Had a not so good experience at a subway in the past which was rectified accordingly. We love Subway and in particular I have to give a round of applause to the manager of the Bonsall location for hiring 2 new ppl and not only picking correctly but training correctly!! Good job!
By far the best subway ive been to, the girl who made my sub today really knew what she was doing in the sandwich world. My spicy Italian was awesome. This will be the only subway i goto im glad im so close to it. Its clean, good sized and has a great selection of chips. I recommend it to anyone whos local or just stopping by for a quality sub.
Never been a big fan of Subway, but their updated menu is a lot better, with much more variety. The new panini are fantastic - hopefully they'll become a permanent item!
They have a great crew that works this place. Numerous times I have stopped in. The place is always clean and the workers do a great job on the orders. Each and every time.
I’ve been meaning to go on here and write a review about this Subway. Not only is it very clean, everything is fresh and the manager is amazing. I’ve been here many times when it’s packed with cranky parents wanting sandwiches for the local school picnic and she and the rest of the staff are on it. Moving In person and online orders quickly and still with quality. The manager engages with my kids (makes them feel special) when taking their orders. I hope corporate takes note of the great employees they have at this location.

This is my hands down Subway choice every time I'm in the Vista area. Kudos to your whole team...fast, friendly, and courteous! The veggies are all fresh...for instance, I like to get double tomatoes on my sandwich and at so many Subways I've been to, they are soggy and stringy. 😝 Not here! 👍👍

Fast and good deal for the food.
I like this subway . It’s always clean & has workers that are quick . I love the footling BMT on Italian cheese bread toasted . Door dash needs to add that as an option when you order ! Fresh food nice staff & happy customer 😋

Ordering online is not faster since they serve the whole line while you wait under the "Express Pickup" sign... noone acknowledges you as your staring at your sandwich that you already paid for that they can't hand you for some reason? Sandwich was fine. I'll go somewhere else as I'm only allowed a certain amount of time for lunch

The sandwich maker was not the most pleasant person to deal with. Not rude just cold in nature. Never once did I see him look up while making the sandwich or taking my friends money.

The WORST Subway Veggie sandwich I’ve EVER had in over 30 years and so disgusted this cost almost $12!!
Not only is this place a rip off, orders are never right. This was supposed to be a *normal size* wrap, cost over $9, but was so small that they didn’t even bother to cut it in half.

We were heading to Oceanside Beach and we stopped at the subway at 5523 Mission Rd, Suite D, Bonsall, CA. We headed there, for the $6.99 foot-long offer. Upon entering, we began a conversation with Kele, the owner, or franchisee as called herself. She seemed very friendly. Not being a computer savvy guy, I asked if we could forgo the online order and I showed her the offer I received via email. She stated that we definitely needed to go online to redeem that offer, order for the company to get our “data”. Points for honesty. For whatever reason, she offered free cookies, if we ordered online. I followed her advice and went online, ordering two sandwiches, purchasing two gift cards. The first one went through with no problem and the second one seemd to have an issue. Kele came out from the back office where she was trying to finish her payroll and she immediately barked at us saying “If you had just followed my directions and gone online, everything would be fine. Now you’re trying to rip me off. Enjoy your cookies. I told you what to do.” I tried explaining we were doing this online, but it fell on deaf ears. Once she was done berating us, she stormed back into her office. First, we never asked for, nor received cookies and secondly, I did everything I could to order the sandwiches online as instructed. Two of her employees witnessed my attempts to get this accomplished, so not sure why she would come out of her office and verbally attack us the way she did? Perhaps she was just frazzled from trying to get her payroll done? Certainly willing to give her the benefit of the doubt. An owner is the last person that should be rude and confrontational. One might expect that from a 16-year-old trainee, but not from someone who owns the business. Her goal should be to give the best customer service possible, in a time when “customer service” is going the way of the dodo bird. Needless to say, we’ll seek another Subway to patronize in the future. Peace be with you, Kele.

They screw orders up religiously, and will run out of basic items and ingredients before the dinner rush even starts.
I get it that there's no official public restroom here but to not let a 7 year old girl use the employee bathroom when she clearly needs to pee is ridiculous.
