Good variety. I'll start by saying that I'm a bit bored with sushi, but there's a wide variety of dishes here, something for all tastes. Everything I've ordered has been very good.

The food is very good, the dishes are beautifully decorated. But if you go on a Saturday night, the service can be a bit chaotic and slow. But that doesn't mean I won't be happy to return.

Since we weren't exactly passing through, we stumbled upon it by chance. The restaurant looks elegant and well-kept from the outside, as does the inside. Traveling around often, we've tried several similar establishments, both in Italy and abroad. This one is definitely in the top 5. The dishes are excellent, and the raw fish is truly excellent! The Mazara shrimp with burrata and truffle is exceptional! The menu selection is very interesting and extensive. The only flaw is the very confusing service. This is definitely an area that could be improved.

Good place for Japanese Food. There is an option to pay "All inclusive" for 25 euro per person and you can eat all in the menu, you can repeat as much as you want. Apart of all sushi and sashimi, it is included also pasta, rice, grilled salmon, grilled chicken and others. It is wonderful, I recommend this option. In this price, it is not included drinks and desserts.

Good oriental all-you-can-eat. Well-presented dishes and a wide selection. Service has significantly worsened compared to the past. On my third request for ginger, the very annoyed waiter told me to ask other waiters because he was alone...

A tutta la gente che vuole andare in questo ristorante di sushi non ci andate che non ti servono bene e quando ti portano una bevanda la portano senza vassoio e poi quando sono tornato a casa mi sono sentito male quindi non andateci

I already wrote a review right after we had lunch at this restaurant, but for some strange reason it was removed from the list. So I'm writing it again...nice place inside. Average food for any all-you-can-eat restaurant. Service was too slow, waiters didn't know what was on our plates...slow even when it came to paying. A major flaw in my opinion was the shrimp, which hadn't been gutted!!!

Until a year ago, we always had a great time at this restaurant. Unfortunately, in the last few months, the most obvious and serious problem has been the service. The service is almost nonexistent: orders are almost never taken care of; on the contrary, there's a wait of at least 20-40 minutes, yet not everything you ordered arrives. Sometimes, subsequent orders arrive but not previous ones, which end up being forgotten. Dishes are then never taken away, and the table becomes very chaotic, especially if there are many of you. I can't comment on the quality of the food, much less the ambiance; it almost feels like a Michelin-starred restaurant. Unfortunately, the service issue is too serious to ignore. On average, a meal for two people lasts three hours. The kitchen also closes early, and by the time they let you know, it's too late to order, so you're left without food. It's a shame that you still have to pay the bill at the cash register; they never close.

I was deeply disappointed by this place. The service was terrible. The waiters mostly ignored customers' requests for help and delivered the dishes at a very slow pace: we waited an hour and a half for two sushis. The food was nothing special, and they could have done much better as far as the wait times were concerned. Nothing else to say except that I don't think I'll ever go back unless I'm tortured, because getting off school/work and having to wait that long just to enjoy a meal seems unacceptable to me.

Nice atmosphere, average food like any all-you-can-eat, but 3 hours for lunch and 40 minutes for each additional order. They laughingly tell us they're out of bao and then bring them to us an hour later. Take it, you nice guys.

We came here on opening day and were a bit disappointed with the quality of the food, the wait times, and the staff service, hoping perhaps it would improve over time. Having come back a few times, things seemed to improve, but the food remained subpar and not up to par with the competition, despite the truly impressive presentation. We returned today after a year of waiting, trying other restaurants of the same type, one of which literally won us over (Sushi Dong Bra, for the extraordinary quality of the dishes and speed of service, despite the location not being comparable to Xin Sushi and the presentation as well). We must say with extreme regret that things haven't changed; in fact, it's as if they've taken a step back. The addition of tablets is good for having total control of orders and avoiding staff hustle and bustle, but the wait times... For a stir-fried beef, we waited over 40 minutes per order! The sashimi was cut too roughly, they looked like small salmon steaks, the spring rolls were like lumps of fried food... That's not to say all the food isn't up to par, but they need to work hard to meet the competitive average. Finally, the staff, after a year here, many of them don't speak Italian very well, and sometimes I have to speak to them in English to make myself understood... Or they respond as if we were insulting them... But when we get a portion of shrimp ravioli, we find a small piece of wire, I think from a sponge, and when we point it out to them, their response was a bit annoyed and pissed off; that's unprofessional behavior. Of course, something like this can happen, even if it's rare, but the staff still needs to treat customers in a more polite manner. In conclusion, we still have a long way to go in a world of aggressive competition.
