariana is horrible. Disappointed . I always have a problem with my order . It’s not difficult to say no mayo on the sand which and I get home and there’s an unnecessary amount of mayo on my food . It’s unappetizing. The bacon fries, the cheese is rarely melted , and the fries are really salty. Also my drink is full of ice and rarely any soda. I understand it’s “fast food” but atleast try to make my food look decent . I almost always have to pull over to check my food but I guess I forgot this time .

NEW RENOVATION POORLY DESIGNED. Love Wendy's but this place was a disaster. The parking lot was dangerous. People trying to get in and out, cars trying to park, and a drive-in line all mixed in one area. Once inside you are not sure if you came in the right door. Everything about the layout looks like it was designed by your typical 21st century college grad that will sacrifice a 100% functioning idea just to be different. If it's not broken don't fix it. IF YOU ARE GOING TO CHANGE IT, MAKE SURE IT WILL BE BETTER. The old building was much better or for sure safer. What a waste of time and money. I could not believe what I saw, and will NEVER go there again.

This is how misinformed people are. They just follow the herd and the brainwashing news on the TV set. Wendy's, a major corporation has signs saying we need to follow an EXECUTIVE ORDER by the governor of NY. The executive order does not exist. The manager told me I need a mask and she pushes a box of masks in my face . I said no I dont, yes you do... no I don't. She got so mad she slammed 2 frostys on the counter so hard and was shaking grabbing a drink tray. She was shaking with anger. I told her she doesn't have to get so mad. The maskless mother and daughter in front of me also got the scolding and the box of masks pushed in their face by the manger in one hand and their bag of food in the other. They said well you just gave us our food, we are leaving..... the 12 year old daughter said bye-eeeeee flashing the peace symbol.

There's one good supervisor. When she is there? Everything is great. When she is not? The place is a zoo, the wait long, the staff rude, and the food disgusting. I am sick of playing Russian Roulette with my lunch. I stopped going.

I always enjoy stopping in with my daughter and grab a late night dinner after work but tonight we stopped in at 930 and Abdul felt there was a need to mention we close at 10 PM. Ok thank you we will be quick. Food came out at 935....chicken nuggets were cool and cheese on my son of the baconator was cold not melted. A bit of a rush? Then which I found to be offensive is worker sweeping and pulling out the garbage while we were eating and older gentlemen to our right. That should be done when dining area is empty and key is in the door. 955pm we left!

Honestly, this is the closest Wendys to my house. It's only 3 minutes. I only go here once in a while, if its late and I don't want to drive to far because of the bad experiences I've had in the past. Speaking as a previous Wendys manager, the service is always terrible. Be the rude staff, not giving everything that should be given with an order (dressings, toppings, utensils, receipt, etc), getting the wrong order (on many occasions), or even staff cursing and loudly playing explicit language that you can hear it in your car. This time, I only wanted a strawberry Dave's craft lemonade and to redeem a frosty from my rewards. I pull up, and after paying the staff went to hand me a regular lemonade. I told him I ordered a strawberry one. He turned away, made my drink, handed it to me, and went on to do someone elses drink. I sat there waiting for a minute waiting for my frosty before the manager came to the window. Didn't even know what was going on. I told him I just needed my frosty. The team member had no reason to give me attitude because I asked for my correct order that I paid for. I know from experience that it is easy to take an order and talk to another customer. If he could not handle that while not giving an attitude, he should not be working the drive thru.

I bought breakfast this morning through the drive thru. I had to wait for my honey buddy biscuit sandwiches because the chicken wasn't ready. That wasn't the issue. When I reached home my sandwich wasn't on a biscuit but on a regular roll with honey.My dads sandwich was on a biscuit. They could've just told me they ran out or didn't want to make more biscuits. I would've understood and opted for a burger.Im very understanding person,But I wasn't given the choice. I guess they was hoping I didn't notice until I got home and that worked in their favor. I wasn't driving all the way back. I don't want the sandwich. It tastes horrible. I know to open my sandwiches for future references. I probably won't go back ,I don't want to have another issue.

I ordered a bunch of food... Several fries, nuggets, burgers, drinks, ect.... But when I asked for a SINGLE BBQ sauce for the all those fries and stuff I was told I can't have ANY extra besides the single one for each chicken nugget?! Are you kidding me?! I just spent all that money and you can't even give me a sauce for my fries are you kidding?! This places quality has dropped into the floor with dry buns and overcooked fries and their greed is insane! I've spent easily 30-60$ a week buying this after work every single day.... But I'm done if that's the disgusting practice we're dealing with.... Add that the place always has a weird vibe and hostile employees? And I can't imagine how this place is still in business

Unprofessional behavior at this location and it’s not the first time I’ve seen this. Also found a massive hair imbedded in my double stack. Apparently they don’t always bother to actually read the order when one gets a mobile order. I ordered a nuggets children’s meal and a cheeseburger children’s meal and they gave me two nuggets meals. Fortunately, my toddlers didn’t seem to mind this time. Definitely not the point, however. It’s not even they didn’t do a good job, they failed to just accomplish filling the order. I was served a raw spicy chicken sandwich here. When I showed the manager, all she did was ask if I wanted my sandwich remade. Yes mf 20 minutes after I bite into a raw chicken sandwich I am eager to have another. She didn't even offer a refund. There's probably a lot of degenerate things going on here if the management here doesn't care about serving raw chicken, so eat here at the risk of your gastrointestinal system.
