We came here for brunch and had a great experience. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. We ordered olive pancakes, greek yogurt with honey, meatballs with eggs and solomo and everything came out perfectly.

Krasi is bar none the best restaurant in Boston, particularly for vegetarians. Go for a full bottle of wine, you won’t regret - served elegantly and they have an amazing wine cabinet. A great place to try something new. The Rolls were actually an underrated star of the show, with their doughy inside presenting bread in a new way. As two vegetarians we were thrilled to find an upscale restaurant with a variety of options, and have been taken on a new, authentic flavor experience with everyone tried. And of course, the service - Krasi is the perfect place to go for a celebration because they will treat you right and make it not just delicious, but a welcoming wonderful experience. Drink Highlights: every orange wine we’ve tried there Food highlights: rolls, cheeses, eggplant chips, hitsipi dip

Delicious food, great ambiance and it was pretty big portions! On the pricier side and it’s incredibly hard to get a reservation but it’s worth it for a celebration! Vibes are cozy and chic, also love Greek food

Phenomenal!!! We were a party of five. Tried multiple dishes Tiropita Rolls, Tzatziki, Lois’s, Kasseri, Beets, Kleftiko, Matsata, Kotopoulo Lemonati (the warm Cypriot salad is to die for) & Chicken souvla which was very succulent. We paired it with a bottle of Femina by Douloufakis winery from Crete and a bottle of Xynisteri from my friends at Tsiakkas winery in Pelendri, Cyprus. Finished it off with 3 desserts the portokalopita is just superb, Greek coffee and commandaria Cypriot dessert wine. I just can’t say enough good words about the work and the love that goes into each dish. I worked five years at a Greek restaurant in New Jersey and I was so disappointed at the end of the owners approach and mentality. Krasi is just a level of its own, it goes up there on the pantheon of best meals I’ve ever had. Euxaristo poli for everything🇨🇾🇬🇷

At Krasi, a narrow, candlelit room in Boston, dinner unfolds like a long, animated conversation. The space is built for proximity: a bar that invites solo perching, banquettes that encourage leaning in, and a low glow that makes even a weeknight feel slightly dressed up. It is a restaurant with a pulse, but not a rush, where the open kitchen energy stays contained, and the room’s warmth feels intentional rather than accidental. The meal begins with htipiti, the kind of dish that quietly sets a standard for the rest of the table. The feta is whipped into a pale, airy cream that still tastes boldly of itself, salty and tangy, then brightened by roasted red chiles that bring heat without turning the whole thing into a dare. What makes it especially satisfying is the contrast on the plate: crispy lemon potatoes that deliver crunch at the edges and a soft center, their citrusy acidity acting like a squeeze of fresh lemon over everything. Together, it tastes both familiar and sharply tuned, like a classic melody played with better articulation. Then comes giouvetsi, a lamb osso buco that arrives looking like comfort food and eating like something more deliberate. The lamb has the slow-cooked generosity you want, tender enough to pull apart with minimal effort, with a deep, braised savor that feels earned. The orzo underneath is not merely a bed but a partner: swollen with tomato richness, glossy and warm, absorbing the lamb’s juices and returning them as a cohesive sauce. A scattering of mizithra adds a gentle, milky saltiness, rounding the dish rather than competing with it. It is the sort of bowl you keep circling back to, each bite slightly different depending on whether you pick up more pasta, more lamb, or that darker edge of sauce at the bottom. Dessert, portokalopita, is where Krasi shows its sense of pleasure. The orange phyllo cake is syrup-soaked without becoming heavy, fragrant with citrus and toasted pastry notes, and pleasantly textured, somewhere between custardy and crumbly. Next to it, manouri ice cream brings a cool, dairy sweetness that feels softer than vanilla and more nuanced than it first appears, melting into the cake and making the orange taste brighter. The dried citrus garnish is not just decoration. It echoes the perfume already in the cake and nudges you to take another forkful. Krasi is not trying to reinvent Greek food. It is doing something harder: making it feel vivid in the present tense, in a room that hums with conversation and plates that reward attention. If you come with friends and order to share, the night will likely stretch in the way the best nights do, not because service is slow, but because the table does not want to end.

The food was delicious, rich and beautiful. My coffee came with a Turkish delight and it was the best Turkish delight I’ve had in my entire life. Jesus was our server and he was lovely. 100% recommend.

