Bonito lugar, para unas fotos preciosas, una bebida caliente, recién hecha. Exquisito sabor. Me encantó ver en la carta: “Vaso de Agua $0” Cuenta con una zona sombreada, delicadamente hecha con bambú de la región, mecedoras y sillas cómodas, WIFI, además con libros en múltiples idiomas. Un lugar bonito y curioso.

El café está justo en la entrada a Playa Carrizalillo, su menú es pequeño pero variado, probamos el frapuccino que con el calor del lugar cae excelente, bien servido, eso sí, no tenía azúcar así que si les gusta más dulce deberán solicitarlo, o bien acompañarlo con alguno de sus deliciosos pay o pasteles. Probamos el pastel Diablo que acompañó perfecto al Frapuccino, es dulce y esponjado, me recuerda al que se ve en la película de Matilda. Por otro lado la tarta de manzana es levemente menos dulce y generosa en relleno, quizá podría recomendarles a los dueños que la acompañen con una bolita de helado de vainilla y quedaría perfecto. Entre los puntos negativos, el sanitario tenía una pequeña avería, que ojalá ya hayan reparado. No duden en visitarlo si van a Puerto Escondido.

Soy local y he venido varías veces a esta cafetería para muchas cosas. Las bebidas y sus postres son súper ricos. Para trabajar en línea es muy buena opción, es tranquilo.

Lugar muy bonito para relajarse, leer un rato y tomarse un café. Solo aceptan pago en efectivo. El chai latte estaba muy rico. También tienen postres y rebanadas de pastel. Tienen wifi y cuando funciona bien se puede trabajar, aunque es intermitente como en todo puerto.

My fave places to stop in for a piece of chocolate cake and drink! Great atmosphere, and legit one of the most interesting, friendly owners around! Dove, brings a lot of creative energy to the table and now you can eat your cake and then have healthy food next door if you are still hungry! I have tried all their cakes... And I did like them all, but the dark chocolate one, although an intimidating size... Is a worthy challenge for someone with a sweet tooth.

After finding this place searching for a good coffee, we ended up coming here twice a day for the rest of our stay in PE. Once in the morning for a beautiful strong flavourful coffee that reminded us of our home in Melbourne, followed by a slice of arguably the best flour-less mud cake I have ever tried. The host was clearly passionate and knowledgeable about coffee and taught us things about even our own city. Easily the highlight of our morning and afternoon. Just get the flourless mudcake and a flat white and don't ask questions.

Quiet, chill and spacious cafe with friendly service. Strong coffee for a good price. The cafe has a number of ceiling fans, couches to sit on, water available and a good internet speed if you are working. Cash only! I would recommend if you are in Rinconada or Playa Carrizalillo!

Our favorite hangout in Rinconada. Nice variety of coffee, smoothies, cakes, crepes, pie and breads with toppings. Large selection of books on hand. The staff are friendly and helped me with my limited Spanish. Plenty of places to sit and watch the world go by.

This place is my favorite cafe to visit in Puerto. Everytime im in the area, i make a point to come visit. Its an incredibly comfortable space to sit down and relax in the shade, and draw or read a book or catch up with friends. The staff is very warm and friendly, Dove, the owner, is extremely welcoming and generous and it feels like im visiting family when i come by. Their coffee is excellent, particularly their cappuccinos, but their natural fruit juices are also really good. I often struggle to decide what to get, so sometimes both. Also they serve really good crepes. They have cakes too, but I've not tried those yet. Probably next week.

Oct 2022: this is coffee shop with some pastries, not a restaurant. Valentina is so nice and friendly in the mornings. Good drinks. Pumpkin pie was OK, but don't expect US style pumpkin pie. Pricey, but what isn't on this tourist Rinconada strip. Good atmosphere shares space with some kind of lending library, or something.

Such a cute little spot. The staff are friendly and the food and drinks are so good! The first time I went I had a mocha and carrot cake for breakfast (don’t judge me, it’s vacation) both of which were delicious. Then on a second visit I had one of the tropical smoothies with mango and some other fruit I can’t remember but it was soooo good and refreshing after sitting on the beach. I’d highly recommend checking them out.

Easy 5 stars: authentic Oaxaquena hot chocolate prepared from ground cacao paste (and not from instant powder). The coffee is excellent too. And as for the Belgium - a kind of sumptuous, not-too-sweet brownie/mousse cake (forgive my ignorance; I'm just not sure what to call it) - it's simply superb. We visited here 2 times so far and thoroughly enjoyed the coffee, smoothies, and chocolate cake. The banana and strawberry smoothie was fresh and delicious. I would totally recommend this place and...the servers helped me with my Spanish.

