It being my first time at Cava, she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful while explaining everything. This was my first time at CAVA, the food and service here was really good. I could tell they used fresh ingredients and don't skimp on their quality. Maliyah was so sweet, patient, and helpful answering my questions about the dips and sauces, her recommendations were delicious!

i’ve gone to many a Cava and this is so good i had to write a review, the person who helped me was Maliyah and she was wonderful! so very nice and patient with me!! customer service is notoriously draining and difficult and she made it seem like the easiest thing in the world!!!! oh yeah the food was good too

Ordered the Chicken & Rice bowl online for pick up on 3/9/25. The order was promptly prepared and ready soon after I arrived. The items were fresh and tasty, but the quantity of the bowl was very misleading. The online picture shows a bowl filled to the brim, while the bowl I received was only half full. Should have checked it out before leaving the store.

I don’t write reviews often unless I think it’s necessary. I’ve visited the brea Cava many times as well as other locations around the area. When I order I typically order through a third party app such as Ubereats or DoorDash. Often times I will purchase a greens and grains bowl with a multitude of items such as tomatoes and pickled onions. One of those toppings or the other is always missing as it was today. The worst part is that my family and I would take a bite and the rice was so hard it was hurting our teeth every time we tried to eat it. It would be nice if the rice was cooked when we ordered next time. Evidence of the uncooked and inedible rice is in the photos and videos attached. We love the flavors and pricing of Cava so it is sad to write this review. Just hoping for better quality control the next time we purchase Cava.

It was ok. I'd describe it as a Mediterranean Chipotle. I think the girl working was upset, because all of the food was made very messy and ugly. The appearance did not make it look appetizing at all... it actually grossed me out. I really wanted to like this place since people always talk about it.