Excuse the photo quality. I only remembered to snap a few shots halfway through the meal. I brought my family here for dinner on a Tuesday night, and the weather couldn’t have been more perfect. We didn’t have a reservation, so it was a good thing we arrived within an hour of the restaurant opening. We were lucky enough to get a table outside. Our waitress was absolutely phenomenal. I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name. Since my family and I aren’t too familiar with Greek cuisine, her knowledge and guidance were incredibly helpful, especially when it came to selecting the wine. There were three of us and boy was I full. 6 plates were definitely just the right amount. We got TZATZIKI (classic dip with crispy pita chips), HORTA (the Swis-chard-picked-bean combo with tomatoes was immaculate), MARATHOPITA (it was unlike anything I’ve ever had before. The scent of lavender and the taste of honey was so special), MAGIATIKO (my sashimi lover heart was very pleased), GIOUVETSI (the texture of the braised lamb was incredibly tender. It was the perfect pairing with the orzo, which was coated in a rich, velvety tomato sauce), and lastly PAIDAKIA (my mom downed the pork chops in seconds). There was also a board of freshly cut vegetables (carrots, cucumbers, celery sticks, etc.) for the dip. For dessert we tried the PORTOKALOPITA (the orange phyllo cake was soaked with just right the amount of syrup. The manouri ice cream was tasty and it was primarily made of cheese derived from sheep or goat milk. My brother LOVED it). To combat the sweetness, I got wild chamomile tea and my mom got lemongrass tea. If you’ve made it to the end of this review, thank you for reading! Can you tell we absolutely loved this place? Most of the dishes we ordered were gluten-free friendly (with the exception of the lamb, which was coated in breadcrumbs, and of course, the pita chips). Since my mom is gluten-free, it was great to see her enjoy so much of the menu. Overall, this meal felt like a true experience. My tastebuds were completely intrigued. The flavors we tasted tonight were definitely unexpected in a good way:)) 100/10 would recommend ✨

Three of us ordered a late lunch on a perfect Sunday afternoon, ordering four medium-size dishes to split. We liked each of the dishes we selected. The service was a bit slow, but the restaurant was slammed—and the server kept our waters topped off. Would definitely recommend.

I've heard great things about Krasi and it did not disappoint! Everything was delicious from the rolls to the salad to the fish to the drinks to dessert. Staff were super friendly and it looks like there isn't a bad table in the whole place (I hate when I make a reservation and they seat me at the worst table, but that doesn't seem to be a danger here). The best part of the food here is how balanced and layered the flavors are. Nothing is too salty or oily, and every texture and flavor work so well together. The most mind-blowing bite of the night was the amberjack crudo, so for those who like raw fish, it's a must. It can be a little noisy because it's always packed, but my boyfriend and I could still hear each other speak at a normal volume. The staff were all incredible. As soon as we finished a glass of water, they were there to refill it. As soon as we finished a dish, they came to clear the plate. You will feel attended to. Make sure you book in advance! It will be well worth it.

Came here for brunch originally, and honestly did not enjoy my experience, but decided to give it a second chance and came back for dinner. We had a fantastic meal. The menu was both authentic and interesting with tons of enjoyable and thoughtful flavor combinations. Service was friendly, and the vibe was what you would expect. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend coming here for dinner.

The most amazing Greek food ever. Creative, unique, so delicious I will be dreaming about it until the next visit. The table side taziki and the spicy whipped feta were out of this world. The cheese bread was delicious, and save room for dessert! The sesame ice cream was the best ice cream we have tried! Ever. Trust me. Just make the reservation already. Atmosphere and service are top notch. Highly recommend.

Amazing! I couldn’t recommend the food/ wine experience more highly during Wine Symposium Wednesday’s…… learned a lot and had a unique and delicious dining experience. Jeremiah and Jimmy were so knowledgeable and personable and we can’t wait to return! Krasi exceeded my already high expectations!

Amazing quality of food and also great service; I celebrated my bday there and all the workers signed a cute Krasi postcard wishing me happy bday 🥹 Mediterranean food is not my cup of tea I realized, but i still loved every dish. Octopus dish was the best, SO tender and savory. The orange sponge cake was also novel and just the right amount of sweet!

Was in town briefly and caught a glimpse of Krasi’s wine list and had to visit. Food was excellent, wines were all top notch, and Jorge was a wonderful host throughout the evening. Can’t recommend enough!