Every time I go here I am leave a better person! The chocolate cake is amazing, all the drinks are spot on and the other day I had their special of coffee and pumpkin pie and it was better than my moms! Not only does this place have a great location, friendly staff, books and the best home-made peanut butter- the owner Dove is one of the most interesting, helpful people you can meet. He`s been around here for awhile so always a good person to ask advice from! Thanks for always being consistently delicious!

The coffee is awesome, and the belgian cake OMG, If you're a chocolate lover you need to try it. They also sell juices and smoothies, a great place to chill or do some work. Note that they don't sell food but if you want good coffee or a smoothie, you need to visit cafe choc.

Me encanto la bebida de cacao, al final al mezclarla con leche y azucar pues es un chocolate, pero nosotros lo endulzanos a nuestro gusto. El lugar ofrece una variedad amplia de bebidas, me agrado, si lo recomiendo.

Lugar agradable para tomar un jugo o café y pasar el rato.

Personalmente me encanta el lugar, tiene mucho potencial, pero tiene un aire de abandono. Me parece que acaban de ampliarlo y están por remodelarlo. Los pasteles son espectaculares, en especial uno de chocolate belga. Aunque la atención no es nada mala, creo que podría mejorar la amabilidad. Definitivamente seguiré yendo para ver cómo se desarrolla el espacio.

Me encantó el lugar, muy lindo para ir a desestresarme. Te atienden muy bien, el único pero es la carta es muy acotada. Si te gusta leer, tienen una pequeña biblioteca disponible ☺️

Laid-back café right by Carrizalillo Beach. Coffee, smoothies, fresh juices, and desserts (the cake slices are massive, and they usually have a daily special consisting of a cup of coffee & pie or cake slice for a good price). Lots of books - you can pick one to read while hanging out, trade 2 books for 1, or buy books inexpensively).

If you're looking for an inexpensive place to grab a snack, this is the place. The coffee and juice were good. The carrot and orange cakes were both excellent. It probably wasn't the best choice for a hearty breakfast, but we didn't care. It was well worth the stop.

Pedí un café con leche de almendra. Desafortunadamente la leche de marca Silk solo es "sabor de almendra," y no tenía buen sabor. El servicio es muy amable y rápido. Ambiente, menos - música rock metal, libros empujados hacia el fondo del lugar, nada de luz... se puede mejorar unas cosas y yo imagino sería más al gustito.

Siempre es un buen sitio para pasar por un postre y bebidas, pero la última vez que fui en mi bebida venían trozos de plástico así que se las regrese, me dijeron que iban a checarlo y ya no me comentaron nada más , recalcando que me la cobraron.

Fui a comer con mi novia, pedimos un bowl y una ensalada. Ella estuvo con diarrea el resto del día después de su ensalada. Además, me di cuenta que en los baños se habia acabado el agua para lavarse las manos me comentaron que pronto llegaría la reposición del agua. La atención del local es agradable pero no volvería, el agua para lavar manos me parece algo básico.

Pedí un jugo verde, estaba súper rebajado con agua y sin ningún sabor. El servicio desganado. Al menos el Internet funciona.

La ubicación es buena, el lugar es amplio pero el menú no es atractivo. La atención pésima he venido dos veces y siempre he esperado hasta 10 min para que me tomen la orden teniendo el lugar vacío.

Nos sentamos y pasaron casi 10 minutos sin que el señor (supongo el dueño), que desde luego nos vió, viniera a tomar la orden.Obvio nos fuimos. Mala experiencia.

Yo tuve que usar el baño en este café. Yo iba a dar una propina pero antes de que pudiera dejarla, el dueño me empezó a gritar y exigir 50 pesos por haber usado el baño. Estaba bien incómodo y me empezó a grabar sin mi consentimiento exigiendo dinero. Se lo dió para acabar con el acoso. Entiendo la frustración si alguien va a usar un baño sin comprar algo, pero literalmente, yo iba a dar algo. No es difícil actuar como un adulto para resolver conflictos así. I had to use the bathroom in this café. I was going to give a tip but before I could, the owner started to yell at me and demand 50 pesos for using the bathroom. I was very uncomfortable and then he started to record without my consent demanding money. I gave him it to end the harassment. I understand the frustration if someone is going to use the bathroom without buying something, but I literally was. It isn't difficult to act like an adult to resolve conflicts like this.

Don't recommend this place at all, I ordered a slice of cheesecake and the girl in charge replied in bad mood about the difference between this and other similar cake in the menu. After the first bite it tasted weird but I thought that it was due to the coconut, after some minutes I realized that it was burnt at the buttom that's why it was kind of sour, it was very disappointing since I wanted a piece of cake in my birthday 😏😒😡☹️
