Very knowledgeable about cocktails, successful experiments like the one he created just for me, knowing I love vermouth chinato, and offering his own interpretation with red wine. Plus, the price was very fair. I kept my eyes glued to the meat display case...but I wasn't hungry...I definitely recommend this place.

Awesome aperitif... We drank four really well-made cocktails with a platter of cured meats and focaccia, and various appetizers. Friendly, helpful service. Highly recommended!!! Price??? Very fair!!!!

I had dinner with friends and we had a really good time. The staff was friendly, the owner was attentive, and the food was excellent. If you want good meat, this is the best place in town. Also great for brunch and aperitifs.

Fusion restaurants are unusual in small Italian towns but Osteria Syslak is a very welcome exception. Wonderful food, unusual blends of ingredients; the pad Thai with tajarin was delicious, very inventive. The smash burger with roast vegetables was similarly delicious. Very happy to recommend this excellent restaurant with a superb 60’s/70’s playlist and attentive staff.

We visited this excellent restaurant during a short getaway in the Langhe. The restaurant is meticulously maintained, with beautiful and functional industrial-style furnishings (the sound-absorbing panels, which minimize clutter and allow for pleasant background music, were much appreciated). But let's get to the food: every dish is meticulously crafted, and every single course was a huge hit. The menu is a successful blend of local products and a fresh, more youthful approach. Overall, the dining experience was one of the most satisfying in recent memory. It's definitely a must-visit if you're in or around Bra.

Sono stato in questo posto per un pranzo diverso dì solito, volevo cambiare un po la routine aggiungendo cibi anche fuori dal tipico italiano, sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso di qualità e diversità, un misto di oriente e occidente, partendo dalla classica fiorentina ad ramen, tutto accompagnato del buon vino e atmosfera amichevole,servizio e stato piacevole, sopra la media, ambiente discreto, e cibo ben cucinato. Unica peca, prezzo medio-alto,che non a abbordabile per tutti i giorni, ma per una occasione, o per chi vuole qualcosa di speciale, e perfetto ringrazio il personale per il servizio e complimenti al chef

Piacevole serata in questa osteria in centro a Bra. Locale piccolo ma accogliente. Molto professionale il personale. Piatti interessanti, tipici della cucina piemontese e non. Ottima presentazione. Forse porzioni un po' piccole. Prezzi a mio avviso un po' alti. Ampia carta dei vini.

Several nice steak restaurants in Bra. We tried two different steaks. The steaks looked good but weren't very tasty. Our wine choice was good; we tried Barbera d'Asti Doglia and liked it. The waiters were attentive, and the place was clean.

The name is misleading, as it's not an osteria. On top of this minor detail, the service is truly awful. The food is fairly tasteless, except for the ravioli served as an appetizer. The quality-price ratio is disproportionate, and you're definitely paying for the restaurant's location in the center of Bra.