My husband and I had an amazing experience. It was our first night in Boston and Chris and Jorge really made us feel like we were walking into our friend’s living room. Chris really made our day and dining experience exceptional. Anything that they recommended, we were so excited to try! Now - the food was 10/10. We started with the charcuterie with smokey cheese, boar, and pork. Then the whipped feta with red chilli peppers and the bread. Don’t. Sleep. On. It. The halloumi bread with honey butter. Chefs kiss. Then we had the crudo which was so light and freshing, followed by the lamb osso buco, like a warm hug. Then the orange cake with cream cheese ice cream with Greek coffee to top it off. Absolutely stuffed with happy belly’s and happy hearts. Can’t wait to come back to Boston and try their other restaurants! Forgot to take pics because we couldn’t wait but yummmm

What an experience. The plates are plated beautiful, the service is attentive and friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to come back the next time I visit. I got the meatballs, octopus, and tzatski. So good. My only wish was that they had dolmades. I feel that’s such a missed dish here but other than that, 10/10.

Very rarely does a meal transport you to another time or place, but when it happens, the experience is priceless. This meal did that for me, the flavors , the wine, and being able to speak Greek to Greeks reminded me of my home on Crete. This restaurant rocked me to my core, I will be back many times over.

Krasi, a Greek restaurant nestled in the bustling heart of the city, came highly recommended and certainly did not disappoint. From the moment we stepped inside, we were embraced by an ambiance that effortlessly blended modern chic with traditional Greek elements, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The value for money at Krasi is exceptional. Pricing is very reasonable, particularly given the quality of the dishes served. Each plate that arrived at our table was a visual delight and a culinary triumph, blending authentic Greek flavors with a contemporary twist that excited the palate. Our server, Jesus, exemplified first-rate service. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and his recommendations were spot on. He skillfully guided us through the menu, suggesting dishes that complemented each other perfectly, enhancing our overall dining experience and making it both memorable and enjoyable. We indulged in a variety of dishes, each prepared with care and precision. The flavors were bold, and the ingredients were fresh, showcasing the best of Greek cuisine. The portion sizes were generous, leaving us satisfied and eager to return. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant was notable, particularly the bathrooms, which were among the cleanest I’ve encountered. This attention to detail in maintaining such clean facilities contributed greatly to the comfort and enjoyment of our visit. Krasi is more than just a dining destination; it’s an experience that captures the essence of Greek hospitality and gastronomy. Whether you’re a fan of Greek cuisine or looking to try it for the first time, Krasi is a must-visit restaurant that promises an unforgettable dining experience, complete with impeccable service and pristine facilities.

We went for our 5 year anniversary and had an incredible time. The food was absolutely amazing and the staff were wonderful. They made our day so special without us even really asking! Upgraded our seat and also gave us a cute parting gift as an anniversary present. 1000/10 recommend!

Marvelous find! The food is delicious - smaller portions with big, creative flavors. We enjoyed the Horta, crudo (special), shrimp with fava beans, and lamb saddle (special). The Horta was new that night and I hope they keep it all summer - it was umami, salty yogurt cheese spread, slightly sweet green beans, and delicious bitter greens. The shrimp was perfectly grilled and the fava beans a delightful accent. The lamb saddle was a special. Finally, the wine list is extensive and one of the best curations of Greek wines I've seen anywhere in the U.S. The wine manager Jeremiah is a treasure. Maria, our server, was really knowledgeable about all of the dishes and made great recommendations. I highly recommend eating here. You'll enjoy yourself and have a wonderful evening.

We came here with a group of 8 people and ordered the feast of the gods which was a great decision! It allowed all of us to try everything while accounting for dietary restrictions. There were unexpectedly delicious dishes but also a few that were not as great. I would definitely come again with a large group!

Undoubtedly the best restaurant in Boston. I have lived in Boston for five years and my taste buds have endured countless disappointments: Krasi is my final refuge. I always make a reservation here for important guests. The food is simply flawless, every dish is delicious, and even ordering at random never goes wrong. The service is exceptional: the hosts are lovely, and the servers are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely proud of the food and wine they serve. What’s truly impressive is that they change your plate between courses, and the new plates are WARM. A restaurant like this feels almost unreal in Boston. It’s very hard to get a reservation, but every bit of it is worth it. I hope Krasi continues to thrive!

This is my second time visiting this restaurant and I loved that they changed their menu every now and then! Everything was delicious, the ambiance was really nice, and the personnel were amazing, giving us recommendations when we needed them! We tried the wine here, which is really good, and we tried the octopus as our main dish! It was absolutely amazing! And all the entrees and salads were delicious too!

My first time trying Greek restaurant and it’s good actually, I would recommend the French toast, so fluffy and creamy, the plum on the top is also good! It’s not easy to make reservations, usually need to planned 1 month ahead, however, when we arrived, there were actually many empty seats, so maybe walk in is also accepted. The price is okay given the location.

