12/25/24 If you’re looking for a warm, festive atmosphere, this IHOP is the place to be! The employees were spreading holiday cheer by singing Christmas songs, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Their holiday menu was fantastic, with so many delicious choices to pick from. Our table enjoyed the chicken strips, the breakfast sampler, and the bacon temptation omelette — all of which were incredibly filling and absolutely delicious. And of course, we couldn’t leave without indulging in their famous stacked pancakes, which were the perfect sweet treat to top off our meal. The service was flawless, and having Zackry as our server truly elevated the experience. He was sweet, attentive, and super polite — qualities that are rare to come by these days. Zackry made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our visit special. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by this IHOP. Great food, a festive vibe, and top-notch service — what more could you ask for? Highly recommend! 8/31/24 We recently stopped by the IHOP at Singing Oaks for a delightful breakfast with my family, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, making it a great spot for a family meal. We each ordered something different, and the food did not disappoint. From fluffy pancakes to savory omelettes, everything was delicious and well-prepared. The variety on the menu ensured that everyone found something they enjoyed. The service was decent; our server wasn’t the best, but she did check on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. While it wasn’t exceptional, it was satisfactory and didn’t detract from our overall experience. It was a tasty breakfast in a welcoming and comfortable setting. It’s a solid choice for a family meal, and we left feeling satisfied and happy.

This is our new permanent IHOP. We drive from Stone Oak just to visit this location because the food is always perfect, service is prompt and friendly and the whole place is always tidy and clean. Today we had Brandon as our server and he was excellent 👍🏻 quick, accurate and funny he really made our morning. If you're in the area or just looking for a new regular place to eat my family and I recommend this location 👍🏻

Renee was amazing! She was so kind, caring hardworking, and ready to help with whatever we needed! She was also fast and efficient with our table of 12 people! She was so sweet and we connected with her over her son and my cousin being in the Marines! We will definitely come back due to her awesome work performance and hospitality! Corporate, if you are reading this, please give her a nice pay raise for all of her hard work!

This place was amazing. Thanks Lisa and the super great chef who serves up great food - This chef knows how to cook. Our family came into town for a funeral and it was a long flight. We needed food at 11pm and even an hour before close everything was spot on. We were very thankful and appreciative of the great food, and waitress; Lisa that made sure everything was just right. It's a place I can wholeheartedly recommend to my friends, family and followers!

First time at this Denny's...we went in on a Sunday just before noon. It got pretty busy as we sat down and ate. First off the staff was super nice especially the young man who took our order. Great manners!! I ordered a basic breakfast as you can see in the picture. The eggs were a little over done for over easy. The bacon was perfect. As was the ham and sausage. The side of avocado was delicious. The hash browns were perfectly crispy as requested. Come to think of it, I think I was supposed to have 2.pancakes on the side. Hmmm. Good spot to eat.

Clean busy. The waiter was nice and patient with my parents. We gave him complicated orders, and somehow, he made it work. He was attentive and polite. Thenfood came out fast, and it was good. I do wish the syrup was warm instead of just sitting at the table. Houston has an IHOP who brings several flavors out, and they are warm.

Great food ! Very clean atmosphere, price on kids drink surprisingly very expensive considering the tiny tiny cup comes $2.79 ! Came time to pay I paid with $100 bill first time ever that the employee did not give me my proper change back. Her reasoning was they don’t have any coins ,, seriously 😳 …don’t get me wrong. It was only $.60 but still not to give proper back change because they don’t have any coins. Seems pretty weird at a large corporation restaurant. .

Firstly, this was my third and final chance to redeem IHOP as a valid choice of breakfast. Secondly, I had high hopes based on the community here in Springhill. Well, I tried the new Eggs Benedict, and they appeared scrumptious until I bit in....the eggs were so runny that the whites weren't even all white! Lastly, my significant other didn't even eat her breakfast sampler. The bacon wasn't crispy. They never asked her preference. The toast was barely toasted and had no butter? She didn't even get butter with. Finally, the eggs had cold cheese on top, not melted. In all, our meal was minimal at best, although it didn't come close to warrant the overpriced expense! The best part about our experience was the very courteous waitress as she kept apologizing for the meal and took off her entire plate from our bill. I tipped her solely based on her courteous attitude. However, IHOP? I'M DONE! The owner provided a prompt response. However, I'm unable to copy and paste the provided link.

The host who seated us was super nice and very pleasant to talk to, which was a great start. Unfortunately, everything after that went downhill. Our waiter was just okay. He didn’t write anything down while taking our order, which I don’t mind if it’s done correctly—but it wasn’t. One of my child’s meals came out with the wrong pancake, and both kids’ eggs were overcooked. Mine were undercooked. We didn’t send anything back because the kids were hungry and our server barely checked on us. He was too busy constantly going to a young girl who was sitting alone in a booth, not eating, and was there both before and after us. Getting refills was nearly impossible. You basically don’t get a chance to ask until you’re finished eating, which is especially frustrating considering kids’ cups are tiny. Being charged around $4 for only a few ounces of a drink and never receiving a refill is a terrible practice. Everyone’s bacon came out completely burnt—black burnt—and was not edible. The woman sitting next to us made it clear she was unhappy with her food as well. She barely touched it, didn’t take it home, yet still told the server it was “fine.” When the bill arrived, we were charged full price despite a large box on the receipt stating “Kids Eat Free.” We had to ask for this to be corrected. The server initially acted like he didn’t know about the promotion, saying, “Oh, are we? Let me ask.” However, I clearly heard him say, “I have kids eat free,” when he brought a handheld device to another employee. This confirmed that he did know the promotion was active and still tried to charge us full price. Watching that employee turn around, make eye contact with me, and give me a nasty glare only added to my frustration. We cleaned up our table, stacked the plates, paid, and left. The server then followed us out to our vehicle and accused us of not tipping him. This is absolutely unacceptable. We did tip—our bill total was higher by 20%, and we have proof between the bill we were given and what we were charged on our card. He was the one who scanned our payment and handed us the receipt. As someone experienced in restaurant work, I can confidently say that following a customer to their car to confront them about a tip is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and we won’t be returning to this location.

Getting progressively worse. We have been going here since they opened. I ordered 3 items, 2 sausage, 2 eggs over easy, and a bowl of grits. My husband got his food first, cold and everything on separate plates. My sausage came with his food. My Eggs were sunny-side up and burnt on the bottom and medium, not over easy as I had ordered. My grits were the last to show and were dry, although they were hot. Very disappointed in the lack of training by managers and lack of cooking knowledge by the cooks.

I’ve been coming here since the opening. This visit was extremely disappointing as they are no longer 24 hour diner and opens at 6am on weekdays. I just drove 30 mins from San Antonio to dine here before work. What a joke this location’s management is. Your success in Spring Branch was the fact that you were the ONLY 24 diner. Taco trucks open at 6am, even your competitor across the parking lot At Chi Wawa opens at 6.
