The staff was not great. The had a hard time understanding what we wanted to order. My bread was hard and hard to eat. My partner got extra extra extra sweet onion sause because he asked for the tomatoes they left off his sandwich.

My husband and I enjoy Subway but something is always wrong with our order lately. Today we both had the wrong bread, well really they were switch, but we put in our order on the screen so we had it right. They also always take 15 to 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches or salads.

The restaurant staff had one guy cleaning the place up. He hollered three times that there were customers in the lobby. Nobody came. He had to go to the back of the restaurant and tell them there were customers waiting. The girl that came to make the sandwiches seemed like she was just not happy to be there at work. The guy that was checking us out after the sandwiches were made said they were out of cookies and closed in an hour. He very well could have thrown some cookies on a tray and started them. They would have been done within about 20 to 25 minutes. But, nope. Absolute refusal to make them. There were 4 employees in the store. It would have been pretty easy to make the cookies. I am giving 2 stars for the behavior of the employees and unwillingness to do their jobs. Both myself and my wife have worked at Subway before. They are just bad employees.

Ordered two sandwiches online they didn’t use correct bread on either, asked for toasted neither were toasted, asked for extra ranch and garlic aioli on one came with none and asked for extra mayo on the other and it came with none! Very disappointed 😔

Service is decent and employees are nice, however, this is the second time I’ve eaten here and gotten sick the next day. I don’t know what the deal is, but I’m not going to risk it again.

I went through the drive thru and they royally jacked up my order. Instead of pickles they put jalapeños. It was supposed to be a heated chicken with double meat. It was not double. It was maybe 1/3 extra meat & still stone cold. I guess accountability goes out the window if you’re not STANDING THERE WATCHING THE STAFF MAKE YOUR ORDER.