The restaurant was fully booked on a Monday night, so we decided to try our luck and walk in. We sat at the bar, which we really enjoyed. There's a nice view of the kitchen, which is fun and entertaining. Loved the casual and energetic vibe. The tableside tzatziki was very good — also the first time I’ve seen that. Smart idea, borrowing the technique from tableside guacamole. Truly enjoyable overall. I’ll definitely be back, ideally with another couple, since the portions are great for sharing and that way we could try more dishes.

The vibe of this place was ethereal. There was a terrarium in the table and the menus were cute. The lighting fit the mood perfectly and the service was outstanding. Our waiter made things fun and exciting and we couldn’t wait for the food to come out. The tiropita rolls are to die for, they’re just so soft and perfectly chewy. The lamb was tender and flavorful, and the pie was crispy and filling. The patates really shined and were quite pleasant. The cheeses were unique and I love that this place has a lot of plant based and vegetarian options. All in all we had a great time here. The only limiting factor would be price, but if you’re ok with that it’s worth.

I walked in on a Friday night and had to wait 2hours, so I recommend make reservation first. Delicious food, great service, and good atmosphere, perfect spot for dating. I would recommend the cheese board to start, and Giouvetsi is a must have!

Thank you for the feast. Krasi is undoubtedly amazing and I loved all the main courses. If I have to pick one, I think it’d be Giouvetsi. I will surely revisit Krasi!

Having been wanting to visit Krasi every time I’ve been in town, it only felt right to book a table when a brunch booking was free for my last hours in the town. And this turns out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made because the food was incredible. I’m still dreaming about those pancakes 😫 Trying more than their brunch is at the top of my list when I return to Boston!

The atmosphere was immediately so calming. The lights were dim and the music was relaxing. I felt very comfortable here. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. They took the time to explain how the menu works. They were very accommodating. I know the menu changes often, but if they have it, I highly recommend the fried dough, tuna tartare (very unique and served more like a salad), and the orange cake (with a very interesting frozen yogurt). Unfortunately would not recommend the octopus, but this did not ruin our experience overall.

Amazing place to celebrate a special occasion. We came here for our anniversary and they made it so special! Great atmosphere and service. The bread was incredible! We loved the unique ice cream flavors too.

Service was excellent, food was tasty. highly recommended restaurant with atmosphere. Using maize as a restaurant theme is also very interesting. The seasoning of the king mushrooms as an appetizer is amazing, The octopus is chewy and the seasoning is a bit like Chinese bbq octopus (?) . Both entree were good. One was tomato and lamb pilaf? The other was beef noodles. 调味挺中式的,喜欢中餐的可以尝试一下

Excellent experience! The restaurant is beautiful and the ambiance is great. Our server was amazing with great recommendations and explanation of the dishes. The portions are all sharables and delicious, and you can't go wrong ordering a bunch of items and sharing. The tzatziki was the best I've ever had, and the steak and scallops were very good too. Highly recommend coming here to impress!

When I saw that Aesōp in the bathroom, that's when I knew. All of the dishes were IMMACULATE. The food was incredible, but the star for me was the dessert. We had a french toast dish with an almost fruit compote with almonds and a shredded filo type topping. Easily in my top 10 international dessert dishes. I will certainly be back. I also LOVED the open kitchen. I got to watch everything be made right in front of me. 50 out of 10.

For me good Greek food reins me off my mother’s cooking. This place was very good. The vegetables were amazing and the meatballs delicious. The sesame encrusted baked feta was perfection. Atmosphere is wonderful and the staff very friendly

Beautiful restaurant with delicious food. I've been here a couple times for brunch and every experience has been wonderful. Their dishes explode with flavor and are presented with sophistication...be ready to feast with both your eyes AND mouth. IMO, there's no wrong dish so grab all your friends to order more off the menu!! Also, super excited to come back and try out their dinner menu sometime.

KRASI is an absolute must when visiting Boston. Everything we tried was delicious from start to finish. The place itself is beautiful, with a great atmosphere that makes the experience even better. Their wine selection is excellent, all from Greece, and pairs perfectly with the food. The tzatziki and the masata pasta are absolute musts and easily the best items on the menu. The chicken was also really good, juicy and full of flavor. Honestly, you can’t go wrong here—everything was great overall. The only downside was the desserts, which were not the strongest part of the menu and could definitely be improved. Still, a fantastic spot I’d happily recommend.

We went for brunch today and everything was perfect. The food is just amazing and flavorful. Everything is made to order and tastes so fresh and delicious. Service was impeccable at all times. The yogurt with cherries is the best I've had since I was in Greece!!! The orange cake is to die for !!!! Truly the staff are super and so attentive and friendly.

Krasi was fantastic. We went with the feast for the gods and it was such a good call, every dish was better than the last. Easily one of the best meals I’ve had in Boston across all my trips so far. The Greek wine list is amazing and really adds to the experience. The staff were warm and friendly, and even helped us secure a reservation at Hecate, which was such a nice touch. Would absolutely go back next time I’m in Boston.

We went here for dinner and overall had a lovely time. It’s an upscale Greek restaurant, perfect for a celebratory meal or if you’re in the mood for a fine dining experience. The food was flavorful – I really enjoyed the shrimp, and the grilled chicken was delicious too. The serving sizes were on the smaller side though, so just something to keep in mind if you’re looking for a hearty meal. They gave us a water pitcher for the table, which I appreciated. There’s no cocktail menu, but their wine selection is good. The ambiance feels refined, and even the bathrooms reflect that – they were very clean and stocked with Aesop handwash, which added a nice touch. Overall, if you’re looking for an elegant spot with quality food and a celebratory vibe, this is a great choice. Just don’t come expecting large portions.

Good experience at Krasi. We could not get a reservation and walked in at 8:30 on a Thursday and someone had cancelled a table at the moment we walked up and we were seated immediately. I could not believe our good fortune. The place was hopping inside and out and the vibe was really positive. The service was excellent as our water was confident, knew the menu well and provided 5 star service. The serving dishes were all beautiful and highlighted the food we were served. So why only 4 stars… the food was ok but far from wake up your taste buds, party in your mouth explosion of flavors to have experienced with other Greek restaurants. We started with one of the gravies cheese plate which was by far the best value on the menu. We then had the made at the table tzatziki, another winner. Next was Horta a salad no one at the table liked. The kale on the bottom was really wet and had the salty flavor from the cheese - the texture of the dish was off for us. Gkogkes a pasta dish was lovely but could have had a whole lot more flavor. We finished with a rotisserie chicken dish which was a generous portion but on the dry side. Overall, a good experience but there are so many other restaurants in town would most likely would not go back.

G

The halloumi bread was the star. The risotto truffle pasta was mid. the whipped feta with red pepper and sourdough was mid. The green onion fritters were tasty too! Overall recommend but not everything on the menu was a hit. Good vibes tho

A
Anna Rombe Shoov

Overhyped, very loud, very crowded, and overpriced. Hostess that greeted us on Sunday, did not make eye contact, was too self important and quick to inform us that the restaurant is fully booked, so we can not change our seating. We were rushed to make our selections, and then waited for at least 20 min for the first dish. Regardless of her comment table behind us was empty for nearly an hour. I would mention that workflow of the team is impressive 👏 Food is finished in the open kitchen. Many items are pre-cooked. That means my agginaropita came hot on top, cold inside. Wine list was limited, perhaps it was "brunch"-"lunch" not clear. Would not ho again, will not recommend to make any extraordinary effort to secure reservations.

D
David Botros

The food at this restaurant is genuinely fantastic; every dish was flavorful and expertly prepared. It's a shame the service didn't match the quality of the kitchen. Our server seemed bothered by every request we made, and when I asked for a side of goat cheese, it was so difficult that I just told him to forget about it. The one bright spot was the bartender, who was cheerful and provided excellent service.

M
Melissa HJ

Staff and service is absolutely impecable! But food is just ok, not blown away by anything and I had high expectations given the reviews. It’s quite pricey and most dishes were really bland and small-portioned. We tried the Greek bread rolls, some kalathaki cheese, the beet and chickpea salad, the spanakopita, the octopus, and the osso buco (lamb). None of those had really anything special except for the lamb, which I would highly recommend. There seems to be a new menu and we might have just missed the mark. Still, 1/6 dishes worthwhile with a 200 bill…not great.

A
Aditi Rajvanshi

Really like specific dishes from this place and really don’t like some dishes. The rolls were amazing and I could eat a whole tub of that honey butter but the Gkogkes had really thick pasta and we found hair in it. The service was amazing however and they replaced the dish free of charge. The prasopita was DELICIOUS but wouldn’t recommend the marathopita because the flavor combination was too strong for me. The orange phyllo cake was amazing however and beautiful atmosphere. If you are vegetarian tons of options too which is a plus and not too expensive, spent around 35 per person! Would come back to devour specific dishes.
